19/11/2024: I am not writing this review to evaluate the quality of the food, which I know well having been a customer for years, but to underline some important organizational aspects that this restaurant should improve. I regularly order from this restaurant with the take away service and, unfortunately, almost every time I go to pick up the order something is missing. This forces me to travel back from a distance of about 10km to retrieve the missing products. The last time, however, was the straw that broke the camel's back: a veggie burger and a portion of chips were missing for a 4-year-old girl, who had to wait at least another half hour to eat. When I expressed my disappointment and asked to speak to the manager, the guy who greeted me assured me that he would call him right away. However, after just a minute, he returned saying that the manager was no longer present and that he would only return in the evening. This seemed like a lie to me and a great lack of respect towards a loyal customer. Not only that: when they delivered the missing products to me, the portion of chips was reduced to a minimum, well below the normal quantity. In other Roadhouses, in case of similar mix-ups, an extra product is often added as an apology. Here, however, it seemed almost the opposite. Afterwards, I was contacted by the manager, who offered me a voucher for the restaurant. I told him I wasn't interested, because I frequent this place exclusively for take away orders when I'm in Varese to visit friends. I rather insisted on the importance of improving control of take away orders and paying more attention to after-sales service, because it is really frustrating to constantly have to deal with these shortcomings. Unfortunately, after this experience, I will never order take away from this restaurant again.

06/09/2024: Siamo andati appositamente per gustare il fritto misto. Purtroppo l'esperienza è stata molto negativa. Fritto (si fa per dire...) fatto solo da mega/anelli e 3 gamberetti. Pesce ancora crudo con effetto chewingom e pastella molliccia e per nulla croccante. Al limite della commestibilita'.

05/09/2024: Carne eccezionale, servizio buono ed efficiente. Prezzo super conveniente con 20/25€ una cena di coppia. Varietà di cibo, dal antipasto al dolce scelta variegata.

29/08/2024: Posto incantevole: una vecchia corte lombarda, molto suggestiva (10++) Io avevo mangiato qui anni fa e devo rimasta piacevolmente colpita. Questa volta no, non ho trovato un buon rapporto qualità/prezzo e il servizio un po' da rivedere. Ci hanno proposto delle pietanze da menù per poi tornare e dire che erano terminate..Se vogliono mantenere questo livello, dovrebbero rivedere i prezzi.

28/08/2024: Atmosfera molto piacevole nella corte esterna. Pasta all’ortolana e bastone di manzo grigliata davvero ottimi. Vino della casa buono.
