I had the best rib-eye steak I've had in years, well recommended by the excellent Salvatore, who also paired it with typical Pollino side dishes (peperoni cruschi and garden chicory). I highly recommend stopping by to savor the flavors of yesteryear!

09/05/2026: I went for dinner and I must say it was a truly wonderful discovery. The service is attentive, fast, and always present without being intrusive, which is not always the case. The dishes are carefully crafted, and you can taste the quality of the ingredients. I tried the seafood spaghetti, well-made and flavorful, and the light and crispy fried fish, not at all greasy. The atmosphere is pleasant and relaxed, ideal for a quiet dinner or a sociable gathering. Prices are in line with the quality offered. I would gladly return.

15/09/2025: We have been to Fuscaldo many times and have never been to Sadimare. This place is so good. The staff is so lovely and the food was delicious! We will be back!! Do yourself a favor and dine at this establishment!
