I ate an excellent cut, and breaded artichokes with ham. an old-fashioned Bolognese host who makes you feel at ease. The young chef wants to cook and experiment and it can be felt in the dishes. Congratulations I will be back.

Quando ho voglia di coccolarmi vado a mangiare al Bettolino, anche se è vicinissimo a casa, sui binari di una piccola stazione , con pochi tavoli ma.... è come fare un salto nel tempo, come ritrovare le vecchie osterie di Bologna (diventate tutte troppo "fighette" e per turisti). Questa sera abbiamo mangiato dei tortellini in brodo STREPITOSI, un brasato ( di guancia) al merlot, buonissimo e un tagliere di crescentine, tigelle e salumi eccezionale! La simpatia e la bravura di Alessandro e Ovidio contribuiscono alle coccole. BRAVI!!!! Per gente che ama la sostanza e non la forma!!!

Ho deciso di esprimere il mio giudizio su questo locale che frequento ormai da tempo ed è sempre una piacevole conferma. Pochi piatti ma fatti in un modo esemplare. Primi eccellenti, crescentine insuperabili, buon vino,buoni i dolci,buon rapporto qualità prezzo e ottima atmosfera. Complimenti continuate così. A presto.

09/01/2024: Cucina tipica bolognese di qualità. Ristorante sempre affollato...Per un nostro ritardo, abbiamo rischiato di perdere il tavolo, data la domanda superiore all'offerta. Ci siamo dovuti accomodare nella veranda esterna. Comunque tutto bene. Vedere foto dei piatti.
02/10/2023: Our server spoke English very well; that was really helpful. Everything we ate and drank was perfect. Husband said there was a choice of 4 red and 4 white wines by the half bottle, and he enjoyed a half bottle of Chianti Classico. My pumpkin tortelloni in yummy cheesy sauce was excellent. I kept dragging the pasta through the delicious sauce. Tortelloni was cooked Al dente and I loved it. I put aside the stale vegetable chips. Roast potatoes are called baked potatoes on the menu (a translation of párate al forno). They are delicious. Mixed salad is perfect. All ingredients fresh and crisp. Seating indoors too in air conditioning but we chose to sit outdoors on a nice day. Service was not super fast as described by another reviewer. We were not in a hurry so we didn't mind.
