02/11/2025: We stumbled upon this place by chance on a Sunday for lunch.
€30 menu: mixed appetizers (cold cuts, two types of cheese, and tartlets), choice of 1 first course, water, and coffee.
The food was good, but nothing special. What bothered me most was that, as soon as we'd finished our pasta, we were asked to vacate our table and drink our coffee at the bar... and it was served in a paper cup. I understand that on Sundays, the main thing is making money, but for the same amount of money in Basilicata, I've eaten much, much better, in a more refined setting, including the wine. You pay for being in a touristy place, and the lunch isn't worth that price.

08/09/2025: I asked for a glass of wine and received a typical Nutella jar glass (€8), which is even listed in the Michelin guide! The staff was inflexible and unfriendly when I asked to change tables. The food was average, nothing exceptional. My response to the owner: her response, unfortunately, confirms exactly what I wrote in my review: an unfriendly and rather arrogant attitude.
First point: I never asked for the air conditioning to be turned off; I simply politely asked to change tables. She therefore misrepresented and invented an incident that never happened.
Second: the fact that four of us showed up instead of six with reservations (not 20 people less) does not constitute financial loss enough to justify a rude attitude toward customers. Unforeseen circumstances may arise, but that doesn't justify treating condescendingly those who showed up and consumed anyway.
Third: I wasn't criticizing the quality of the wine, but the fact that it was served in a small glass, not a chalice, for a price of €8. It's not a question of "details," but of consistency with the standard a Michelin-starred restaurant should guarantee. A restaurant aiming for a certain level should welcome customers with professionalism, availability, and a smile, not with irritated or argumentative responses. His response, however, reveals a defensive and inelegant attitude that does not honor either his cuisine or the prestigious setting in which it is located. Without tourists, he makes no money and earns nothing.
04/09/2025: The dish I recommend, and which I've eaten twice, is the Dolomite lamb, tender and flavorful. The rosé I posted was a good wine. The ricotta dessert was also good, and they even accommodated me with half portions. It's just a shame they don't use the large panoramic terrace in high season.
