11/06/2025: Excellent lemon granita with fresh orange juice... even the lemon sorbet is fantastic!!! We spent 4 days in Sorrento, but the ice cream and granita, we always came back to get it here!!!!!! Absolutely to try!!!

05/08/2025: Had the most delicious dinner here! The wine, pasta, and starters were all amazing. The service was super friendly and great as well. My favorite restaurant in Sorrento after a long stay here. I would definitely reccomend!

01/08/2025: In parole povere l'esperienza al di fuori del comune! L'offerta gastronomica è di altissimo livello (a partire dagli antipasti fino ad arrivare alla conclusione del dolce). Oltre alle portate principali (fiore di zucca molto buono, pasta alla nerano e pasta mista ai gamberi eccezionali, frittura di calamari e gamberi puliti, sgusciati e fritti al momento) restano degni di nota alcune attenzioni tra cui il gelato all'olio d'oliva a fine antipasto ed il tortino caldo al cioccolato bianco e limone 🔝 Ma tralasciando la cucina che resta comunque di elevatissimo livello, la vera differenza la fanno l'umanità e la cordialità dei titolari e delllo staff con cui abbiamo condiviso l'esperienza: Pasquale con la sua attenta conoscenza dei vini proposti ed Antonio un eccellente padrone di casa che ci ha fatto sentire come se ci conoscessimo da un sacco di tempo. In poche parole, fateli pure 4 passi fuori dal centro storico e andate a trovare Qui Sorrento perché ne vale veramente la pena!

09/08/2025: Walked past late in the evening to avoid the dinner rush. The food was super and so was the dessert. The staff were helpful and friendly and made us feel at home.

12/08/2025: Believe me!! This restaurant is the best. Limited choice and quality. A family welcome, gourmet dishes... we came to this restaurant by chance, but we will return without hesitation. It was fabulous, even though I am very picky. The price is justifiable. The lemon baba is wonderful. I recommend it 200%.

09/07/2025: 4 of us attended the school in July. Easy shuttle from town; nice country atmosphere up on the hill; the hosts were gracious, helpful, and funny. Absolutely recommend to anyone considering it who might be traveling in Campania. Also, we booked our class only the day before, and it was fine.

04/07/2025: If you ever wanted to make pizza dough from scratch, try this, the staff are really warm and welcoming, Luigi is a real comedian, Maria has a lovely warmth to her, as did everyone involved with this experience. 26/08/2025: What can I say? A wonderful and characteristic place right in the center of Sorrento, where you can savor traditional dishes (superlative gnocchi) and the charming atmosphere of the peninsula, further enhanced by a jovial guitarist playing among the tables. Not to mention the service and the waiters, all super kind, smiling, and helpful. My stroller, which we had folded in a corner, slipped on the floor, and the waiter noticed it and took care to put it away next to a chair. A pleasant experience and good food.

19/08/2025: La Lanterna is a gem amongst the lovely little back streets of Sorrento. We ate here two out of four nights and wished we found it earlier in the holiday. The pizzas, pasta carbonara and seafood platter were delicious. The service was excellent, all staff were so friendly and the live entertainment was superb!

13/08/2025: Absolutely amazing food , I had a grilled mixed fish and it was so fresh and delicious and a huge portion. Service was also amazing , with very friendly and acomidating staff . Definitely recommend coming here if you are in Sorento!

12/08/2025: The atmosphere was spectacular, as was Antonio's hospitality, which gave us excellent advice. Everything was incredibly fresh, and the bill was very reasonable for the quality of the dishes. Highly recommended!

19/06/2025: An absolute gem of a sandwich shop. We went twice and the sandwiches were delicious. The two ladies running the shop couldn’t have been nicer. A must if you’re in Sorrento.

18/06/2025: Came here thanks to my daughter and TikTok 🤦🏼‍♂️. 45 minute wait in line to order then another 35 minutes to get it. But Food was excellent and worth the wait. The staff is friendly and fun singing along with the great playlist - keeps it lively met lots of nice people in line. Note: VERY limited seating! One small hack- download their app (extra 2€ per sandwich) and order ahead of time - pick it up at your convenience, however, you cannot order the classic hot sandwiches on the app …..that should probably be fixed but otherwise excellent.

20/05/2025: They don't take reservations, but this place is completely worth any wait. If the line is long, grab a drink from the store next door while you wait. To start we had prosciutto and melon, its sweetnes perfectly balancing the salty prosciutto. Also had the bufalo mozzarella and cherry tomatoes, which were some of the best bocconcini all trip. After appies, my wife went with the seabream in white lemon sauce, and I went with the spaghetti in an anchovie sauce with lemons. When in sorrento you must try the lemon pastas and this one is fantastic. For dessert, we had the richest and creamiest cannoli we have ever had. It was so good. We also had the lemon cake, which we would have every night if possible. This place seems best suited for 2 people. If your group is larger, you may have to wait until two tables beside each other become available at the same time so they can be put together.

19/05/2025: När jag var ute och undersökte staden första dagen så passerade jag detta ställe och kände igen namnet, av en händelse så öppnade man precis så det var inget problem att få en plats på uteserveringen. Snabb och korrekt service med glimten i ögat och härligt liv och rörelse i gränden där restaurangen ligger gjord lunchen till en fröjd. Jag åt en magisk gnocchi (som jag tyvärr glömt namnet på) innehållande bl.a. torkat sidfläsk, nötter och krutonger och en stor balja Aglianico till och bara njöt. Superupplevelse både gällande smak, pris och service, missa inte!

22/08/2025: So so good!! Perfect if you're after a quick bite but don't fancy the regular sandwich. The products are super fresh, they cut the meat in front of you and you can see the different varieties in the window. The staff is nice and even let me add pesto in my focaccia for no extra:))

08/08/2025: During our two week stay we visited various occasions as a couple and with other family members, we had the panino’s which were amazing, and we also stopped for an aperitif on a couple of occasions. Great food, great service and lovely atmosphere, must visit / recommend.

07/08/2025: many vegan options, clearly stated. Very tasty. And cheaper than other places Just 1 thing maybe bread would be nice with salad :)

13/08/2025: A really pleasant restaurant, with friendly and helpful owner/staff. We ate fish and the food was top notch, reasonably priced and so tasty. Also lovely deserts and a decent choice of inexpensive wines. Hope we get the opportunity to return soon.

17/08/2025: A genuine, honest, and traditional Italian patisserie, offering a wonderful selection of home-made sweets, gelato, and drinks. Locals keep returning, chatting with the staff like old friends, perhaps having grown up with the shop, and tourists like us are equally well treated and warmly welcomed. The atmosphere is cosy and authentic, making it the perfect spot to savour the joy of being in Sorrento. They also sell their original Limoncello. Every visit feels personal and charming, and the care and quality in every item are evident. Highly recommended!
