07/11/2024: We were there last Saturday. Given the reviews, we had high expectations but were quite disappointed. The restaurant offers refined cuisine but the results are questionable. In particular, we did not appreciate the hot-cold combinations (among other things not specified in the menu) of some dishes. Not to mention the bran peppers on the cod flan, excessively bitter and totally covering. The desserts, however, are very good (pistachio cream and liquorice mousse). Excellent service but a high bill (115 euros for two). I honestly wouldn't go back.

13/10/2024: Our first meal in Italy did not disappoint. It started with the kindest staff welcoming us. We speak little Italian but that did not get in the way of a rich experience. We highly recommend the tasting menu. The food was optimal!

The staff was extremely kind and attentive, always available to satisfy our every need with a smile. The food was undoubtedly the highlight of our experience. Each dish served was prepared with fresh and genuine ingredients, typical of Calabrian cuisine. We savored authentic and traditional flavours, with generous portions and careful presentations. From appetizer to dessert, each course was a true delight, capable of telling the story and culinary traditions of the region. The surrounding environment is equally enchanting. The farmhouse is immersed in nature, surrounded by breathtaking landscapes which make the atmosphere even more relaxing and pleasant. It is the ideal place for those seeking an escape from the daily routine and wanting to immerse themselves in the beauty and tranquility of the Calabrian countryside. In conclusion, I highly recommend this agriturismo to anyone looking for an authentic and rewarding experience. Between excellent food, warm welcome and a dream location, it is a place that cannot be missed if you visit Morano Calabro. We will definitely be back!

11/11/2024: Discovering a place by chance and then realizing that a better discovery couldn't have been made is what happened to me. In the heart of Morano Calabro, the Da Renato (or Nannolo) restaurant is an excellence for the friendliness and friendliness of the owners, for the cleanliness of the premises and above all for the cuisine. We start from the appetizer with local cheeses and cured meats and continue among the many first courses with Trofie with porcini mushrooms with walnut and truffle cream, where Porcini mushrooms were the masters. A second course of grilled meat, very tender and with a side dish of porcini mushrooms and local fried potatoes accompanied by an excellent red wine, were a pleasure, the dessert could not be missing and in fact it was not missing, a delicious walnut tart. Price quality more than excellent. I will definitely come back many times again.
