27/02/2026: Friendly staff and clean place. We ordered several dishes, all varied and delicious. The meat was tender and flavorful, and the wine was pleasant. The room temperature was a little warm, but not uncomfortable.
23/02/2026: I went for dinner on Sunday evening and I have to say that I had a great time. The meat, two types of delicious steaks, melted in the mouth. The waiter is very knowledgeable about the quality of the meat and before serving it they bring you to see the meat. I had a good time. The prices are obviously not those of a restaurant but you pay for quality. Trust me, it's worth it.

19/02/2026: The art of meat, you can see he really enjoys his craft! The wine list is also excellent.
16/02/2026: My father, brother, and I went for lunch. We were pleasantly surprised by the selection of "supersonic" steaks, excellent meats. The owner even came out to present the cut of meat we requested: Chianina fillet and medium-aged steak with a good amount of fat. It was amazing! 😋.
We drank a bottle of house wine, which wasn't bad.
A wonderful surprise and experience. We must return to the area. We'll definitely return to this splendid "temple of cigarettes."

Just a stone's throw from my house, there's this wonderful place, welcoming, and tidy in every way.
The owners are wonderful, the food is EXCELLENT, the service EXCELLENT, the place has a warm atmosphere, like being at home... I congratulate you for having brought this place back to life.
Today, my husband, my son, and I came for lunch, and we were so thrilled that we decided to celebrate our son's First Communion here.
You deserve the best.

21/01/2026: In Tuscany for work, I tried several places in the surrounding area until I stumbled upon Sottobosco. There's no comparison, and I haven't changed. The restaurant is clean and well-kept, and in the warmer months it has a large, green outdoor area—it's wonderful. The welcome and service will make you feel at home, friendly and kind. The restaurant offers a menu of meat and seafood dishes. I've tried everything, and I must say the quality of the ingredients is excellent, everything cooked to perfection! The price is more than fair—highly recommended!

And the food was high-quality.
15/01/2026: A great find. The place is small and well-maintained, with welcoming staff. The menu offers several reasonably priced options. I tried the €39 set menu with appetizers (the prosciutto was delicious) and steak. The fact that I left with a full stomach is a clear sign that I had a great time and would return.

26/12/2025: Too much waiting between one course and the next........the inside is deafening.....if you happen to be at a table next to you and they're talking.....everything echoes and you can't speak.....expensive....very expensive even for just a mixed grill.
16/12/2025: A well-kept restaurant with prompt service and friendly staff.
The tagliolini al fiaschetto are delicious, but especially the lasagna with cavolo nero and scamorza cheese. The restaurant's specialty is grilled meat, which is equally as good as the pasta dishes.
Good value for money.

10/03/2026: We ended up eating here by chance, and what a treat! A hidden gem! Their seafood pasta was out of this world, absolutely delicious. And a very generous portion. Homemade and plentiful food. The manager was very helpful with recommendations and treated us very well despite us arriving close to closing time. Greetings from the Spanish cyclists.

18/01/2026: The atmosphere is very refined, well-furnished, with spacious rooms and a beautiful outdoor space complete with a pool and ample parking. It has enormous potential, but it's been poorly exploited.
Pizzas with a tough dough (like unleavened bread), and a seafood main course with frozen, not fresh, ingredients.
The restaurant's veranda is cold; some of us dined in our down jackets (January).
The service, however, is professional, with a very knowledgeable and attentive young woman.
06/01/2026: I hope it was because it was New Year's Eve because the food was all cold and without soap, the environment was also cold and to top it all off there wasn't even a bottle of sparkling wine on the table to toast.

Cibo saporito,come facevano i nonni un tempo, per gustare meglio la bistecca abbiamo ordinato un mix di verdure...le patate arrosto sono una bontà!!!!
Qualità -prezzo eccezionale
Peccato che non ho foto,le farò la prossima volta!!
