08/10/2025: An '80s-style Chinese restaurant on Trionfale. The Chinese food is average, with generous portions and a good price, but a bit greasy. Twice I've been there, I've tried the classic steamed ravioli, Cantonese rice, and soy noodles with vegetables. Another time, I wanted to try a pizza diavola, but I wasn't entirely satisfied with it, as neither the dough, mozzarella, nor salami were good; the only redeeming feature was the tomato. The place is dark and quite dirty, outdated, and in dire need of renovation.

11/09/2025: The girl who works the tables is incredibly rude. I won't even comment on the crunchy spaghetti.

05/11/2025: We organized a school trip. As soon as we arrived, they served us drinks (AFTER THE WAITRESS DROPPED THEM ON THE FLOOR) and the sandwich (definitely preheated), ditto for the potatoes. The burger was completely RAW, inedible. When 30 raw sandwiches came out, we asked for an explanation and they accused us of not having asked for it to be cooked twice. PS: The burger was so raw you could see the white dots of fat: 🤮🤮🤮 DISGUSTING!! Plus, there was a COCKROACH present. Hygiene was NON-EXISTENT!

05/11/2025: If I could give one star, I would have! After a long walk, we arrived here. We sat down and ordered. The drinks arrived promptly, as did the sandwiches, which makes me think the sandwiches are preheated. Besides, the potatoes were cold and rubbery. As for the meat, I can't say anything other than it was just as DISGUSTING! Raw and red in color, the burger was presented with a black...burnt appearance! Disgraceful!

12/10/2025: Last night I returned to the seaside terrace for dinner. The new space is truly beautiful, and the food is consistently excellent. I especially enjoyed the spaghetti with clams. I highly recommend it; my friends also loved it, returning after years and hadn't yet seen the new terrace.

08/10/2025: Very nice place; we ate well and were right on the waterfront (you need to reserve a table near the railing). Friendly and professional service. I recommend arriving early, otherwise you'll need a bit of patience, but the experience is worth it!

08/11/2025: I've been going here for years now, and it's my go-to Chinese restaurant. The decor isn't the best, but it makes up for it with excellent food, all top-quality and in decent portions. The service is attentive and helpful, and the wait times aren't long at all. I highly recommend the fettuccine with mixed grilled seafood (superb), the steamed ravioli, and the fried shrimp, but everything is truly excellent. Great Gino!

04/11/2025: I got a bonus on a website (it’s shown in the photo) and decided to turn it into a little celebration. The sashimi was fresh, the flavors bright, and the day ended exactly how I wanted.

09/10/2025: DAO is a restaurant that clearly strives for elegance and refinement, both in its ambiance and in the presentation of its dishes. The quality of the ingredients is good, and the plating is meticulously crafted. However, the overall experience felt a bit forced. The dishes didn't arrive in the requested order, and the staff's excessive attention made it difficult to enjoy the meal in peace: you barely had time to finish a bite before someone was ready to clear your plate. Furthermore, in less than two minutes, three different people asked us if we'd like dessert—an attentiveness that went from thoughtful to almost intrusive. Overall, a place with potential and a lovely atmosphere, but one that would greatly benefit from more relaxed and harmonious service. Sometimes, true elegance lies in giving customers the right amount of space. 🍽️

28/09/2025: A pleasant discovery! In the heart of the Italia neighborhood, we stumbled upon this Chinese restaurant by chance. It offers excellent service at prices consistent with both the area and the restaurant. Everything is very well-kept and clean! The steamed fish dumplings are delicious; I recommend them!

31/07/2025: I’m so glad to stay near this place during my 2-weeks-trip in Rome, as I was able to try almost the whole menu. I’m always picky when it comes to drinks, coffees, and especially matcha. Nevertheless, I think here the stuff is pretty good in their job. Despite my lots-requiring order, they made every of my drink in a perfect shape. Even though, I usually don’t stick with one place because I prefer to try many others, I kept coming here way too much. I surely plan to come back here and keep trying their new flavours in my next visits in Rome). Also, I highly recommend to try out their crepe (my favourite was with beef), it tastes amazing!!! P.S. you can feel free to customise your order by clearly indicating your preferences (to change the milk of coffee or matcha, for example)

11/11/2025: Exceptional experience. The noodles were just like the ones I ate in Thailand on Phi Phi Island. You can taste the freshness and quality of the ingredients. The sashimi is delicious and fresh. The atmosphere is elegant and relaxed. I'm also celiac and lactose-intolerant, and they made sure I found something that suited me well. They were very attentive. I highly recommend it.

08/10/2025: I'm a regular. The food is excellent and it's a great alternative to more well-known restaurants. It's family-run and very reasonably priced. Excellent traditional Chinese cuisine.

11/09/2025: The restaurant is clean and welcoming, with very helpful and courteous staff. We found the food excellent. There are many dishes to choose from, the flavors are very distinct, the food is high quality, and the preparation is excellent. Each table has a tablet where you can order, and the dishes arrive quickly even when the restaurant is busy. We will definitely return, and it is highly recommended because we found only very positive things. The prices are moderately low for the quality.
