I ordered a sandwich with a Chianina burger, 'nduja, mayonnaise, cheddar, bacon, and fries. The Chianina beef was excellent, and the bacon was truly the highlight: super crispy and flavorful! My only personal comment about the taste: I would have preferred the fries on the side rather than inside the sandwich, but overall the flavor was excellent. The idea of ​​building your own sandwich using a form to fill out is very nice, but the logistics are a bit cumbersome. I had to wait in line to get the form, fill it out, and then wait in line again to order. Since the form collection point, ordering, and waiting for the food are all in the same space, it's a bit uncomfortable and crowded. The speed wasn't the best, but overall, the quality of the ingredients was worth it. My advice is to improve the organization of spaces and queues, but for the palate it remains an excellent choice 👍🏼
