19/08/2026: It goes without saying that this is one of the best traditional restaurants in the area! Besides being located in the center of Pescocostanzo, the highlight is the warm welcome, helpfulness, kindness, and great efficiency of the entire service. The waiters are super friendly, approachable, helpful, and always on point. And let's not even get started on the food! The first courses are a delight, all handmade! The lamb chops were out of this world, perfectly cooked, with no signs of burning, and most importantly, you could taste the lamb perfectly. The price was perfectly in line with the amount of food we ate.

19/08/2026: I would have preferred not to give even one star, but Google is forcing me to! I've been trying to book at this restaurant for 15 days, but it's impossible because I only answer the phone for one hour a day from 11:00 to 12:00. If for some reason you can't make a reservation during that time slot, you can't book. In 2026, the age of AI, they don't have an alternative booking method, they don't have an email address, they don't have an updated website, and they don't have any agreements with any platforms. I finally manage to call at the scheduled time, and with no small amount of smugness, they tell me that from now until who knows when, there's no chance of a table for two people + one child! Situations that only occur in Italy, and now I understand why everyone prefers to go abroad.

01/08/2026: I was very happy with the lunch because, as a vegetarian, I often struggle to find interesting dishes, especially in the mountains where meat is the main ingredient. I enjoyed a delicious appetizer and first course. I highly recommend it, and I hope to return soon. Thanks again! ❤️

31/07/2026: Guys, the pasta was raw, the grill was full of bones, and the staff wasn't particularly friendly. It takes passion to run a restaurant. We didn't experience any of this.
