27/05/2025: I have been working in the same street for 9 years and for all this time this restaurant has been a point of reference for the quality of the dishes, the research and respect for tradition, the correctness of the prices, the genuine and spontaneous friendliness of all the staff! Learning of the closure of this point of reference for Chinese cuisine present for over 30 years is immensely sad and makes you reflect on the too harsh and almost absurd law of the real estate market in Florence, which favors businesses that close every 12 months rather than loyal tenants. Good luck to all the staff and the owner Massimo with the hope that this change brings more beautiful news! I hope to see you soon!!

24/05/2025: We really enjoyed our meals here! The curry and noodles was a first for us but quite good, the chicken fried rice had a good mix of veggies and egg, the sweet and sour chicken was light and crisp and the pineapple sauce was great, not cloyingly sweet and dyed red as it generally is in the US. The beef and broccoli was flavorful and beautifully cooked. We had a big group and shared the dishes, ended up ordering a few more bc the portions were appropriate for 1 serving and not the huge, too much serving as is the case at home. Not expensive. Try it!

06/03/2026: Honestly, it wasn't very tasty. The first soup was fragrant, and the egg was fried quite well, but the rice was overcooked and mushy, making it unpalatable. Surprisingly, the chicken breast was quite tender, but for some reason, all the vegetables were mushy and overcooked. 😫

28/02/2026: I'm sorry, but nothing remains of the old restaurant. It was one of the best Chinese restaurants in Pisa, but now the quality has significantly declined. I have no complaints about the kindness and courtesy; they're impeccable. It's a shame.

28/09/2025: I've been going to Sushi Elis for many years, and when they had the à la carte menu, it was my favorite Japanese/Chinese restaurant. I returned after years, and unfortunately, it's not as good as it used to be; I was deeply disappointed. The Cantonese rice tasted mostly of oil, and the nudon spaghetti with shrimp and vegetables tasted almost like vinegar. The quality/price ratio is absolutely not there. Since it became an all-you-can-eat restaurant, it's lost the quality that once distinguished it. The service is impeccable, and the place is nice and welcoming, but I'm sorry, I won't be returning. Too bad.

29/12/2025: I place an order for €33, and the food arrives. Wrong order, they brought me two random nigiri (I'd only ordered one) without chopsticks and no soy sauce. But if I order sushi, I'll want soy sauce and chopsticks. That seems normal, right? I call the restaurant and the girl tells me, "If someone wants soy sauce, they have to order it with chopsticks." They're obviously afraid of giving away an extra one. They ruined my evening.

08/02/2026: Ristorante La Felicità in Pontedera boasts a beautiful, well-kept, and clean atmosphere, perfect for a quiet dinner. Unfortunately, the wait is quite long, especially between courses. The food is mostly good, with some dishes being well-executed, but the portions are small; some dishes are average, others a bit low for the price. Overall, the atmosphere is pleasant, but there's room for improvement in service and portion sizes.

22/02/2026: We arrived at 1:30 PM and ordered the first round of sushi. By 3 PM, everything hadn't arrived yet. I don't think anything else needs to be said. There's no point in having an AYCE plan if you can only order once, because then it literally takes them two hours to bring you the food. It's a real rip-off.

28/12/2025: Photo: Udon with beef (A4) and bao (came 4 in the plate). Good, honest food—well seasoned, tasty, and served very hot (a big plus for me). We visited Livorno on December 26th, when most restaurants were closed for St. Stephen’s Day, so we ended up having lunch here as a last option. We really enjoyed the meal. I would definitely eat here again if I visit Livorno in the future. From the outside, the restaurant looks a bit shabby and not very tidy. However, the dining area is located in a side room, which was quite pretty and well kept. The toilet was not very clean. Service was good but not so smooth due to the language barrier (I don't speak italian).

14/02/2026: I was deeply disappointed by this sushi restaurant. A terrible experience in every way. The service was embarrassing: interminable waits, ordered dishes that never arrived, and the staff was completely disorganized. We had to ask for the same dishes multiple times, and yet some were never served. Unacceptable, especially in a place that's supposed to be used to handling a high volume of orders. The food, when it finally arrived, was mediocre and presented carelessly. But the real problem was the ridiculous slowness: we spent more time waiting than eating. No attention was given to the customer, no explanation for the delays, no apologies. A frustrating experience that I won't repeat and absolutely don't recommend. There are many other sushi restaurants that are much more worthy.

29/01/2026: It's more expensive than others and it's not clear why... limited selection of sushi dishes. The service is very slow and poorly coordinated. The ordering app is not very functional, as is the service 🤣.... Nice place but cold, both in terms of temperature and atmosphere. A couple of dishes, however, are very good. I don't think I'll go back, also because they don't even have fortune cookies.

15/02/2026: Dinner with my relatives. It went very badly given that we ordered the food at 7 and it arrived at 8-10. We asked for sauces and they didn't arrive, so we had to ask for them. The salmon was of the highest quality, having blood in it. We were also prevented from eating any other food since they didn't bring it to us. For €24, it was a complete scam. I felt very ill after eating the fried chicken. The prices are insane.
