26/01/2026: One of the more fancy/expensive restaurants in Ceglie. The food is very good and really interesting. I ate their raviolo (1 giant raviolo, the size of the plate) and it was delicious. Would recommend!
11/01/2026: Booked late for a dinner for 2 and had to wait a while for the reservation to be confirmed. However, worth the wait. Cibus is a wonderful Puglain restaurant. The prices are not excessive, the quality of the dishes is very good. We enjoyed everything we had. Seasonal Antipasti, Fave, Coniglio and Lamb shank. Could not fit in a sweet dish at the end. Service became a little slow as they filled up, but not a problem for us as the ambience is nice. Good wine list too. If you are in the area, this is worth a journey to.

11/01/2026: Beautiful restaurant. Very friendly staff, a welcoming and unique location, and excellent food.
10/01/2026: People, Apulian or not, go to this restaurant once in your life and have no doubt you'll have a sensational experience: varied and carefully selected appetizers, homemade first courses like at your grandmother's house, and pure, authentic second courses.
And if Cosimo is serving you, you'll find friendliness, professionalism, and a touch of discretion that's hard to find elsewhere.
Well, if all this is accompanied by prices that are truly very low compared to the quality, then you just have to go because you'll be back again and again, just like I do now.
Increase the stars, because five just isn't enough! ❤️

17/07/2025: Un repas typique, savoureux et généreux dans une ambiance conviviale. L’osteria propose une cuisine des Pouilles authentique, avec des produits du terroir simples mais savoureux. Les orecchiette alla cime di rapa étaient excellentes, tout comme les antipasti variés et copieux. Le vin local complète parfaitement l’ensemble. Le service est attentionné. Ici, on mange bien, on se sent bien, et on repart avec le sourire. Une adresse à ne pas manquer pour découvrir l'âme culinaire des Pouilles !
03/07/2025: Es ist eine familiäre und authentische Osteria mit entsprechenden pugliesischen Spezialitäten. Was wir als sehr schön empfunden haben, ist die kleine Karte mir den typischen traditionellen Gerichten sowie einem Tagesgericht (welches sich tatsächlich als zwei unterschiedliche Gerichte darstellte).
In der Seitengasse gibt es einige Tische ansonsten sitzt man gemütlich im Kellergewölbe. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und gaben sehr gute Erinnerungen an unseren Abend!
