21/09/2024: We left the hotel after two nights although we had booked five nights. We booked via booking.com, but the offerings/infrastructure of the hotel listed there were fakse, not available or broken. To be precise: 2 pools stated but one closed, the other did not appear clean to us, sauna = not available, whirlpool = not available, breakfast buffet = not available instead we were offered to take it in our room, we were 2 persoms the room had 1 chair no table … etc etc etc. the hotel said it wasn’t very booked, nevertheless we became a room with view to highway. We asked about all the pitfalls and wrong claims on website/booking.com but there was not a minimal concession by the hotel. They did not even offered us a room change to park view. Booking.com wasn’t helpful either, as long-term customers we are very disappointed with their services and help. Last but not least, the pictures of the hotel are from a smaller old part (old villa) that didn’t seem open when we were there. We were in bigger new part of the hotel with charme of the 1990s. We left earlier, and are super disappointed and feel highl irritated by the false information on booking.com and hotel website and the totally non-service or customer focus of hotel management. We would never (!) book again.

28/08/2024: Magnificent location, spacious and clean rooms, this is the second time I return and I always enjoy it. The staff is very friendly, a particular appreciation for Lucrezia and the manager

27/08/2024: The best place in Soverato to eat good fresh fish facing the sea. Excellent service!

27/08/2024: Very bad experience. Clumsy and inexperienced staff, the waitress took 10 minutes to open a bottle of wine. We skipped the raw fish, luckily, otherwise we would certainly have come out with poisoning. Nothing special, for the first courses, but truly scary frying... with smelly, bleach-flavoured prawns. After demonstrating the problem, the waitress comes out saying that in the kitchen they assured him that the fish was fresh and that they would show us the invoice proving the purchase that day...... shocking rudeness. Given that, smelling the dish, the waitress herself makes a face of disgust and asks us to excuse her, because he didn't know what to do or what to say. One of the owners who found out about the incident didn't even bother to apologize or ask us if we had preferred something else. In the end, when we got up to go and pay, they even followed us from afar, for fear of leaving without paying the bill.........overall, a structure to avoid, there is much, much better , between courtesy, quality and price. Shocked to say the least.

01/12/2024: Excellent location, well-kept furnishings. The upper part of the bar is very nice with large windows overlooking the seafront. Relaxing environment. The display of products is clean and tidy. The service clearly needs improvement, slow and unwelcoming, tested several times by going a couple of times a week.

10/11/2024: I don't recommend for anyone. Because I came in with the family to order coffee and croissants for the children and the staff told me to wait on the table for the waiter to come, and then the waiter first brought people who arrived after us (because friends). For this reason I didn't wait and left. And everyone In my opinion these positive reviews are written by friends. Until the policy changes I won't go anymore and I don't recommend anyone.

17/08/2024: Linguine allo scoglio non legata e scoglio mediocre. Calamari congelati passabili. Personalmente non tornerei più. Personale ok.

16/08/2024: Locale molto accogliente, cibo ottimo, personale cordiale ed eccellente! Se tornerò a Soverato sarà sicuramente una tappa da mettere nel programma!

16/08/2024: Gorgeous crystal clear water, clean beach, helpful staff, delicious food at restaurant. Family loved the arancini, polpete di carne, and polpete di patate.

03/08/2024: Experience absolutely not to be repeated! Very high prices and the owner was uniquely rude. If you pass through Soverato I advise you to avoid this place!

17/08/2024: Io e la mia famiglia ci siamo trovati benissimo. Area parcheggio limitrofa al lido e adiacente il lungomare di Soverato, doccia calda e fredda con timer a gettoni, struttura facilmente accessibile anche per chi ha disabilità motorie, fontanella per sciacquare i piedi, lettini e sdraio confortevoli, tavoli ben disposti area ristorante e bar, bagni forse piccoli ma comunque buoni, il personale è stato disponibile nei nostri confronti e la cucina a base di pesce con menù fisso ci ha soddisfatto sostanzialmente, buono anche il menù baby. È stata riassumendo una buona soluzione per un Ferragosto a mare in relax, lo consiglio sicuramente su Soverato.

16/08/2024: LIdo tranquillo con ottimo ristorante. Prezzi convenienti con possibilità di prenotare anche la mezza giornata. Personale gentile e disponibile
