27/07/2025: Tortello is a large ravioli with a raw egg yolk in the middle. The filling is Parmesan cheese and spinach. To be honest, the whole ravioli tastes like Parmesan. The presence of spinach is very low. The egg yolk is mainly used to make the cheese smoother and less salty. So if you are expecting a strong egg yolk flavor, you may be disappointed. You won't feel too full after eating the whole thing. You can order other dishes if you have a stomach. This is a plus for guests who eat alone but want to try different dishes. Roasted stuffed rabbit Super delicious 😋, the potato is crispy on the outside and very dense on the inside, without any bitterness of potato, dipped in the fat of rabbit meat and truffle, with the faint aroma of rosemary, the monotonous potato becomes a mouth-watering side dish; the main course of rabbit meat sealed with truffle is very fragrant, the rabbit meat tastes quite like turkey, but it is not so tender and harder, but not dry. It’s the first time to have fresh truffles, the taste is crispy, and the rosemary brings out the layers. Highly recommended

03/08/2025: Ho avuto il piacere di mangiare a pranzo oggi in questa osteria con mio marito e mio figlio. Abbiamo provato tre primi diversi uno più buono dell’altro , la polenta veramente deliziosa. Le costine di maiale condite con fave buonissime e molto tenere. Siamo rimasti piacevolmente stupiti anche dal conto più che onesto considerando la qualità alta dei cibi che abbiamo mangiato. Sarà una tappa fissa per noi ogni volta che torneremo a Sarnano!

14/08/2025: When I go rock climbing, this restaurant has become a regular stop. Family-run, it offers traditional dishes prepared with care and passion. The handmade pasta is exquisite, the desserts are incredible. The staff are friendly, the service impeccable. A place where you always feel welcome, and where I return, and will return, with pleasure every time.

We have found the alchemist of Ascoli olives here! Well yes, Marche cuisine with traditional dishes and a revisitation of family recipes. The selection of wines from excellent small wineries is also interesting. Take time to enjoy excellent food, prepared with great care and love. Thank you

07/08/2025: Il titolare Cimarelli mi ha impedito l'ingresso con il mio cane adducendo un allergia al pelo.. peccato che ci fossi andato due anni fa con un altro cane e non aveva detto nulla... nessun problema lo depenno dai posti dove andare e lo sconsiglio anche vivamente per la sua maleducazione...e poi è anche juventino ed io sono allergico a quella razza. ..

29/07/2025: The sign tells a story of peasant cuisine... and so far so good... then from appetizers like tripe... beans with pork rind and spicy salanella... all traditional first courses... with a few off-menu ones... and finally the meats, both roasted and grilled, all excellent and I'd say plentiful, if not enough, ask for more. Excellent, dynamic and fast service and finally a great atmosphere managed by Marco and his whole family. I'd say the prices are excellent for the quality of the food.

04/08/2025: Even after a day of rain and thunderstorms, and with three lively children at the table, the staff was kind and attentive. The service was impeccable, and so was the friendliness. The traditional dishes were delicious. A must-visit for anyone visiting this area on vacation. We'll be back.

04/08/2025: A small trattoria in the center of Urbino. A simple, family-friendly, and authentic atmosphere; the owners will make you feel at home from the moment you arrive! The menu features a variety of Marche specialties, from appetizers (the Ascoli olives are a must) to desserts and wines. Conveniently located in the city center, it's easy to reach on foot. Given Urbino's layout, arriving by car is not recommended unless you have a parking spot nearby. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful.
