Bar-restaurant in the Casalecchio di Reno train station, always open for lunch except Sundays and only on Thursday and Friday evenings. The tagliatelle are excellent, as are the crescentine and tigelle with cured meats. A casual place, as we say in Bologna, unpretentious but clean and tidy. In short, the food is good and reasonably priced. For me, it's definitely worth a try.

Taverna Ristorante Al Monastero

25/05/2026: The food is exquisite, featuring typical local dishes. You feel like you've been transported back in time. The location is ideal for escaping the hustle and bustle of the city and is easily accessible. There's ample parking, and the staff is excellent. The low cost per person, combined with the excellent quality of the food and generous portions, is truly rare these days.

07/03/2026: Good pizza and tagliata. Very friendly owner. Nice place. It could use a makeover. However, excellent value for money.
01/02/2026: Delicious food, shame about the delivery. I had to wait an hour for just two pizzas.
