I especially loved the sweet mushroom: it's not too sugary, has just the right amount of sweetness, and is truly balanced. The savory dishes are also very good and carefully prepared. The service is quite fast, and the staff is friendly and helpful. Another really nice thing is that while you wait, you can have fun with the games provided: you can even paint! 🎨 An original idea that makes the wait enjoyable and different from the usual.

If you're looking for authentic seafood, this is the place. ​Here's what impressed us most: ​Exceptional ingredients: The raw fish platter was incredibly fresh (the oysters and scampi were top-notch) and the mixed grill was perfectly cooked, juicy, and flavorful. ​First Courses: The pasta with lobster (served in a striking steel pan) was an explosion of flavor, perfectly creamy. ​Gourmet Surprises: We also tried their gourmet focaccia and paella: rich dishes, beautifully presented, and with perfect pairings. ​Atmosphere and Service: Despite it being a Thursday, the atmosphere was pleasant and the staff very attentive. Even the fried fish was light and crispy, a sign of excellent cooking technique.

08/03/2026: I had dinner at this butcher's and burger joint and was really impressed with the quality of the food. I ordered a sandwich with a Chianina burger, 'nduja, mayonnaise, cheddar, bacon, and fries. The Chianina beef was excellent, and the bacon was truly the highlight: super crispy and flavorful! My only personal comment about the taste: I would have preferred the fries on the side rather than inside the sandwich, but overall the flavor was excellent. The idea of ​​building your own sandwich using a form to fill out is very nice, but the logistics are a bit cumbersome. I had to wait in line to get the form, fill it out, and then wait in line again to order. Since the form collection point, ordering, and waiting for the food are all in the same space, it's a bit uncomfortable and crowded. The speed wasn't the best, but overall, the quality of the ingredients was worth it. My advice is to improve the organization of spaces and queues, but for the palate it remains an excellent choice 👍🏼
