22/08/2024: We recently had the pleasure of dining at Zi Ninella in Santa Margarita, and it was hands down the best meal we’ve had in Italy. We chose the 5-course chef menu, and every single dish was an absolute masterpiece. The flavors were exquisite, and the presentation was nothing short of art.
What made the experience even more special was the incredible service. The chef personally served some of the dishes, you could feel the pride and passion he puts into the whole experience. The staff's enthusiasm was palpable, making the entire evening truly unforgettable.
If you find yourself in Santa Margarita, you simply MUST visit Zi Ninella. It’s a dining experience that’s not to be missed!

If you want authentic tasty Italian food this is the place to go. The food was amazing. Very simple but full of flavour. All the staff is incredibly kind and welcoming. Would come back here any time!

11/08/2024: Together with my husband and kids we've visited the restaurant 3 times. Very good service, very nice and friendly atmosphere. Food was always delicious, well served.
07/08/2024: Un fritto misto eccellente mai mangiato così buono. Personale estremamente gentile. Locale accogliente ci si sente a casa.. se si mangia fuori si sta benissimo perché c’è sempre aria.

Picagge with pesto very abundant and excellent pesto.. some remained stuck a little..

20/06/2024: Nei luoghi turistici e di mare, non sempre i posti migliori per mangiare sono in posizione vista mare. Infatti a Santa Margherita Ligure c'e' una vera osteria, Osteria n.7, appena dietro la darsena del porto turistico. A meno di 100 metri dal lungo mare, nella via interna, Osterian.7 offre una cucina ligure di qualita' a ottimi prezzi. Un bell'atmosfera da osteria tradizionale e pero' con un menu' ricco di sorprese, e una carta di dolci degna di un ottimo ristorante. Non si prenota, si va! Come si deve fare in Osteria. Le specialita' ligure sono tutte eccellenti: trofie al pesto, verdure ripiene, spaghetti alle vongole..e anche il minestrone. Servizio rapido e di qualita'! Consigliatissimo!
23/05/2024: Sono entrata per un pranzo veloce. Lo staff è stato gentile e veloce. Ho ordinato le trofie al pesto ed un fritto misto....tutto buonissimo e porzioni abbondanti....anche il prezzo è stato più che onesto... esperienza da ripetere

20/08/2024: The scampi do O'batti are a delight, the rest is not bad. Very friendly staff. The waiter was friendly and, looking at my wife's plate of leftover scampi, said: "there's some professionalism here...." (see photo). The view from the terrace is spectacular

09/08/2024: Very kind and efficient staff and the food is excellent ! this restaurant is the most children-friendly one in Santa Margherita.
30/07/2024: The restaurant is in one of the main town squares with terrific atmosphere on a summer evening. The service was too pushy when ordering, prompting us to get at least one item per person. Their concern to make a profit from a table on a busy evening is real from the restaurant pov, but it should not be conveyed to the customer. There are ways to upsell without being pushy. After explaining we would get appetizers, pastas, secondi, and dessert, she relaxed.
The fried anchovies were recommended as in season and were excellent. Good start. The shrimp salad was ok. The other dishes were mostly forgettable, and a bit too much salt for my liking. The house vermentino is not good quality. Some redemption with the dessert tiramisu - light and creamy.
