12/12/2024: La prima volta che ci sono stato con la mia fidanzata è stata un'esperienza negativa, perché ci hanno portato 850gr di carne oltre gli antipasti. E' stato un grande spreco e per questo mi è sembrata una grave mancanza di professionalità. Il cameriere dovrebbe guidare il cliente nella scelta ed avvertire nel caso in cui ordini un quantitativo di carne eccessivo per due persone. La seconda volta ho dovuto insistere per avere una pezzatura minore ed è andata un poco meglio, ma sempre oltre i 300gr a testa (troppo). Il cibo è molto buono con un mix di carni di provenienza NON SOLO argentina. La pezzatura minima è irragionevolmente alta, portando facilmente il conto oltre le 120€ a coppia.

04/01/2025: Capitati per caso a Palermo, siamo stati subito attratti dal Tritalo Mediterraneo. Cercando un pranzo veloce, siamo stati accolti con grande cortesia da Angelo, che ci ha guidati con passione attraverso il menu. La scelta è stata difficile, tanto erano invitanti le proposte! Ogni piatto era una vera delizia, preparato con ingredienti freschi e di qualità. Il vino che abbiamo scelto ha completato alla perfezione il pasto. L'ambiente è accogliente e il servizio impeccabile. Angelo ci ha fatto sentire a casa, consigliandoci e soddisfacendo ogni nostra richiesta. Purtroppo, per la cena di Capodanno non è stata all'altezza delle aspettative. Avevo grandi speranze dopo il pranzo piacevole di qualche tempo fa, ma la cena del 31 dicembre ha lasciato molto a desiderare. Il cocktail di gamberi è stato l'unica nota positiva della serata, fresco e gustoso. Purtroppo, la caponata di pesce è stata dominata dal sapore delle cipolle, con pochissima melanzana, e il pesce spada ai ferri era eccessivamente cotto, perdendo così tutta la sua delicatezza. La ciliegina sulla torta è stata la richiesta di un assaggio di calamari. La risposta scocciata del giovane che, presumo, lavorasse in cucina, è stata davvero inattesa e fuori luogo. Fortunatamente, Angelo, che ci aveva servito durante il pranzo, è intervenuto prontamente e mi ha portato l'assaggio richiesto. A fine serata, Angelo si è scusato per la serata non andata bene, ma a quel punto il danno era già stato fatto. Spero che questa sia stata solo una serata sfortunata.

02/01/2025: It could be improved, the gazebo was heated unevenly, not all of the food on the menu was available, I ordered a less tasty second course which arrived lukewarm, the side dish was served to me when I had already finished the main course. The latte arrived cold. A bit noisy environment, nice background music. I found it unpleasant that they were starting to set up for closing time with guests still eating.

15/01/2025: It would be 4 stars if the prices were lower. A flatbread with tomato, oil and cheese for 6 euros seems a bit excessive to me. Still good.

29/12/2024: La cura e l'attenzione per le materie prime fanno da padrone; il titolare, considerato "il Maestro" da tantissimi pizzaioli Siciliani, cura con attenzione la selezione di farine per gli impasti, ricerca degli ingredienti, il tutto abbinato con ricercate birre artigianali e vini sia siciliani che nazionali e internazionali. Quella sera abbiamo gustato un "piccolo" giro pizza: una con tipico impasto da pizzeria moderna (biga con tipo 1 forte, chiusa con la stessa), una ai 7 cereali anche qualche seme oleoso e germe di grano tostate (commuovente), una di grano duro sorprendentemente leggera nonostante la tenacità del glutine di tale cultivar. Abbiamo proseguito con una magnifica selezione di tagli di carne (la meno scontata lo scamone di scottona). Chiudiamo con un dolce tipico la cassatella fritta con ricotta di pecora. Fantastica esperienza.

I will come back again.

18/12/2024: Nice place in the center of Palermo, very friendly staff. Unfortunately, the cut of scottona arrived lukewarm (as well as being served on a ceramic plate), I mentioned this to the waiter who suggested reheating it..... I don't expect this from a place where only meat is eaten. .. For the rest the quality of the meat was good, as were the other dishes.

13/01/2025: I usually like this pub but this time I'm not satisfied. Too much chaos, slow service and food that tasted like nothing, like eating polystyrene. It will probably have been a NO evening, on Saturday it can happen. We will return because one swallow does not make a summer and I am sure it will change my opinion
