02/08/2025: We ate at Il Pozzo in Sorrento and ordered a white fish dish and a salmon dish. The fish were very well cooked, fresh, and flavorful; the quality was truly evident. However, the portions of the accompanying salad and mashed potatoes were quite small, which left us feeling a bit short in that regard. The white fish portion was also quite small. The place is pleasant, and the service was decent.

Staff were extremely welcoming and polite, helpful and friendly, gave good recommendations. Food was very tasty and filling, dessert very good as well. Would happily go again, thank you!

31/08/2025: We came to Sorrento on vacation and chose Lorelei to celebrate my partner's birthday. The food was very good, but unfortunately the experience didn't live up to expectations. I had requested a small dessert with a simple "Happy Birthday" written on it, but it wasn't delivered. It was a small detail that ruined the birthday evening, and from a restaurant of this caliber, we would have expected more attention.

12/05/2025: We recently had our wedding reception at Villa Antiche Mura, and it was nothing short of spectacular! The venue exceeded our expectations in every way, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking to get married or host an event in Sorrento. Planning a wedding from England without a planner could have been daunting, but thanks to Michele and Claudia, the entire process was incredibly easy, smooth, and enjoyable. Their communication was 10/10—prompt, efficient, and attentive to the finest details of my requests. Michele was particularly patient as I navigated countless questions and requests when meeting him at the Villa in the days leading up to the wedding. His understanding and support alleviated any stress and reassured me that our day would be perfect, and it truly was! On the wedding day, Michele went above and beyond by arriving at the ceremony venue to assist with my dress preparation and help my bridal party. When my veil got stuck while walking down the aisle, he was right there, saving the day! The Villa itself is breathtaking, and our guests were blown away by the fabulous views. Many of them told us it was the best wedding they had ever attended, a testament not only to the villa's beauty but also to the incredible team that makes it all possible. When my husband and I arrived at the villa, Michele greeted us with a refreshing glass of water—such a thoughtful gesture that showed his experience in handling weddings, especially in the heat. The decorations were set up perfectly, addressing my previous concerns as I personally transported all the decor from the UK. Every detail was executed flawlessly, even better than I could have achieved myself. We also booked the food through the Villa, and it was hands down the best we’ve ever tasted! As frequent diners at fine restaurants, we can confidently say the food at Villa Antiche Mura topped them all. The catering team even accommodated last-minute dietary requests from some of our guests without any fuss. The entertainment was phenomenal as well! We booked a band, a violinist, and a saxophonist through the villa, and they were incredibly talented. Our guests were thoroughly entertained throughout the entire day and evening, with many enjoying themselves so much that nobody left early! The entire team, especially Michele and Claudia, ensured that everything ran like clockwork. They thought of the little touches that made our day even more special, creating a seamless experience for us. Thank you so much to everyone at Villa Antiche Mura for your hard work and dedication in making our dream wedding come true! If you are considering a wedding venue, look no further—you will not be disappointed!

05/08/2025: Me and my family were visiting for our first time in Italy. The food here was sooooo good I got the gnocchi and got to make a pizza with the chef! The view at the restaurant was so beautiful! This is by far the best restaurant I have been to! Thank you so much for the cool experience and learning how to make a pizza!

20/07/2025: Highly recommended! We received a warm welcome at a beautiful location with breathtaking views from the pool and jacuzzi. The shuttle service to the city center was very convenient and well-organized. Our room was beautiful, well-maintained, and comfortable. Breakfast and dinner were both delicious. The staff is always friendly and helpful. In short: a place to completely unwind – we'd love to come back!

07/08/2025: Visited here 5 times during our one week stay in Sorrento. The staff are brilliant, even remembering us and what drinks we had after we had visited a couple of nights, the food is outstanding and very reasonably priced. Even at peak times we were never waiting long for a table and were invited inside for free prosecco which I think was a lovely touch. The location definitely adds to the experience (located in the centre of Piazza Tasso) Will definitely be returning to Fauno Bar when we next visit Sorrento!

05/08/2025: This is the single most surprising place in Sorrento for me, because it feels like a tourist trap at first. But not only it's located in the piazza with an lively view but also the food, the service, the Crew they were over the top, food was delicous, our Waiter was very helpful and kind with recommendations and the piazza atmoshere was ecstatic🤍 10 outa 10🤍🍀

La pasta fresca, il ripieno saporito e il condimento perfettamente bilanciato hanno reso il piatto indimenticabile. Servizio cordiale e atmosfera accogliente. Tornerò sicuramente per provare altre specialità del menu.

20/06/2025: We sat outside which was wonderful. All of the waiters were very helpful and attentive. The pasta’s we ordered were ok. Oversalted for the most part. No one in our party would order the same pasta again. A bit disappointed, sad to say that we would not return.

16/06/2025: I had the pleasure of spending an evening in this special place. The food was delicious, the fish was of excellent quality. The staff was very friendly, present and the service was impeccable. But above all, they were attentive to the intolerances and allergies of each of us. We celebrated a hen party and they helped us spend a fun evening, accompanying us step by step and without ever making us miss anything, and it is also thanks to them that the future bride will not forget this experience.

04/08/2025: We had a wonderful stay at La Tonnarella for two nights on our way to Positano from Rome. I wish we had stayed longer! The staff was extraordinarily pleasant and helpful - even working out a time for us on the beach. The room had an amazing balcony overlooking the bay of Naples and Mt V. The A/C worked fine and the bathroom was large and adequate for my family of four w/two sinks. The location was ideal, just a short walk to the restaurants and stores in Sorrento.

The buffet and restaurant service were of excellent quality, with tasty and well-presented dishes. The food satisfied even the most demanding palates. Professional music and entertainment. 26/08/2025: We simply love this restaurant we found the food to be delicious and they were very accommodating to our requests for slight alterations to our children's meals. The staff are absolutely wonderful with everyone and our children wanted to return again and again. What a joyful place; the staff were so sweet to my daughters, great food, great location and lovely people!
