06/07/2025: Yesterday we went there price 2 adults and 1 child of 11 years including parking in the sun! €47 then very hot water, cloudy and my daughter and other people have red spots on the pads of their feet and hands!!! Many have complained WE WILL NEVER COME AGAIN

We discovered this restaurant by chance about ten days ago, we arrived around 10.30pm and ordered some meat. We were very satisfied and this evening we decided to return. I will start by saying that the meat is very good but I gave it 1 star because I felt like I was being taken for a ride. We ordered a platter of cold cuts and cheeses for 2 (it was written right on the menu that it is a minimum for 2 people) and we received this mini... very small platter with 2 slices of salami, another 2 of salami and a slice and a half of cheese... All accompanied by some bacon put in a bow to add volume. Obviously I politely asked if that was it and the waiter replied that something else was coming, ok I was heartened... "something else" actually arrived, that is, a bowl of olives. The owner approached and asked if everything was ok and very politely I explained that I was a little taken aback by this famous platter. The owner, always with great politeness, tells me that he had noticed and that in the kitchen they had made a mistake and that he had already adjusted the price. Ergo... 2 slices of salami and a half of cheese cost me 18 euros instead of 24... I say... But don't say anything at all. If you noticed the mess made in the kitchen (because it wasn't a mistake but a mess made on purpose) either you send me something else without saying anything or you act like a gentleman and you don't even charge for these 4 slices of salami... I'm a shopkeeper too and I would never have behaved in this way. Tonight you may have earned an extra 18 euros, but you have certainly lost 2 customers!

12/05/2025: NOT TO BE TRUSTED! I ordered a package with a box of 15 mini eggs, it never arrived!!!
Among other things, I didn't even read the reviews, otherwise I wouldn't have spent a euro since the shipping is not adequate and the eggs arrive melted.
DON'T TRUST me, I never received the package! Despite numerous calls to both the laboratory and the shipping manager! SHAME ON YOU!!!
if you could give ZERO I would give it to you!!!
11/05/2025: Just before Easter I ordered a personalized joker Easter egg online
They asked me for payment immediately, which I made immediately, but the egg never arrived. I tried to contact them several times, both via social media and by telephone, but nothing... no response.
I also wrote to the laboratory, but they no longer considered me.
Now, in addition to not having received anything, they have also blocked me everywhere, preventing me from contacting them. Obviously I have all the proof of the payment and the messages exchanged.
At this point, I don't care about the egg anymore... but I don't accept that they kept my money and even disappeared into thin air! . ZERO seriousness. And apparently I'm not the only one to complain! Ask yourself two questions at this point. There's no point in falling, just know that.

30/08/2025: A wait of an hour and a half, called several times and the lady always said ten minutes and having guests at home in the end no one showed up, made me look absurdly embarrassed without honesty by saying look we can't deliver we are in a mess that we could have organised differently truly speechless I would just say never book here but look elsewhere

09/08/2025: Siamo stati ieri sera a cena come sempre cibo buonissimo di
ottima qualità menu sia di pesce che di carne tutto al top il proprietario gentilissimo lo staff molto disponibile e gentile voglio fare anche tanti complimenti per la super pulizia che c’è il quel ristorante lo consiglio vivamente posto tranquillo ottimo per i bambini cibo ottimo.
08/08/2025: Sono stato al Il Rifugio e devo dire che la cucina è stata eccezionale, Sono rimasto molto colpito dall'accoglienza e dal servizio impeccabile che ho ricevuto, Lo staff è stato estremamente cortese, attento e disponibile.Consiglio vivamente questo ristorante

26/11/2024: Ho festeggiato la mia festa di laurea presso Villa Manuela ed è stato tutto perfetto. Il cibo di altissima qualità e il servizio impeccabile. Ho ricevuto i complimenti dai miei ospiti per la professionalità e per le portate.
Il loro allestimento di natale ha reso il clima davvero magico. Sono felice di aver festeggiato il mio evento importante presso Villa manuela perché sono stati molto attenti ai dettagli, cordiale e professionali.
