15/02/2026: The atmosphere is welcoming and intimate, yet the tables are large enough (even for two) to avoid intruding on other diners' personal space. The culinary offerings are unparalleled, with truly meticulous attention to the finest ingredients and culture. We ordered the dishes pictured, and we couldn't have asked for anything better: every flavor was perfectly balanced and cooked to perfection. Special mention goes to the wait staff and the owner, Stefano, who, at the end of the evening, was able to answer our questions and further increase (we didn't think it possible) our desire to return to this restaurant. Truly a restaurant of excellence, you simply must try it!

01/03/2026: Excellent quality, well-cooked Argentinean food and wine, very friendly and helpful owners. The only drawbacks are that the place is a bit noisy, and when you leave, your clothes smell quite bad.

10/01/2026: I've lived in the small village where this delightful Ristomacelleria is located for a few years, but I hadn't yet had the opportunity to dine there. You enter a small, well-appointed and characteristic space. Friendly and informal service, excellent ingredients, and generous portions. A truly wonderful project! I must therefore applaud the owners for continuing to cultivate this business with passion in a region that otherwise has very little to offer.

I wouldn't recommend it for true meat lovers and those who can distinguish good meat from a run-of-the-mill meat supplier. The meat was quite stiff. Excellent value for money! A mediocre place, neither good nor bad, but great for a fun evening with friends. Terrible for people like me, introverts who love quiet. The problem is me, not the place.

23/01/2026: Good meat, well-cooked, and fried food that's always good and not greasy. Quick and friendly service. It can get noisy in the late evening. Dessert: I tried a mini cup, a little light on the topping, which was supposed to be caramel. I appreciate being able to sit around and chat without feeling pressured to vacate the table.

26/02/2026: I had the pleasure of dining at Ritual Brazilian Restaurant, and the experience was truly excellent in every way. The service was impeccable: the staff was friendly, attentive, and always available throughout the evening. The location also deserves special mention, as it's situated in a truly pleasant area, perfect for both a quiet dinner and an evening with friends. The real highlight, however, is undoubtedly the meat, namely Picanha; the format is unique and worth trying at least once if you're in Turin's Quadrilatero Romano area. After dinner, we also stopped for a drink and were very satisfied with that as well. We appreciated the honesty of the staff, who, when suggesting cocktails, specified that some of the variations contained syrups and not fresh fruit (due to unavailability due to seasonality). The relaxing atmosphere was ideal for ending the evening in the best possible way. We'll definitely be back! Highly recommended.

24/02/2026: We wanted to grab a drink around midnight on a February evening. We asked if a table was available inside the venue and were offered a seat on the outdoor terrace, which was almost empty at the time, with two large outdoor heaters lit. We accepted. Shortly, however, the outdoor terrace filled up and the heaters were turned off. When we asked to turn them back on, we were first asked to wait five minutes; after that time, we were instead told the gas had run out—curiously, both heaters ran out at the same time. By that point, we had already received and paid for the cocktails, so we were left to consume them outside, unheated, in a situation we would not have accepted from the start had it been clearly communicated to us. As for the drinks, the cocktails we ordered—supposedly alcoholic—were actually fruit juices filled with ice, with the alcohol practically imperceptible. If I order a vodka cocktail, I certainly don't expect to get drunk, but I do expect to at least taste it. An overall disappointing experience, especially due to the lack of transparency in the handling of the situation.

13/09/2025: A lovely discovery. The place is simple, decorated like an old-fashioned trattoria with a few modern touches. It has three rooms, all very quiet and well-organized. The food is good and seasonal: this time for dinner, we chose appetizers and first courses, but looking at the other tables, the main courses were also very generous, all served on a hot plate. The service was prompt, and the staff were friendly and helpful, even when searching for special wines to sell separately… the cellar was very well-stocked and refined. Excellent value for money, honest. A small tip: I would change the wall lamps.

01/02/2026: We ordered two medium beers and potato croquettes (6 small ones). We said they were burnt. The response was, "WE COOK THEM THAT WAY." 🤔 We ended up paying €2.80 for two people. Bread and forks never arrived. 🤔 I think criticism is constructive.
