04/01/2025: An enchanting experience where the dining room and kitchen combine in terms of efficiency, quality and empathy. The obsessive choice of products used in making the dishes makes this stop particularly exciting. The wine list is excellent and highlights the peculiarities of the local wineries. The combinations are professional. I'll be back.

17/01/2025: The restaurant is located on the outskirts of the town, next to the state road. Upon entering there is a large car park. The restaurant has a veranda-style entrance with large windows from which you can see the Pollino mountains. There is also an internal part. The tables are simple and the furnishings are rustic. The service is basic and a bit quick with little explanation. We took a first course and a side dish with water and paid 30 euros for two. The ATM didn't work. The first consisted of homemade pasta with meat sauce. The sauce seemed a little rich in oil to me. Overall, the place and the service seem to me to be of medium quality with a price that is a little too high for the place and the context.

05/01/2025: Cozy restaurant, in a good location and mountain view and with convenient parking. Excellent first and second courses. Our polenta was fabulous and the ribs excellent. Recommended, also for the price.

29/12/2024: At Uncle Renato's you don't just eat well, you eat happily. The quality is superb, the service is excellent and then there is Chicco's pizza... It's not just a pizza, Chicco's pizza is the queen of pizzas.

08/01/2025: We had lunch a few days ago with the family. The first excellent. The meat second courses are excellent. Even dessert. Why then three stars? As one of the second courses is the rib, which goes by weight, we asked how much it weighed and we were told from 900 grams to one kg. Then in fact something more than a kilo and a half was added to the bill. We would have liked to see the piece before cooking (also because it had some fatty parts). Since it was not the described weight, but 50% more, it was polite to advise and ask if it was ok. Also because we could have chosen whether to keep it and cancel another second. It's a shame for this lack of attention, I definitely would have given a higher rating.

05/01/2025: At the suggestion of the fantastic Nicola (Il Nibbio di Morano Calabro, delightful person and village) we went to have lunch here with a couple of friends. It was a spot-on recommendation to say the least in terms of quality, variety and courtesy of the staff. To this I add the attention that the staff - including the chef - gave us when my boyfriend had a bite stuck in his mouth. Absolutely recommended!!
