Each dish was a symphony of flavours, carefully prepared and presented like a work of art. The freshest ingredients and attention to detail made every bite a real joy for the palate. But what really made the experience extraordinary was the service. Vittorio, the head nurse, is simply exceptional. His professionalism, courtesy and ability to anticipate every need made us feel like special guests from start to finish. His dish recommendations were impeccable and demonstrated in-depth knowledge and genuine passion for his work. This restaurant is not just a place to eat, but an unforgettable culinary journey. 03/11/2024: My wife and I tried Ristorante D'Aiello on our first day and Italy. The food, service, and views were excellent. This is a great place to eat, especially if you enjoy people watching as many tables overlook the main street. We went during non-peak tourism times, which I would highly recommend if you plan on enjoying Italy without being shoulder to shoulder on the streets and wish to see and enjoy everything on your list. Special shoutout to our waitress, Elenora, who was extremely polite and whose service really contributed to the great experience we had.

16/02/2025: We received our starter (cold course) 45 minutes after ordering. When we had finished the starter, the table next to us (who sat after us) had already consumed the first and second course. Despite this, they still apologized and were courteous. The place is welcoming although small and somewhat noisy. The strong point is the food, from the starter we particularly appreciated the meat and aubergine meatballs. The mixed meat roast is highly recommended. Good quality-price

20/11/2024: What can I say!? It's expensive but rightly so! The ambience is the most beautiful you can have in Amalfie and that's saying something! Unfortunately I can't remember the waiter's name but he was perfect! And he looked as Italian as one can look :p Thanks for the service! Everything was really excellent, only the food didn't quite match the level of service and ambience, but still good, it was a great experience from start to finish!

14/10/2024: Restaurante familiar que crece y sirve su propia comida. Vinimos aquí porque uno de nuestros miembros es vegetariano y esto les sirve muy bien. ¡Pero también tienen platos de carne! Está en un lugar precioso con una terraza sombreada para que pueda ver por el valle. Pequeña confesión nos alojamos en un apartamento a solo 10 minutos de distancia, así que ya estábamos muy lejos por el valle - si vienes del centro de la ciudad de Amalfi es una caminata cuesta arriba. También haga reserva previa, ya que este es un restaurante más pequeño - que responden a los correos electrónicos. Tenga en cuenta también que este es un lugar solo para el almuerzo.

10/10/2024: Muy recreo este delicioso almuerzo que le da un descanso de las multitudes en la ciudad. Un fácil paseo cuesta arriba de 20 a 30 minutos en escaleras y un camino lo llevan al paraíso en las montañas. Este restaurante familiar de granja a mesa ofrece un delicioso menú con ingredientes frescos, incluso hasta su limoncello casero. ¡Haz una reserva y no lo pienses dos veces!

22/12/2024: We found ourselves there by chance. My ex-husband and I needed to talk about some important things. He chose to eat something. The waiters are too present. The tables were free so I didn't understand this pressure. We didn't have time to finish the bottle of red before they immediately placed the dessert menu on our doorstep. The meatballs had hard eggplant as if it wasn't cooked. The ravioli served not boiling and full of parsley. I only noticed staff busy selling.

23/01/2025: We had dinner two evenings. The service was impeccable and the owner Antonio and his family were helpful and very nice. I recommend it to everyone to spend a pleasant evening and taste their delicious dishes.

07/01/2025: Terrible cover music, decent but slightly overpriced food (steak was good though despite being half literally raw), and extremely weird and rude service from our waiter for reasons I can’t fathom apart from his apparent hatred for working in hospitality. He must’ve been the owners weird son. Rest of the staff seemed nice though. Avoid like it’s Coronavirus. Looking forward to the owners hostile reply based on other reviews.

11/12/2024: Ich kann mich den positiven Rezensionen hier komplett anschließen. Das Lokal hat einen Schwerpunkt auf Fleischgerichten und das machen sie richtig gut. Service sehr aufmerksam, allerdings war bei miesem Wetter Mitte Oktober auch nicht so viel los. Das Ambiente ist sehr einladend und für ein ruhiges Abendessen als Paar gut geeignet. Natürlich ist Pogerola etwas abseits der Küste. Wir waren mit dem Bus da, Parken mit dem Auto am Strassenrand wäre aber auch gegangen.
