31/07/2026: A standard McDonald's. The food is the same as always, the only downside is that the place is a bit small. Service varies day by day: sometimes you'll find people working hard, sometimes not, as is often the case with busy restaurants or on a bad day. Overall, it's okay.

22/07/2026: Total confusion and disorganization. Classic McDonald's attention is completely absent.

12/08/2026: Returned after more than a year, neglected place, terrible service, a 100g hamburger per plate, overcooked and of poor quality accompanied by a baked potato cut into 4 parts, I wonder how it is possible to serve food like this, plus a flavorless cut... social media pumps too much, go back to quality

09/08/2026: We just left this place, which we found by chance on social media, and it was a pleasant surprise! A very cute place that reminds us of our grandparents' past. The service was very good, thanks in part to Giuseppe, who carefully explained what he served to us. The highest rating goes to the truly excellent meat. The only drawback not to be underestimated: the parking (we drove around for about 20 minutes to find a spot). It was a fair price. We'll definitely be back for lunch to try the first courses too! See you soon.

07/01/2026: The food was adequate, but the service was truly awful. I felt rushed when I ordered. I estimate that I came in around 10:30 PM to eat, and the pizzeria closed at midnight, so I had plenty of time. Also, when we ordered appetizers, one of them arrived different than we had ordered. The atmosphere was sparse, with no background music, and there was no one there, at least not the night I arrived.

28/06/2026: Takeout pizzeria. Very good pizzas. Fair prices. The only drawback is that they give priority to delivery drivers at certain times.

04/03/2026: I was a customer of this pizzeria for the first time, the owner is a wonderful person as is his wife, unfortunately I can't say the same about the pizzas, the dough was good and very soft but the ingredients left a lot to be desired, the tomato fillet was sour, the raw ham was the same, the other pizza was cream and cooked ham, the poor quality cooked ham was white (all fat) the cream was water, the ingredients ruined everything, I'm sorry but it's not a restaurant, for the price it was normal maybe €0.50 above the norm for a type of pizza so I don't understand the scarcity of the product

29/03/2026: I celebrated my daughter's graduation party, and everything was exceptional. The guests complimented the delicious food as well as the kindness and friendliness of the entire staff and the owner. I highly recommend the place.

12/04/2026: A truly awful experience. We arrived at 9:30 PM and were seated without any problems. We politely asked for appetizers and sandwiches together, as we had an appointment and needed to leave by midnight. We fully understand that it was Saturday night and there might be a wait, but what happened next was unacceptable. The appetizers arrived, but there was no sign of the sandwiches. We repeatedly asked the waiters for information, always politely, but received no concrete answers. We waited until almost 11:30 PM, with the place now half empty, and still nothing. We were forced to leave because we had an appointment at midnight, without ever receiving the sandwiches. And what's even more absurd is that, despite everything, the owner still charged us €34 for two Cokes, two waters, and appetizers (a small frittata a Nerano and chicken strips). A situation bordering on the ridiculous. To make matters worse, there were ants on the table, which is a serious health hazard. Disorganized service, ridiculous waiting times, zero customer service, and embarrassing management. I understand the Saturday crowds, but this is a complete lack of organization. A completely negative experience. I do not recommend it. ❌

01/08/2026: This morning we went to McDonald's in Licola for a birthday party. While we were ordering, a girl named Selenia took all the children's orders, including my 6-year-old son. I was next to him and clearly heard him ask for nuggets, as well as another child repeating the same request. When the meals arrived, my son was handed a cheeseburger. I politely approached him, simply pointing out that he had ordered nuggets. The response was, "Ma'am, I wrote down cheeseburger," and, in an annoyed tone, added, "Okay, ma'am, I'll change it for you, but calm down." I'd like to point out that I never got upset or raised my voice. If my son had made a mistake, I would have been the first to apologize. What bothered me was the attitude and the way he addressed a customer. Saying "calm down" to someone who was speaking politely is inappropriate. I work in retail myself and know what it means to deal with the public. This is precisely why I believe that courtesy and respect should always be the foundation of service. I preferred not to respond immediately because I was at a birthday party and didn't want to ruin the children's day, but I think it's right to report what happened, hoping that similar incidents don't happen again.

24/07/2026: Terrible in everything! An absurd mix of management incompetence at the Mc Drive store! After half an hour of waiting at the drive thru I order... I get to the cashier, pay 54 euros, collect it, and ask her if everything is there? Can we check? No, don't worry, everything is inside.... I leave, I get home and the unpleasant surprise is missing 1 menu and another completely wrong sandwich! I return to the store, I point it out and she demanded that I have the Dell envelope. Order with me! The mistake was yours, I left the kids at home and the order with them to feed them, I certainly wasn't going to bring everything back... The missing sandwich was mine and my wife's wrong one! Oh well, in the end she tells me 1 menu, we can give it to her... The sandwich she says is wrong, no, because she asked for it that way! And it's a lie because I had asked for a Mc Chicken WITHOUT SAUCES, not a toast with chicken that I paid around €9.50, but are you kidding? They're incapable of managing drive-through sales and have no idea how to handle customers after they make mistakes... I had to drive 40km back and forth because of one of their mistakes, and they come back and tell me I can't do it for you because you asked for it that way! I must also be considered stupid... After this negative experience, I'll never go to drive-through again, and I'm addressing the people who can't help it when they hand you the bag and tell you, "Go, go, there's everything," because maybe there's a huge line of people waiting behind them. STOP THERE, OPEN EVERYTHING, AND CHECK IT PIECE BY PIECE. Let them waste their time so you don't waste it going back and forth. P.S. From other reviews I've read, I'm only now learning that it's a bad habit to forget products in orders. BE CAREFUL.
