The side dishes and trio of raw meats were delicious.

26/08/2025: We were welcomed by local friends into this small, welcoming, and impressive place (the food next door is excellent).
The meat was of the highest quality, cooked to perfection to our specifications.
I'll return if I'm in the area again.

This was THE best meal of our entire journey with exquisite meat offer and wine selection.
The chef happens to be the private butcher of Plácido Domingo!

18/08/2025: The food was good, what I could eat! I regret not having eaten the rest of the order because I'm sure it would have been good too, but after waiting more than 40 minutes for my first course, I realized they'd forgotten, so I had an appetizer of cold cuts and cheeses and a bowl of chickpeas. The location needs improvement! The service was kind, from the waiter and the owner, but that's not enough. You also need to deliver good service, and that's what's missing in my one experience, both due to the timing and the oversights. It's a shame because the cooked dishes are otherwise good.
13/08/2025: We don't know if we happened to be there on a bad night, but the staff was very agitated. That said, we expected excellent food based on the reviews, but that wasn't the case. Long story short, the pappardelle with porcini mushrooms tasted like a Mexican dish because of how spicy they were (since when does spicy go into a dish like that?) and then the pappardelle with wild boar, which, well, maybe the sauce was Barilla, and the tagliatelle were definitely not Barilla, but rather off-brand, I swear... and already pre-cooked. The Angus steak was the second course... it would have been... but we didn't have the chance to try it because we got up after a 40-minute wait. The reward of the evening (not as excellent culinary-wise as we understood it to be) were the local ladies outside enjoying the night, wonderful 🥰👋🏼

24/08/2025: Perfect in every way, like Mary Poppins. Jokes aside, the food is excellent, the service is perfect, and considering we traveled all the way from Turin to try this place, YOU ARE THE BEST.
For animal lovers, there are three sweet kittens just waiting for cuddles.

The two of us had the €30 menu (appetizers, first course, and sliced steak with side dishes, water, wine, and coffee).

20/08/2025: What can I say? I had a wonderful time. My only regret is that I was rushed because of the storm. Attentive and meticulous service, excellent meat, and a good price (I chose the steak-only menu, which I highly recommend). I'm not from around here, otherwise I'd go back often!

25/05/2025: Great place especially if you have kids, they are very kind in this place, everyone from the first to the last. The pizza is very good and the prices are low compared to the quality of the pizza. Truly one of the best places around Pisa to go and eat a pizza.
19/05/2025: Abbiamo cenato in questo locale arredato in modo originale e carino, apprezzando sia la cortesia e puntualità del personale, che sapori e gusto delle pizze. Toilette grande, pulita e ben rifornita. Peccato che il locale, probabilmente per la configurazione di pareti e soffitto, sia particolarmente rumoroso e inoltre senza adeguato ricircolo di aria: ne siamo usciti con gli abiti intrisi degli odori del cibo...

07/09/2025: I'm sad to write this review because I came here a few years ago and had a particularly good time.
Coming here for dinner, you feel the warmth of the people, a family atmosphere with a delightful owner... an adjective that can't be used for the food: the octopus appetizer was overcooked, the seafood first courses as well (with flavors ranging from neutral to bland), and the fried food tasted like little to nothing.
The staff is welcoming, but last night we noticed a bit of superficiality in the service.

21/04/2025: Passo spesso da queste parti in viaggio per lavoro, ho scoperto questo ristorante grazie a una persona del luogo, e da allora cerco sempre di fermarmi per la cena in questo ristorante quando passo in zona.
Ho assaggiato un po’ tutti i piatti del menu dalla carne ai primi passando per i salumi e per i dolci.
Direi che il mio piatto preferito restano i ravioli di “mucco pisano” (prezzo 12€) è un bel piatto di ravioli ripieni di carne locale conditi con un abbondante ragù sempre fatto con carne locale.
Molto buoni sono anche le carni e i salumi. Per un antipasto carne dolce a cena, sei intorno ai 50 €.
Però ci sono altri piatti, come ad esempio i primi, che sono più economici.
Questo locale fa anche la pizzeria, anche quella è molto buona.
Ogni volta che sono passato in questo locale in qualunque giorno della settimana, l’ho sempre trovato strapieno sia in estate che in inverno, sinonimo del fatto che la qualità della loro cucina è apprezzata anche da gente del posto.
I dolci, prezzo medio 6€, sono un po’ piccini, per rispetto allo standard.
Se si cerca un ristorante con carni di qualità, questo è il posto giusto.
21/02/2025: Cambio la precedente recensione per sottolineare quanto una gestione oculata faccia la fortuna di certe attività (insieme alla qualità del cibo e del bere).
In una precedente occasione c'era stata un'incomprensione - causata anche da mia inesperienza - che aveva portato ad una brutta esperienza, ma il titolare e il direttore hanno fatto sì che l'impressione tornasse quella di prima, ovvero di un luogo di eccellenza.

02/09/2025: Beautiful location, terrible service and food quality.
The waiters were nonexistent; they left us with empty plates on the table and no one asked if everything was okay or if we needed anything else (coffee, dessert, etc.).
We got up, paid, and went elsewhere.
It's a shame about the place and the location; it deserves much better.
Never again.
26/08/2025: A charming place outside the city, surrounded by greenery.... A field of sunflowers leads you into the very pretty and clean complex.
We were there for a family day at the pool.
Well-spaced loungers and umbrellas.
Nice, clean pool with a whirlpool.
Lifeguard always present.
Clean bathrooms and friendly staff.
For lunch, they made us some simple sandwiches, but they were really good and tasty.
Recommended.

Proprietari disponibili,cordiali, trasmettono la loro passione ai clienti.
Cibo saporito,come facevano i nonni un tempo, per gustare meglio la bistecca abbiamo ordinato un mix di verdure...le patate arrosto sono una bontà!!!!
Qualità -prezzo eccezionale
Peccato che non ho foto,le farò la prossima volta!!
