26/03/2026: If you're looking for a place that combines a modern atmosphere with quality cuisine, Sciá Martin is a must-see. The venue is truly impressive: large, spacious, and with a contemporary design that makes it perfect for both a quiet evening and a group outing.
The dishes are delicious, with great attention to the quality of the ingredients. Even the cocktails are expertly crafted: balanced, fresh, and beautifully presented, they're the perfect accompaniment to dinner or after-dinner drinks.
Despite the crowds, the staff remained extremely friendly, smiling, and fast. Managing a room well on busy evenings isn't easy for everyone, and here they succeed brilliantly.

19/07/2026: As a celiac woman, I invite you to try the crispy and delicious pizza with carefully selected and abundant ingredients! The signature pizzas are excellent! Excellent rating! Also, if you go on Wednesdays, the celiac pizzas are 8 euros.
08/07/2026: Great selection of pizzas, great service but few tourists so got some funny looks and limited English but otherwise helpful. Good value and good food with a good local atmosphere. Takeaway place next door.

The food is outstanding—fresh, authentic, and full of rich Sicilian flavor. Every dish is carefully prepared, especially the seafood, which is incredibly fresh and delicious. The quality and presentation are consistently excellent.
The staff are friendly, attentive, and very professional, making sure guests feel welcome and well taken care of throughout the experience.
Highly recommend Ristorante U Calandra to anyone looking for amazing local cuisine and a great dining experience in Pozzallo!

15/07/2026: Been here 3 times and the last time and it wasn't too bad apart from the ridiculously loud music and no-one in the bar area. Tonight was bad. Rude staff. Ordered a whiskey and a pint of draught beer . Got a half pint in a plastic glass and the whiskey in a plastic glass for €12. To put in perspective the kiosk down the promenade coast €10 for a beer and Whiskey with a bigger measure and in a proper glass not plastic crap and the staff are good craic.Ladies toilet had not even a seat just the ceramic bowl for ladies to sit on. They also had loads of security on for some reason !Its a pity as this place could be great but its not.
15/07/2026: Terrible place. The beer arrived in a plastic cup for €7. My husband had whiskey in a plastic cup. A week ago we drank beer and fries in a nice glass, and now they served us like we were at a campsite. I had to go get drinks from the bar. Wearing high heels, I had to bring two drinks. The service is terrible. The bartender is ignorant and doesn't want to do his job properly. There's no toilet paper in the bathrooms, only ceramic toilets. For women, this is unforgivable.

26/07/2026: Excellent quality dishes, a simple yet quaint location, and fast service. Having eaten meat, it was a shame not to find a sparkling red wine. I recommend parking in Piazza Paolo Borsellino, where there's a large paid parking lot. I'll definitely be back.

I often find myself having lunch here for work, and what can I say? It's super clean, always ready to satisfy the customer... The staff is amazing, from start to finish, and every time I spend my lunch breaks there, I feel at home. Well done guys, keep it up!

18/04/2026: I went to this pizzeria with my son, but unfortunately, the experience was very negative.
We ordered a Margherita with salami and a parmigiana pizza. The salami was sliced excessively thickly (about 2 cm), making the pizza unappealing and difficult to eat. The parmigiana was even worse: the eggplant was obviously spoiled. It wasn't just my impression, as a customer sitting next to us also returned her pizza for the same problem.
I reported the situation to a red-haired woman (I don't know what her role was), but the response I received was unacceptable: I was told I would still have to pay and that, if they remade the pizza, I could throw it away because it wasn't their problem. An unprofessional and disrespectful attitude toward the customer.
I tried to point out the seriousness of the situation, also regarding the quality of the food, but no one listened.
However, I would like to point out that the pizza chefs and a service girl were helpful and kind, trying to handle the situation as best they could.
Overall, a very disappointing experience.
I won't be returning, and I don't recommend this place.
11/04/2026: Service: We ordered pizzas, served one at a time. The caraoche was turned up so loud that it distorted the music. The pizzas left much to be desired. Poor quality for the price.

13/07/2026: Terrible, the live music was incredible loud. We could not have a conversation at the table. The waitress could not hear us for ordering the food, we decided to leave. If there was background music, allowing to have a conversation, the setting is nice. We did not have food, the menu looked ok(nothing special).
