25/01/2026: Lunch for 15 people with a set menu consisting of an appetizer (crostini with bacon), which were very good, though overly salty. A second course (spaghetti alla carbonara) was very popular. I didn't like the mezze maniche alla Matriciana, and the second course (porchetta di Ariccia with fennel) was a real disappointment! The pecorino cheese covered the flavor of everything else in every dish.
The service wasn't excellent, but it wasn't bad either.
The decision not to have a house wine or even a bottle, in my opinion, penalizes the customer, who is forced to buy a bottle and thus raises the final price of the already expensive meal.
The set price for the menu was €40 per person, excluding drinks. We paid €55 each, including coffee, liqueurs, and various grappas. The final price didn't live up to the expectations for the meal and the quality of the food. The restaurant was aesthetically pleasing, but the atmosphere was a bit too warm inside. My final verdict is neither good nor bad.
22/01/2026: Excellent Roman cuisine restaurant. Prices aren't particularly cheap, but every dish is high-quality, so the value is definitely worth it.
Not only is the Roman cuisine excellent, but the quality of the food and desserts is also very good.

09/12/2025: We tried the pistachio panettone, and it was in another league. The first courses are superb. The combination of Roman and Emilian cuisine works in every dish. Our preference is for the Roman one.
05/12/2025: We often go to this place where you can eat Bolognese and Roman cuisine... everything is excellent... we like the Roman one better than the one in Rome

17/12/2025: I've finally unlocked a place I've wanted to go to for a THOUSAND years, and it's exactly as described: excellent food (although, being used to the same recipes cooked in Umbria, I expected more "exciting" flavors), an interesting selection of wines from Lazio and Rome, a very friendly owner, and a lovely little place in the heart of Formigine. Eating Roman cuisine in Modena and the surrounding area with this quality and these ingredients is, I think, VERY difficult. Congratulations!

06/11/2025: A very positive first experience, even though the carbonara was really peppery, and we're used to eating it with spaghetti (which we'll try next time instead of mezze maniche).
The appetizers we had before the pasta were also very good.
We'll definitely be back to try other dishes!
05/10/2025: This restaurant is in the center of Fidenza. The staff is friendly, the service a bit slow, and the owner is very courteous. The food is good; I was hoping for a few more appetizers, but it's still a sufficient lunch. The option to take home any uneaten food is a great option. Prices are average for other restaurants.

21/12/2024: Trattoria situata vicino a Bologna, facilmente raggiungibile in auto. Nessuna difficoltà di parcheggio. Buona cucina con discreta scelta di vini. Proprietà e camerieri molto gentili. Da provare.
05/12/2024: Bella serata trascorsa con amiche, una calda atmosfera cibo sempre ottimo e un servizio cordiale. E' sempre un piacere.
