02/05/2026: A very welcoming, old-school trattoria. My wife and I had panissa and frisceu for appetizers, followed by two portions of farinata, one chickpea and one white. We had two excellent craft beers, and since we were full, I ordered a sardenaria to go, which I enjoyed the next day—delicious! Excellent value, and friendly staff. The only downside, not attributable to the restaurant, is that it's located in the city center, making parking quite difficult.

02/05/2026: Good food. Nice place. The portions (meager) are questionable, as is the fact that you have to eat quickly. The downside is the unfortified coffee. Juri from Bologna.

11/08/2026: Title: Excellent cuisine, but unacceptable dining room service (new management) I wanted to try the new management for dinner, but unfortunately, the dining room experience was decidedly poor, only partially redeemed by the quality of the dishes. Here are the details of the evening: 1. Non-existent welcome: I arrived at 7:30 PM, and no one greeted me. I practically had to go to the kitchen myself to show myself. Having to "chase" the staff into the kitchen at opening time, when they should be lined up and ready, makes the customer feel like a burden rather than a guest. 2. Disappointing response: When ordering, while choosing a first course, I asked about a dessert. The response was: "If you'll allow me, I'll ask for dessert later." A remark of unparalleled rigidity and rudeness. A professional waiter answers the question about the dessert—so the customer can decide what to choose and how much to eat—and then takes the order for the first course, without shushing them. 3. The food (the positive note): The seafood carbonara tasted delicious, especially when paired with an excellent glass of Pigato. The pasta was perhaps a little too al dente, but honestly, that was the least serious mistake of all, and the attached photo demonstrates the care taken with the dish. 4. Discrimination on off-menu items and absurd justification: The table next to mine had the daily specials listed, but they hadn't even been mentioned to me. After we'd finished the wine, when the waiter approached for dessert, I pointed this out. His response? "You'd already chosen the Carbonara." Of course I'll choose that, unless you tell me there are other options! This is the biggest mistake of the evening and an insult to logic. There's no way the daily specials are offered to every other table. When it came time for the bill, he kindly offered me a glass of Pigato to make up for it. A gesture I appreciated, but unfortunately it doesn't change the essence of the decidedly amateurish management of the room. Precisely for this reason, when I got up to pay, rather than the usual "goodbye," I preferred to directly wish them "enjoy the rest of the day."

11/08/2026: We came for our mother's birthday and were immediately greeted with a warm welcome. The atmosphere was unique, and the reinterpretation of the traditional menu was jaw-dropping. I highly recommend it. An experience to relive.
