25/03/2024: Da Vittorio is a historic restaurant in Chiavari and a point of reference for those who want to eat in the Genoese tradition. Clean and welcoming place, tables also outdoors, ideal in spring and/or summer. You can't book but you can always find a place even after a short wait. Highly recommended, you can eat well in the gloomy/Genoese culinary tradition, here we focus on the point and not the externals. It is also possible to buy take-away food, my favorite dishes are the cima, the Russian salad which is not the Piedmontese one, the cima is the minestrone alla Genovese.
21/03/2024: I went for a quick lunch on a Sunday, I ate well, dry and good fried fish, they are fast, friendly, very cheap price compared to the average of the place, I will go back

06/04/2024: Excellent restaurant with a varied and excellent quality menu served by very kind and knowledgeable staff. The only NEGATIVE note is given by poor ventilation and when you go out your clothes smell of food they should make investments to purify the air considering that the kitchen is adjoining with direct passage to the dining room.

10/03/2024: The experience of being a guest in the home of someone who knows and offers you the Ligurian tradition.
After 8 months I returned to have dinner at Baiciotto, and I confirm my first sensations:
Welcoming tavern starting from the staff, very helpful and kind (not something to be taken for granted in this region), menu written on the blackboard and recited at the table by the waiters.
I really appreciate that the portions are not excessively large and give you the opportunity to taste more dishes, the Cima alla Genovese and the farinata (the best in the area) are absolutely worth trying.
Last positive note: super honest price for the quality offered.
Definitely recommended!

Even if we still have our house in Livorno in via degli Scarronzoni right in front of the two Commands and from the house which is on two floors we also see the Folgore Tower and the sea....
I was a Paratrooper Officer for over twenty years.....
My wife already lived on the Riviera and I have been frequenting Lavagna and Chiavari for over thirty years....
I've only known this nice bar-restaurant for a short time, but long enough to stop by for a snack as soon as possible
Excellent friendly competent service
Over time I have tasted a bit of everything
Yesterday we had a snack with the granddaughter and his wife
We limited ourselves to cappuccino which I drink strictly lukewarm at any time or season, excellent as is the coffee thanks to the excellent blend used
Excellent brioche and excellent focaccia
However, everything I have eaten on my various occasions has satisfied me
Excellent aperitifs
Good prices
Convenient paid municipal parking and a few places in the disco area considering that we are right in the centre
