08/07/2026: Views fit for a king, prices fit for a friend! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ If you think that a beautiful panoramic view in Sorrento automatically means having to mortgage your house to pay the bill, you're wrong! L'Antico Frantoio is proof that you can eat beautifully while admiring the view, without feeling overwhelmed. The Terrace: A panoramic view that reconciles you with the world. Perfect for impressing your significant other without having to wash the dishes to pay for dinner. Since the sun sets late, it treats you to a stunning sunset. The Crispy Paccheri alla Parmigiana: It's the first time I've eaten them like this, the sauce is rich and flavorful... I would have even mopped up the plate of the person sitting next to me. The Pizza: My partner chose it and it got top marks. Traditional pizza, perfect crust, quality ingredients. The Verdict: Exceptional food, picture-perfect location, and decidedly fair prices. A rare gem in Sorrento. We'll definitely be back!

01/07/2026: Unfortunately, our experience was a huge disappointment. We were drawn in by the numerous positive reviews and, after a day exploring Sorrento, we decided to end the evening here. We had booked for four people, politely requesting an outdoor table. Availability was confirmed over the phone, but upon our arrival, we were escorted to an indoor dining room, which wasn't yet fully set up, with a table without even tablecloths. When we explained what we'd agreed upon when booking, we were rudely told that "those who call at 7 pm can't demand the table they want." This statement, we found unprofessional and decidedly out of place. We ordered four starters, but were served after tables that had clearly arrived after us. Furthermore, the dishes were overly seasoned and tasteless. The dining room was very hot, the atmosphere seemed neglected, and, despite it being the height of summer, the Christmas decorations were still up, a detail that accentuated the sense of lack of attention. It's a shame, because our expectations were high. As far as we're concerned, it was a negative experience and we wouldn't recommend it.

11/05/2026: The food was absolutely delicious! Wonderful atmosphere and friendly staff. We got to try some new things we would never have tried before, pasta for dessert was different, but definitely worth it. Would definitely recommend!

06/05/2026: Best burger I had in Italy. I ordered the Gringo burguer and it was awesome. I personally love the caramelized red onions. The Rustiche fries were always crispy and well fried. The order gets ready really fast.

06/05/2026: The best burger I ate in Italy! It was very quick to prepare and the sandwich was simply delicious. I decided to try it to break up the frequency of standard tourist meals (pasta/pizza) and it was the best choice I made. I even went back the next day, it was so good.

19/01/2026: I'd give the food a 2.5. It was delicious, but the portions were very, very small. I understand their aim is to offer a tasting menu, but this isn't clearly stated anywhere. We ordered one main course and one dessert per person, and it wasn't enough. I must emphasize the chef's care in presenting the dishes and the very kind service from the gentleman who served us.

05/07/2026: We had a terrible experience at Donna Sofia, we were seated near the oven which was really hot, it took the waiter almost 40 minutes to attend to us to ask for our order after asking them several times and signing to them that we are ready. The waiter was rude and just asked in a rude tone "what do you want?" and when we ordered Caesar salad and Pizza with zucchini, took them another 40 minutes to bring the food, we thought that the worst part is behind us and we can enjoy the food now, but the salad was all full with the sauce in an exaggerated way that felt I am eating a sauce with little lettuce, and the pizza was just tasteless - defiantly the worst pizza I have eaten not in Italy, but ever!!!

08/10/2025: Edit: It’s been 4 years since I wrote this review and I still think about this Limoncello Spritz at least once a week… Best place to watch the sunset. Nice view over the marina, Naples and the Vesuvius. And the limoncello spritz with fresh mint is unlike anything you’ll ever have. Very affordable as well!

Since it's self-service, the prices are reasonable, and the owner is so kind~~~ It's great for enjoying the view, and I think it's the best spot for watching the sunset! I recommend it as a place to grab a quick snack and a drink or coffee!

31/07/2026: Had a brilliant time at this bar during my holidays in Sorrento. Watched the 2026 GAA Final here and the atmosphere and energy was amazing. Very authentic Irish bar, felt just like a pub in Ireland!! Would highly recommend. Really friendly staff and great music too. Staff really made an effort to converse and connect with everyone in the pub.

Attentive and courteous, yet unobtrusive, and highly professional. The meal (an 8-course surprise menu) was a creative and lovingly crafted variation by the chef. The perfectly matched wine pairings are highly recommended. The whole experience was rounded off by the wonderful ambiance on the terrace on a warm summer evening overlooking the sea. Thank you!

22/06/2026: Super cute coffee shop right off the main road, was on the way from our hotel to the Main Street and I’m so glad we stopped in to grab coffee on our way. The shop seems to be run by a husband and wife, the atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and the coffee is absolutely amazing. My husband got a cafe Americano one morning, espresso later that day, and the next morning woke up and asked if we could go back because it was the best coffee he had and he wanted more. Super friendly, quick service, and tasty! Highly recommend!!
