First, food was great, everything we ordered was so delicious!
Second, the service is also amazing, thanks for the whole team, everyone was helpful, pleasant, funny, attentive.
Third, the atmosphere. Live music was sooooo good, people were dancing and signing, including the restaurant team. Such a great evening!

07/08/2024: In occasione del compleanno di mio figlio, decidiamo di vivere l' esperienza di un pranzo in un ristorante due stelle Michelin.
Le aspettative sono alte per le numerose recensioni entusiastiche di persone che sono già state presso questo ristorante. Appena arrivati, veniamo accolti dal maitre che ci introduce alla sala ristorante attraverso il giardino dove vengono coltivate piante aromatiche.
La sala interna del ristorante è molto accogliente con cucina a vista , un grande camino ed una parete dove trovano spazio innumerevoli bottiglie di vino. Scegliamo il menù " A mano libera" dando totale fiducia allo Chef. Che dire, ogni antipasto, ogni piatto è una piacevole sorpresa, un' esplosione di gusto con impiattamenti raffinati e curati in ogni minimo dettaglio.
Il servizio procede con le giuste pause per assaporare ed apprezzare ogni pietanza. Buonissimi i lievitati come la focaccia in padella ed il pane col lievito madre. Arriviamo al dolce ed alla piccola pasticceria molto soddisfatti della nostra scelta. Alla fine del pranzo, apprezziamo molto il saluto dello Chef ed il breve scambio di battute. Andiamo via entusiasti per l' esperienza vissuta e con l' idea di ritornare appena possibile.
28/05/2024: Ieri sera siamo stati per la prima volta alla Taverna Estia e ne siamo rimasti incantati. La location è un’oasi di pace, con il suo giardino fiorito di piante profumate e aromatiche. Siamo stati accolti con calore e signorilità in una sala intima ed elegante e siamo stati accompagnati in un viaggio tra i sapori del territorio, esaltati da tecniche culinarie raffinate e innovative. Ogni piatto ha mostrato estrema cura, passione e maestria sia alla vista che al palato.
La Taverna Estia è davvero un luogo che regala un’esperienza fantastica e appagante. Siamo andati via felici, col desiderio di ritornare quanto prima. Grazie fratelli Sposito!

Che dire.. tutto eccezionale, a partire dal personale: professionale, gentile e disponibile.
Per non parlare del cibo, tutto spettacolare, a partire dall’antipasto.

25/05/2024: At that time. Let me start by saying that my partner and I come from starred tastings of high and other levels such as the Enoteca Pinchiorri in Florence but not only that: also various experiences in the Neapolitan area.
We ate the 7-course menu and were extremely disappointed. A riot of unbalanced combinations, which leave a terrible taste in the mouth, probably given by the insistence on proposing a taste somewhere between exotic and tropical, a failed attempt on many levels.
The famous 50-ingredient soup was borderline edible as it was cloying and the quantity was certainly not adequate to eat 2 other dishes and a dessert afterwards. Furthermore, it turned into a hunt to find the most palatable "piece".
The only dishes that could be saved, but nothing exceptional, were the spaghetti with sea anemones and the stewed meatball, although they had absolutely nothing to do with the rest. In fact, it is a completely disjointed and non-cohesive menu, which begins with an absolute lack of consistencies which gradually increase (when you would like to abandon ship) and ends with an equally cloying dessert.
Only the amuse bouche, if we can call it that, is excellent, with 4 different cooking methods for the ragù: if the menu had continued in that style it would probably have been a huge hit.
Acceptable service, the sommelier was good but the other waitress was not exactly at the level expected in a starred restaurant.
It's a review written reluctantly, we know how much work goes into it, how much commitment and how much sacrifice, but if I come to spend 200 euros for a dinner (including the two tastings) I don't expect a three star rating, of course, but I don't even want to desire it. that it ends as soon as possible and that I leave so disgusted and dissatisfied.
Furthermore, I speak as a former fellow citizen of Quartese, so it is a double wound.
If the menu changes we will be happy to return to change our mind.
30/04/2024: I had dinner in this starred restaurant out of curiosity because the chef seemed very imaginative and ready for new culinary proposals, but seeing the same ingredients in almost all the courses didn't drive me crazy, then the pasta and peas with bergamot or God too heavy you can't taste more than a spoonful, the 50 ingredient soup 👎 no! The octopus was salty and inedible At least I wanted to delight myself with the dessert but it was like an ice cream that tasted almost only of ginger I repeat the imagination in different proposals and as an example but the flavors are terrible I don't think I'll go back but go anyway to try because everyone has their own his tastes fortunately

17/08/2024: We returned to this restaurant for lunch a few years later. Welcoming place as well as the managers and managers of the activity.
Familiar and pleasant environment: the wait between one course and another spent in pleasant chat. Good food, well prepared, a sort of revisited tradition of dishes from our cuisine. The house wine, desserts and liqueurs always prepared by them are also good, from limoncello to the famous Nocillo.
Prices in the category average. We had a good time.
