30/01/2026: We went there intrigued by the advertising, but clearly the situation wasn't as advertised. We went on a Thursday, but the crowd wasn't the issue; it might be a crowded pizzeria, but that's not the issue. We were seated right away, but we waited a long time before we could order, and when I asked the head waiter, he was a bit rude and dismissive, telling us that even if we'd ordered, we'd have to wait at least an hour. So we waited...and waited, and then we ordered. They didn't even bring us fried food. The place was completely empty, and when we asked, they completely removed our order. I'm speechless. We came in at 9:30 PM and ate until almost midnight, first the fried food and then the pizza. I had chosen a pizza that strangely wasn't on the menu, so I couldn't see all the ingredients. What I can say is that it was completely covered in parmesan cheese, which I wouldn't have wanted because the mortadella and pistachio pizza doesn't require it. Instead, mine was so full of it that I was completely disgusted. In fact, I didn't finish it. We left practically when the place closed, and the nice head waiter (a character) didn't even apologize for the wait. Will I go back again? Nope.

17/01/2026: Very long wait times: I paid at the cashier at 8:00 PM and my order wasn't delivered until 9:20 PM. Furthermore, the cashier wasn't particularly polite.

11/01/2026: The food was also good for what I paid, but the staff was rude, the waiting time was very long and the order was wrong despite me having remembered the changes to the sandwich both when ordering and while waiting.
