All the dishes offered spoke of traditions passed down from father to son, and the owner's kindness made us feel almost at home. The intimate, slightly retro atmosphere is truly welcoming. An evening of good food that I will want to repeat as soon as possible.

The food was spectacular, with meticulous attention to detail and truly incredible flavors. Every course was a delight. But the real surprise was the atmosphere: they set a wonderful table for me, elegant and well-appointed, which made the evening even more special. The location is enchanting, the kind of place that immediately makes you feel like you're somewhere unique. A huge round of applause also for the service, impeccable from start to finish: the staff were extremely kind, attentive, and always smiling. The wine selection was also excellent, perfect to accompany the dinner. My sincere compliments to the entire staff for their friendliness, professionalism, and passion, evident in every detail. Later, I received an email from the restaurant with another confirmation and a link: "Click here to confirm." Intrigued, I clicked, finding a page where I agreed to subscribe to the newsletter. Yep. In the morning, I received a WhatsApp message in which they kindly gave me 90 minutes to confirm, otherwise they would cancel to "give other people the opportunity to relax and enjoy good food." I clarified that they weren't authorized to message me, and that I could delete it according to TheFork's policies. Then I received: 12:02 PM WhatsApp "We're waiting for you" 12:14 PM WhatsApp "If you don't want messages, there's an unsubscribe link" 1:28 PM Email + WhatsApp "Welcome" 3:10 PM WhatsApp for a promotion Blocked immediately. Oh, do you know how many of us were in the restaurant that threatened to cancel the reservation if I didn't respond within 90 minutes? Four. Never again. The owner wasn't in the dining room, at most in the kitchen. And, I'll tell you what's obviously not yet clear: you can't send emails or WhatsApp messages without my express consent. In fact, I'll also report this to the privacy regulator. Persistence? I'm free to comment wherever I want, on any social media or website I can think of. Poor things.

The selection is vast: from cured meats to cheeses, including local specialties and unique products, you'll be spoiled for choice. The bread is simply delicious: fragrant on the outside and soft on the inside, made daily with great care. It also offers a delicatessen, with a wide selection of ready-made meals, side dishes, and many other delicious options, perfect for both a quick lunch and a full dinner without sacrificing flavor. The prices are absolutely fair, in fact, in many cases, very affordable considering the high quality offered. The staff are friendly and helpful, the atmosphere welcoming: a place you'll always want to return to. Highly recommended!

15/02/2026: Valentine's Day dinner at Casa Rispoli. A very welcoming and charming restaurant in the center of Cava. We opted for the five-course seafood tasting menu for €75. The bruschetta with raw shrimp was very delicate on the palate, while the fried calamari was too oily, as was the seared tuna. The pasta was a very positive note: the tagliolini with shrimp tartare and lemon were truly excellent. Service was average.
