While passing through Santa Marinella, we found this place. The terrace overlooking the sea is very pleasant. From appetizers to main courses, everything was excellent and fresh. If I'm ever passing through again, I'd gladly return.

We arrived at this little seaside restaurant on a Tuesday for lunch. It was already almost full, so we were escorted to a shady spot. It was idyllic. The food was excellent, or almost, except for the overcooked and broken spaghetti. What we really didn't like was the service... Let's start with the cork in the tasting glass. It can happen, of course, but you can apologize and not shrug. The service was quick, but never a smile. There's definitely room for improvement!

We had dinner last night at a lovely place. The staff was professional and friendly. The food was all delicious. I highly recommend it, and we'll definitely be back. The location is exceptional, with a terrace overlooking the sea.

This place is a source of pride for Santa Marinella. The seaside location is superb, the food is fresh and plentiful, and the table service is impeccable. The only thing I can fault is the heat on the patio in August :-) Kudos to Mrs. Raffaella, a source of pride for the restaurant industry in Santa Marinella and beyond. It's no coincidence that it's always packed. Those who work hard earn a lot, and where there's respect and courtesy for the customer, it's a source of pride.

Easter Monday 2026 with friends and family....top food....the only flaw was that the pasta arrived stuck together.

I've been eating at Mare e Sole for years and have always had a great time... I've eaten very good food, the waiters are very kind and friendly. Anyone who doesn't speak highly of it either doesn't know anything about it, or hasn't gone too well for you. I went again today and had a great time, as always!

Reservations are recommended, especially if you want to enjoy the sea view from the terrace on a beautiful sunny day, making the experience even more enjoyable. I wanted to have lunch after a morning of cleaning at home, and despite being uninvited, I still had the pleasure of eating on the terrace. For my appetizer, I indulged in the tuna tartare, which I consider a true delicacy, especially when it's homemade. Then came the scialatiello with clams, which I literally devoured—delicious. Finally, a cannoli and an amaro to round out a "reward lunch" for the morning's effort. The staff is young, but well-trained and professional, and the owner and chef, Patrizio, is kind and attentive, attentive to every customer's need. Beautiful, beautiful... AND GOOD, GOOD!

I celebrated my 60th birthday there. All the guests were delighted. All the dishes were impeccably prepared and truly delicious. I will definitely be back.
