28/05/2025: They served us half-cooked pasta, quite tough and inedible. After leaving us with half-eaten dishes, the owner questioned us, and we told him it was tough. He told us it was "Al Dente" to convince us because he saw us as tourists, when I've been living in Bologna for four months and have tried their pasta more than enough. The truth is, it was very tough, I don't know if it was because they were eager to close or because they didn't get it right. I won't be back.

20/05/2025: If you want to go to a place where you eat well, the service is excellent and the staff is very kind, I highly recommend you go there! The best tagliatelle al ragù I have eaten here.
03/05/2025: Arriving late today for lunch after a nice walk in the hills around Savigno, we found this beautiful place in the center of the town. Excellent food, super service.

21/12/2024: Trattoria situata vicino a Bologna, facilmente raggiungibile in auto. Nessuna difficoltà di parcheggio. Buona cucina con discreta scelta di vini. Proprietà e camerieri molto gentili. Da provare.
05/12/2024: Bella serata trascorsa con amiche, una calda atmosfera cibo sempre ottimo e un servizio cordiale. E' sempre un piacere.

18/10/2024: Dispiace scrivere in negativo ma quando leggi che mangi alla romana pensi di avere un menù perlomeno completo con i piatti a base di carne della tradizione romana invece solo esclusivamente verdure fritte ( no carciofi) , pizze alla pala, i primi ( la mia amatriciana salatissima tra l'altro) tonnarelli cacio e pepe ...ma l' antipasto?
3 fette d' arancio e pecorino a dadini con a fianco delle fragole?
Il proprietario molto carino e gentile ma in cucina a mio modesto avviso ci sarebbe da migliorare qualcosina.
Prezzo nella norma.
Location accogliente.
Davvero peccato.
25/09/2024: Ottimo servizio e cucina! Ho riassaporato la mia Roma, supplì, carbonara e mozzarella in carrozza perfetti, solo un vero romano può' riuscirci. Molto gentili, torneremo e consiglieremo!!🙂
