12/12/2024: Even though we hadn't booked, the owner welcomed us very warmly. The food was quality, delicious! The environment is very elegant but at the same time familiar. The service was excellent, a special thank you for making us feel at home with our 9 month old daughter! Not everyone has empathy for children. Quoting the owner's phrase, "the world would be better if there were more children", it's really true. Thanks for the experience!

07/12/2024: I consider Roberto and his wife the pinnacle of Ascoli's restaurants. Always kind and helpful, always offering the customer current news. Yesterday new oil from the local oil mill with bruschetta and cheeses of various ages. And then the triumph of fried Ascoli sauce with cremini, olives and fried lamb. Excellent wine and finally 40 degree anisette. Thanks again and see you soon.

31/08/2024: Recommended place, welcoming staff and excellent cuisine, local products and you can also find risotto! We also stayed, basic rooms, a little small for three people and an acrobatic bathroom (more differences in level).

29/08/2024: Bellissima scoperta di questo ristorante molto carino, antipasti formaggi e taglieri di affettati di qualità, ma la specialità sono i risotti, porcini e tartufo veramente buoni,servizio rapido e curato, per non parlare del titolare Antonino chef che intrattiene e racconta la storia del locale e del paese hai clienti. veramente soddisfatto ….torneremo

03/12/2024: On a windy Sunday, in the beautiful village of Recanati, we were lucky enough to find this little gem. It was difficult to understand if the restaurant was open (a sign and the displayed menu would have helped) also because most of the places we encountered along the way only opened for dinner. Strange, there were plenty of tourists around... Apart from this detail, a tiny place, but full of treasures and a clear search for tradition and territory. If you decide to visit Recanati, and it's really worth it, don't stop at the square with the statue of Leopardi and the village tower. Take a few more steps, you will find "infinite" views and a boy who will help you discover the treasures of traditional, quality cuisine.

01/12/2024: Trattoria Monti me había sido muy recomendada por una amiga de mi confianza. Hice la reserva. En lugar del menú estándar, opté por los especiales del día (generalmente una apuesta segura). La pasta en brodo era totalmente sosa. El caldo sabía a cubo de lingotes sin sal ni condimento. No sé tú, pero comer caldo suave siempre me parece vagamente médico y esto fue simplemente irremediable. Nil desperandum, pensé - el especial de codorniz estaba por venir. Lo cual estuvo bien, aunque un poco seco. Las patatas con las que venía eran aburridas. Poner una ramita de romero en un plato no hace nada si la comida no está infundida con la hierba. Estaba totalmente decepcionado por la noche. El servicio era condescendiente en el mejor de los casos. Hay algo mejor en otra parte.

I was honestly disappointed, price agreed upon booking, decent quality of food but very small portions and even on request they cause you problems, (you have your portion and that's it) and everything this at a price that was absolutely not adequate for what we ate, I'm sorry but I definitely won't go back.
