Ristorante Tre Frati
Pescocostanzo
09/06/2026: Excellent stay. Clean, quiet rooms. We felt at home thanks to the extremely friendly, professional, and helpful staff. The breakfast was generous. High-quality food, with attention to detail and generous portions. We will definitely be back.
Highly recommended!

Ristorante da Paolino
Pescocostanzo
11/07/2026: We arrived in Pescocostanzo eager to have lunch at this restaurant, given the good reviews. Unfortunately, it was already 2:20 PM, but they welcomed us warmly, as they did with other customers who arrived much later. The lady who runs the place gave us excellent advice: after offering us bruschetta with radicchio and melted cheese, we ordered two first courses. The ravioli with ricotta, gorgonzola, and pears were delicious, as were the tagliolini with cacio e pepe and truffle. Delicious! Then, to finish, we ordered dessert: a tiramisu and a tart with cream and peaches. Everything was delicious again.
You definitely need to book, but we were lucky to find a table. The village of Pescocostanzo also surprised us with its characteristic beauty!
10/07/2026: Impossible to book, always booked, negative and rude conversation with the owner

Il Faggeto
Pescocostanzo
30/05/2026: The restaurant is nice and located inside the Bosco di Sant'Antonio. It's very well-known and busy, but a bit too busy for my taste. It was a Saturday in August, and we had to wait until 2:15 to get a table. This was also why the waiters were tired and a bit distracted. Aside from these negatives, probably due to a particularly difficult day, the food was good, and the portions were generous. The cured meats and cheeses appetizer was enormous—we each had one—and the wild boar pappardelle were excellent and plentiful. The puntarelle, a type of fresh pasta, with a white sauce and truffle shavings, were also good. The price was average for the area.
Update (May 2026). I stand by my previous review more or less. The portions are generous but not overwhelming, the tartare good but a bit out of place and overpriced. The first courses were always very good, but we found the lamb a bit tough, although flavorful. In short, still a good restaurant but with room for improvement.
18/05/2026: With gluten-free they won me over!!!
