17/07/2025: Non è stata la prima volta che ci sono stata, e speravo che qualcosa fosse cambiata dall'una volta. Sicuramente si, ma in peggio, sia come qualità che come quantità. Parte degli antipasti sono stati richiesti perché dimenticati di servirli, qualche altro dimenticato proprio! La fetta di carne arrosto da dividere in due persone🤦. Ed il prezzo pure aumentato!! Ok, la prossima volta opteremo per altro.....

13/07/2025: Ho cenato al Ristorante Pane e Vino e sono rimasto molto soddisfatto. L'ambiente è accogliente e il personale è stato gentilissimo e disponibile. Ho ordinato l'antipasto la carne squisita, con sapori equilibrati e una presentazione curata. Anche il rapporto qualità-prezzo è ottimo. Lo consiglio vivamente!"

12/08/2025: Good morning, I am writing this review without any personal interest, but only if I can share the experience we had yesterday, August 31, 2019, of a lunch for 4 people. I was on vacation in Sicily and to say that I ate badly breaks my heart because it is an insult to all the restaurateurs we have been trying every day for 15 days in various locations. We ordered 2 mixed fried fish dishes with an unspeakable flavor, not fried well, with a bitter taste, had them taken back, at which point we asked for 1 fried calamari dish... I won't go any further. IN THE FINAL BILL THEY MADE YOU PAY FOR THE 2 MIXED FRIED FOODS one at a time, I didn't want to believe it... but I prefer to have paid for 2 first courses, 1 fried calamari dish, 2 mussel dishes, 1 liter of wine on tap, 3 coffees, 2 bitters, €116.00. I will repeat endlessly that negative publicity creates more of a stir than almost any controversy. I give 1 star because I am obliged to never again, what a shame. paying for what you haven't eaten is very annoying.

06/09/2025: A unique, purely Sicilian culinary experience. I cannot express in words the flavors I encountered in the products here. A Saturday night dinner, early September. A welcoming host led us through a labyrinth of flavors, all prepared on the grill.

20/08/2025: We arrived at 8:45 PM and ordered two steaks, which arrived at our table at 10:30 PM. He let about twenty people go ahead of us, who were ordering takeout sandwiches. When we pointed this out to him, he was very annoyed and arrogant, and he responded rudely, even pretending to be right. For this reason, I don't recommend it and won't be returning.

06/12/2025: I gave one star because I can't give zero. There were seven of us. I ordered a salad because I'm celiac, even though there were some gluten-free meat options. The service was terrible, as the meat ordered by the others arrived all at once, while I had to wait 30 minutes longer for my salad than the others. We're talking about a salad, and it's unacceptable to let that much time pass. The salads ordered by the others as a side dish arrived first, rather than mine, which was my main course. Not to mention the quantity of the salad, which I can only call paltry. They also ruined my friends' dinner because their dishes got cold while they tried to wait for me. Not to mention the final bill: we weren't expecting anything, but at least an apology would have been appreciated. Instead, to top it off, we were sarcastically asked if there were any problems.

12/09/2025: Don't be fooled by the rating!!! Great trattoria, located on a busy yet quiet avenue. The fish is fresh and succulent. The owner and staff are very pleasant and attentive. A friendly atmosphere. You feel right at home. I highly recommend it.

26/07/2025: Terrible experience. Very disappointed. After an hour and a half of waiting for a table without even a single pizza, we decided to leave. Meanwhile, dozens of takeout pizzas were coming out as usual, while seated customers were given no priority. I understand the busy times, but giving priority to takeout over seated customers is inexplicable and disrespectful. No communication from the staff, no apology, no solution offered. A real shame, because I had come with good expectations. I won't be returning.

We were served by Alice and Sabrina, and we were very pleased with their kindness, friendliness, friendliness, and attentiveness. 13/07/2025: We booked for Friday evening, July 11th, they reserved a table for us, and when we arrived, the restaurant was closed. Luckily, there's a fishmonger next door. The restaurant was closed, so we decided to call back. I wondered if they said the place was closed. What was the problem? I didn't waste time calling back.

07/12/2025: AWFUL EXPERIENCE. Today at 12:30, McDonald's was almost completely empty. I only counted two tables occupied, and we waited over 25 minutes for two menus. When my husband asks where the sandwiches were, an employee replies, "We'll bring them right away," while the manager (I think) steps in and asks in a rude and surly tone, "What's the problem?" When my husband replies, "I've been waiting 25 minutes for two menus, including children's menus," she replies, "25 minutes is impossible, that's not our time limit." At that point, my husband shows her the receipt with the time of payment and shows her his watch to show her the time. Her response, still in a rude and surly tone, is, "So?! Just wait and it'll come to you." From there, it ended in an argument because my husband then responded in kind, and the lady turned into a complete beast, starting to touch him, push him, provoke him in every way, and get face-to-face. CHOOSE YOUR STAFF CAREFULLY AND CAREFULLY, BECAUSE THE "LADY" INSIDE CLEARLY DOESN'T WANT TO WORK. This kind of behavior is unacceptable. We even went to the Carabinieri to report it; we'll see if she continues to behave like this towards the public.

06/12/2025: I was with my daughter at the Pv di San Giovanni la Punta i Portali... Excessively slow and poor service.... Even though there wasn't much of a rush at lunch, we waited a long time for table service... Despite the long wait times, they forgot an item... I sent my daughter to the counter and, leaving her waiting for at least ten minutes, stopped a girl who went between the tables explaining the situation... She went to the counter and handed over the nuggets which, by the way, were ready in a bag... After waiting, the food obviously got cold... Among other things, even the piadina that had just arrived was already cold... We often go to MC but the quality of this store needs a complete overhaul... Cold food and less than one-star service. We won't be returning.
