12/08/2025: I criticize the owner's terrible welcome only because I wanted to book a table for three days later. He replied that he was working and I should call the next day to book. I would have waited; there was no rush on my part, but I found it unrealistic to have to call the next day when I was there in person. There was nothing I could do; he sent me away. I don't want to speak ill of Ligurians because I am one myself, but certain Ligurian shopkeepers should have a conscience every now and then.

20/07/2025: Serata da dimenticare. Abbiamo ordinato due antipasti e due spaghetti alle vongole. serviti gli antipasti abbiamo aspettato un ora e mezza per il secondo piatto, senza che nessuno ci abbia dato notizie. Alle mie rimostranze la persona che si è definita come responsabile del locale mi ha detto con arroganza e maleducazione di rivolgermi al cuoco per avere spiegazioni circa il ritardo. Stanco di questo atteggiamento, che dire poco professionale e poco, ho richiesto il conto e mene sono andato. Fuori dal locale vista la cifra alto del conto, ho ricontrollato e naturalmente anche quello era sbagliato, (addebitate due bottiglie di vino). La responsabile mi ha detto che se avevo problemi potevo rivolgermi al titolare che gestisce anche un altro locale presso la Darsena di Savona, cosa da non credere. La ristorazione e tutta un altra cosa.

15/07/2025: Memori del posto meraviglioso che era, in cui spesso facevamo almeno 1 ora e mezza di strada apposta per arrivarci siamo tornati dopo anni dopo la scomparsa del mitico Bacco.... Niente di soddisfacente e di buono. Manco il servizio. Gran peccato.

21/07/2025: Nice restaurant on the seafront. We reserved a table the night before because it often seems full. The food is very good: trofie with pesto, paccheri, grilled fish, clams, all very good. The service was a bit slow, and the staff wasn't very friendly in our opinion. Despite this, we had a good time.

07/08/2025: Siamo andati in questo ristorante in quanto consigliato da diversi conoscenti e purtroppo, nonostante la meravigliosa location, per noi è stata una delusione principalmente per due ragioni: 1. avevamo esplicitamente chiesto un tavolo vista mare (chiamando ben due volte essendo un’occasione speciale) e invece siamo stati messi in un angolo dove la vista da un lato era sulla parete e dall’altro sulla sala, i.e. del mare si vedeva qualche cm forse allungando il collo... Capiamo che possa capitare che non sia disponibile un tavolo migliore ma avremmo molto gradito essere avvisati in anticipo visto che era stato richiesto per ben due volte al telefono e siamo andati lì apposta per il rinomato panorama. 2. abbiamo preso un’orata cucinata al sale la cui cottura purtroppo non ha funzionato come dovrebbe. La carne del pesce era stopposa e piena di spine, non mangiabile e quindi il piatto è stata mandato indietro senza prendere altro. Purtroppo nessuno si è scusato, anzi l’orata è stata inserita nel conto e poi eliminata solo quando è stato fatto notare il disguido. Anche in questo caso avremmo apprezzato delle scuse o qualcuno che fosse venuto a parlarci. Ci dispiace molto perché avevamo davvero grandi aspettative ma purtroppo per noi è stata un’esperienza non in linea con le aspettative.

06/08/2025: We made a reservation by phone the day before. We arrived at the restaurant and our table was unavailable: they hadn't noted the reservation. We still managed to get a seat. At the end of the dinner (good food, but nothing memorable), we asked for a coffee and were told they don't make coffee! Really?! Nice location, in the heart of Noli's historic center. Overall, I don't think I'll be back.

21/08/2025: Easy to get to (less than a 10-minute drive from the coast). Private parking. The interior is cozy and comfortable, complemented by a lovely terrace for al fresco summer dining. The staff is attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable. The cuisine is amazing, with both seafood and meat dishes. Everything is delicious, but the capon magro and fish soup are truly exceptional. The wine list is well-stocked and perfectly complements the menu. Excellent value. Simply ESSENTIAL.

17/08/2025: We had two fish appetizers a special capon magro and a mixed seafood platter. Then we shared the mezzelune stuffed with cod and borage. And then two main courses: breaded anchovies (excellent) and grilled calamari. Finally, two desserts: chocolate mousse on filo pastry (amazing) and a delicious cannoli. Overall excellent rating. Recommended restaurant, also worth trying for the kindness of the staff, a rarity in Liguria.

24/08/2025: A place where the fish is truly excellent. Beautifully cooked, generous portions, and very fair prices. Not to be missed.

04/08/2025: 1 star because 0 can't be used. My family and I were hungry and stopped by to see if there was room, we asked if we could sit down. Most of the tables were free, the waiter (an almost bald man) looked us over and over, then told us there wasn't enough room. As we walked past, throughout the evening, we noticed that the same empty tables had remained so. We're glad we gave ours to the unwelcoming and ungrumpy workers. HURRAY FOR THE RESTAURANT AL VICOLO

31/05/2025: Questa sera siamo stati a cena in questo locale,io e mio marito eravamo gia venuti e stasera x la seconda volta portavamo mio fratello e la sua compagna. ,Ci eravamo sempre trovati bene stasera invece siamo stati delusi...abbiamo prenotato 2 fritti misti e un acciuga fritta,il fritto scarso x i 22 euro a porzione!!..due acciughe impanate un tentacolo di polpo due acciughe ripiene con la ricotta uno scampo ecc ecc ....non il solito fritto ke avevamo mangiato le volte precedenti.Trovato un po caro...3 primi 3 secondi 2 dolci un caffè due bottiglie di acqua 1/4 di vino e due bibite piccole 136 euro...........Ditemi voi.....

13/07/2025: Evening with old friends...from Modena to Familiare Excellent, high-quality food...every course was top-notch Cacio pepe rice and shrimp tartare to die for!!!

10/08/2025: We had lunch outside on the small terrace. The selection was limited but very tasty. We also had the homemade (still warm) cake for dessert. The atmosphere is lovely on a small square in the old town. Only open for lunch on Fridays and Saturdays.

24/04/2025: Ristorante molto accogliente e piacevole la sede principale è su tre piani ed è stato ristrutturato alcuni particolari sono interessanti come come la cantina, comunque si mangia fuori nella piazza dei prati e dei frati poi c'è una succursale in Piazza Barbieri ugualmente piacevole, in entrambi si mangia e beve molto bene piatti della tradizione Ligure.
