Fast service and excellent food.
04/05/2026: The mushroom, not just sweet.
Everything is delicious, even the "penna" (a type of mushroom), and you can try it in many flavors.
We'll be back to try the savory mushroom, too.

Very good frittatas.
Truly excellent pasta.
Pasta and potatoes made to perfection.
The carbonara was good, but the guanciale was slightly burnt (maybe that's just the way they make their carbonara). Then I noticed they use egg yolks from plastic cartons (like milk), not fresh eggs.
It's a shame they ran out of Genovese.
I wasn't crazy about the Genovese panzarotto.
Prices are perhaps a little higher than usual.
Very nice place.
11/01/2026: One of the rare times when it's worth spending a little more to eat at a higher quality level🔝. And if you add that you can also sit at the tables without paying a cover charge, it's definitely another reason to come back again. The frittatas are spectacular.

Besides the quality of the ingredients, which is a given and beyond discussion!!!!! Add to that the kindness and professionalism of the staff, always attentive to every need.
Basically, do you want to eat a real/serious/properly made sandwich?
You have to come to Gigione!!!!!
14/05/2026: Impeccable as always, top-quality ingredients expertly cooked. Kudos to the highly professional, kind, and attentive head waiter, who also speaks excellent English, which made my son-in-law, who only speaks English and Greek, very happy.

12/04/2026: Overall, I found all the dishes delicious, but the wait for each one became unnerving. In the end, to avoid having to wait for the dirty dishes to be cleared away and for plates and silverware to be brought back, we were forced to eat with our hands to finish. We would have gladly tried something else, but we decided against it. What a shame!

31/01/2026: A very satisfying dinner, all the dishes were delicious! I'd just suggest briefly describing them when they're served so you can better appreciate all the ingredients and preparation. The hummus was divine, but it would be nice to have some homemade bread with it! We'll be back :)
