04/01/2025: We come to San Claudio regularly to eat when we are visiting the area. Friendly service, great atmosphere/location and the food is unbeatable. Price-performance absolutely fair.

04/01/2025: Family-run tavern in the heart of the historic center of Ascoli with a few tables. They offer typical cuisine, in my opinion, not exactly from Ascoli, but from central Italy. In fact, as a first course we took some MEZZE MANICHE ALLA GRICIA, a little dry and lacking in bacon but perfectly cooked, some SPAGHETTI ALLA CHITARRA WITH RED MEAT SAUCE, light and not very full of oil with some pieces of meat, and some RAVIOLI STUFFED WITH MEAT, PORCINI AND CHEEK, light but not exactly memorable with a too oily white sauce. As an appetizer, a classic ASCOLANO FRIED MIX, excellent breading but there were very few olives, the strong point of Ascoli fried food. Finally some delicious PISTACHIO and ALMOND SEMIFREDI. Very friendly and courteous staff, and really honest prices for the quantity of really generous portions. We spent €100.00 for 4 of us, including 2 bottles of water, a quarter of red wine and glasses of local anisette offered by the owner.

04/01/2025: We found this tavern by chance and it was truly a revelation. The friendliness of the owner immediately put us at ease, the dishes were really good and local. Excellent price and quality with lots of anise liqueur offered, stellar. Highly recommended!!

12/12/2024: We celebrated our wedding last December 8, 2024 at Casolare Dei Segreti, to our full satisfaction and that of the guests present. A heartfelt thanks to Monaldo, Marco and all the staff who made such a significant day for us fantastic. 5 stars, absolutely recommended. Thanks again for everything!

24/10/2024: I attended a wedding lunch, and I tasted the typical local dishes. All very good, I personally found the ravioli "spectacular".

26/12/2024: Their specialty is risotto but I must say the other courses are no different. All good and excellent quality, refined dishes, very attentive and helpful staff, very characteristic place.... Congratulations and see you next time to enjoy the other courses….

05/01/2025: Truly special experience!!!! Perfect location, warm and familiar atmosphere, truly studied dishes based on the Marche tradition Tasty from the starter, to the first courses, to the second courses, a succession of taste and pleasure. The tagliatelle with wild boar ragout with knife-cut meat complete with bay leaves and juniper berries were highly appreciated, the ravioli with truffle and flakes of Fossa cheese were delicious, the lamb with seared fingers was tasty, desserts made by them.... what say EXCELLENT!!!!! 05/12/2024: Stunning place with a magnificent view, we only ate in the restaurant without using the rooms. Unique welcome, you feel like family, the place is very nice, but above all the dishes are all truly unique and excellent! We booked for New Year's Eve, it will definitely be a beautiful evening.

19/12/2024: I never leave reviews, but for this experience, which was more than unpleasant, I make an exception. Waiters of unprecedented rudeness. To be avoided. - I respond to the owners' comment: in good faith, I called your number and spoke to someone from your restaurant who told me I could come by 2.15pm. Otherwise I certainly wouldn't have come. Furthermore, when I pointed this out, you asked me to see the telephone number I had dialed from my cell phone (madness!) which in fact you agreed with me was yours. I obviously left after this request, and the unpleasant way in which you then also proposed to give me a table, because you are rude (and this was also seen from the previous response to my review, which you obviously deleted) and I have money for I don't spend a lunch with someone who treats me this way. I don't know who you think you are, but it really would have been more decent to just admit the mistake, and simply tell myself it didn't fit. I assure you, anger does not belong to me at this moment, clarity and honesty do, things that you really don't seem to know what they are.

09/12/2024: We stumbled upon this magnificent tavern by chance during a class trip. We had a great time especially despite the hour the staff welcomed us with open arms. As for the food, one word Delicious. I highly recommend going there if you pass through the Marche.

01/12/2024: Beautiful Osteria in the heart of Recanati....not a very extensive menu..but of high quality combined with the courtesy of the staff...excellent choice of wines...medium-high prices but they justify the quality of the product...try it.. .you will be satisfied....9
