01/03/2025: Excellent welcome, super delicious dishes that satisfy the palate, in short, everything was excellent.

16/02/2025: We stumbled upon this very welcoming restaurant by chance. I was quite taken aback when I saw the fish-only menu being in a mountain location. The first courses could only be ordered for two people, meaning we were forced to take the same first course. We took cod and lemon orecchiette. Honestly they had no taste. The second course was tuna with black cherries and hazelnuts, a very questionable combination, and sea bass with fennel which I couldn't even eat. Leaving aside the price, it's a cuisine that I didn't like and what's more we both felt bad. I understand the good will but perhaps a simpler kitchen would pay more

03/03/2025: On the border between Basilicata and Calabria, in the heart of the Pollino National Park, you will find this beautiful refuge, where kindness, hospitality, cleanliness, genuine catering will make you feel at home, thanks also to the attentions of Mrs. Adele. Highly recommended. We will be back.

10/02/2025: We returned to the Princess refuge after quite some time! What can I say, always excellent cuisine with chef Antonio who makes the difference! Very friendly staff and very nice location. Prices normal.... Highly recommended

15/03/2025: After a visit to Morano Calabro, together with friends and relatives, we chose this Braceria, upon reservation. Typical dishes with zero km products. Both the first and second courses of meat are good, the desserts are excellent. Local wine, which was recommended to us, was a pleasure to drink. Nice place, very nice outdoor space, shame about the light breeze! Friendly and professional staff.

09/03/2025: On Sundays, as an alternative to the flavors of home, there is only La Cantina, exceptional flavors (I recommend the appetizer, troppo, cod... excellent), kindness and hospitality from Carmine and the boys envelop the lunch. Everything exceptional. Very good as always.🙏🔝🔝🔝

17/01/2025: The restaurant is located on the outskirts of town, next to the state road. Upon entering there is a large parking lot. The restaurant has a veranda-style entrance with large windows from which you can see the Pollino mountains. There is also an internal part. The tables are simple and the furnishings rustic. The service is basic and a bit rushed with little explanation. We had a first course and a side dish with water and paid 30 euros for two. The ATM didn't work. The first course consisted of homemade pasta with meat sauce. The sauce seemed a bit rich in oil to me. Overall the restaurant and the service seem to me to be of average quality with a price a bit too high for the place and the context.

14/10/2024: Abbiamo ordinato delle pizze. Veramente uniche , impasto lievitato, leggero e saporito anche senza condimento. Strabiliante il profumo dell'olio....un'esperienza sensoriale che resta nella mente ! Da provare assolutamente !
