05/12/2025: Hostaria Tavernetta is one of Udine's gastronomic landmarks, combining elegance and Friulian familiarity with above-average quality. The atmosphere is warm, welcoming, and meticulously curated: soft lighting, an intimate yet not overly formal atmosphere. It's the kind of place that works equally well for a special dinner or a high-end business lunch. The cuisine is excellent: traditional Friulian dishes interpreted with a modern twist, selected ingredients, and evident attention to presentation. The pasta and meat dishes are the highlight, with balanced flavors. The wine list is also excellent, featuring fine regional labels. The service is professional, attentive, and very knowledgeable in explaining the dishes. The price is higher than a typical trattoria, but absolutely in keeping with the quality of the offerings. The location is excellent, in the heart of Udine's historic center, ideal for a stroll before or after dinner.

26/11/2025: Stunning location in the center of Udine; elegant decor with remarkable historic furnishings. Friendly and helpful staff, very welcoming owners. The highlights of the dinner, in my opinion, were the appetizers and dessert. The prosciutto and artichokes were fantastic, as was the tiramisu, served with freshly brewed coffee. Excellent experience, I'll definitely be back.

23/11/2025: We stumbled upon it by chance after reading the reviews. The staff were very welcoming, the owner was incredibly kind, and she made you feel at home right away. And what can I say? The food was sublime. My compliments to these people, and I can't recommend anyone in the area enough to stop by!

02/11/2025: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ In a tranquil and refined setting, Ristorante Al Parco in Buttrio offers a high-end gastronomic experience, where the quality of the ingredients and the precision of the service blend in perfect harmony. During our dinner for two, we tasted dishes that stood out for their balance and refinement: octopus in a panko bread crust with the perfect contrast between crunchiness and softness, excellently aged prosciutto d'Osvaldo, and squid ink cappellacci with a rich and well-balanced filling. Among the main courses, a tender tagliata and a perfectly cooked venison fillet, with a bold yet elegant flavor. The desserts concluded: a creamy and aromatic Mont Blanc and a simply excellent millefeuille, light and fragrant. The service deserves special mention: attentive, fast, and professional waiters, always capable of maintaining the right balance between friendliness and discretion. The final bill was €130 for two, fully justified by the overall quality of the experience. A place to keep in mind and return to with pleasure.

12/11/2025: I'm in Fagagna for work, and my bible "Osterie d'Italia" (2016) recommends "Da Fenile," praising its authentic cuisine with local products. Of course, I test the reliability of the guide and the trattoria. I must admit that reality is better than theory. Honest and authentic hospitality. Cleanliness and simplicity in this trattoria, bar, and tobacconist in an isolated hamlet of San Daniele del Friuli. But above all, THE FOOD IS REALLY GOOD. Besides the classic San Daniele (really good), I enjoyed the excellent homemade giardiniera and the gnocchetti as a first course. But above all, the stuffed duck was almost better than the one my mom made. To finish, a bit of Moltrasio with polenta, a good house wine, and I left feeling really happy (as well as full). Thanks to the young waitress (so energetic and helpful) and to the fabulous owner, with whom we had a pleasant chat. P.S. The price is absolutely fair. I'll definitely be back when I'm in the area.

04/10/2025: My wife and I have eaten at Al Gnotul several times. The place is very quaint and exudes Friulian tradition, culture, and hospitality. We've always had a wonderful time. The owners are very kind in their advice and hospitality. They serve simple Friulian cuisine, prepared with great care and simplicity. We've always felt right at home, and this makes us always happy to return. Thank you very much, see you soon.

21/09/2025: First time I had dinner I was very satisfied! I was with locals who took me there! Only the bread they bring you 4 different types of water included in the cover charge, a trio of good first courses, super meat, delicious desserts and plenty of them! I recommend it to everyone because it's worth it!

10/11/2025: A Sunday family lunch. The restaurant is beautifully decorated in a rustic style, welcoming and warm. Typical Friulian food, as are the wines. Everything was delicious!! I've already recommended it to friends. Last but not least: easy parking, which is practically impossible in Milan these days!

06/11/2025: For work, I have to eat out for lunch almost every day. I found the location to be very elegant, the service excellent, and the food (I had venison) very well prepared and light. The prices are in line with the quality of the food, service, and venue.

10/11/2025: First time and last time for us, a good meeting place for a drink or to eat some San Daniele prosciutto. Our experience was pleasant, the prosciutto was good, but it's a shame the cheese board was a bit meager; I would have added a few more slices. A bit pricey: €108 for two cheese boards, mixed cheeses, and focaccia, with a drink per person (4 proseccos and 2 bottles of water). Some say you pay for quality, and I saw it on the receipt!

14/11/2025: A pleasant and delicious discovery for us VEGANS too (we're new to Friuli, by the way)!!! Looking at it from the outside, it immediately reminded me of my grandparents, the timeless rustic style that captivates and warms the heart❤!!! Clean and cared for in every detail, it feels like you've gone back in time... with the fireplace lit, beautiful, well-furnished rooms, the professionalism of the owner and staff is unparalleled... in fact, they're ready to advise and clarify every detail for those with intolerances, celiac disease, or vegans like us. We ordered delicious barley and bean soup, mixed salad, delicious potato chips, steamed vegetables, homemade giardiniera, an excellent organic Friulian, and to finish, the friendly owner offered us vegan pear ice cream drowned in pear liqueur, a true delight that won us over!!! Next time I'll also try the polenta!!! We will definitely return to this relaxing, rustic place!! Highly recommended!!!

23/11/2025: With a prior reservation we were immediately kindly seated. The sparkling Ribola for a welcome was pleasantly fresh and well covered the deliciousness of the local mixed cold cuts and cheeses. This was followed by bread gnocchi with beef goulash and potato gnocchi with bolognese sauce. Both dishes went perfectly with the young Schiopettino, just enough tangy and fresh. At the end, we had a gubana with a glass of grappa. An excellent ending. The service was fast and friendly, and the price was reasonable. I highly recommend a visit.
