We had a wonderful evening, the staff were very kind, the atmosphere relaxed, and the food truly delicious!
The meat is exceptional!!! Tender, tasty, and excellent quality, with an excellent value! And the desserts are irresistible!
We will definitely be back, highly recommended!

In addition to the food, which I still find good, a special mention for the guys who do customer service. A jewel in the crown of the old wild west center of Tradate

18/10/2025: The food quality is excellent, but the decision to seat those who have reserved a table in a small, secluded room where they can hear what's being said at nearby tables from a distance of half a meter is questionable. The decision to reset the table as soon as the customer leaves, thus creating discomfort for nearby customers, is also questionable.

06/07/2025: Very rude staff, even answering badly to customers during orders, I do not recommend you take fried foods because they are all frozen, but the food is still salvageable, the problem is the waiters who do not smile are not kind and answer badly to customers. I will never go back there again

03/11/2025: We went specifically to try the cuisine, and we booked just in case, as it was Saturday and their website had two seatings: 7:30 PM and 9:30 PM. The meat is cooked on the grill behind the counter, so it's clearly visible to diners. The rest of the dishes are in the kitchen, all truly delicious, and definitely worth it.

09/09/2025: We ate here twice during our vacation. The restaurant offers good, down-to-earth Italian cuisine without any frills. The grilled octopus was a dream. The pasta with porcini mushrooms, the gnocchi pomodoro, and the pizza were also really good. Before your meal, you always get bread, focaccia, or something else delicious. The chef is a true Italian character. Very friendly, funny, and incredibly personable. If we had been vacationing in Luino, we would definitely have gone there more often. Especially because the prices are really good. The first time, we came just before lunchtime, and we still managed to get a table.

11/10/2025: We had grilled beef which arrived at the table no longer hot and arrived halfway through the portion which was cold... I recommend helping yourself with plates to leave on the table so that the customer can better manage large cuts... the quality disappointed us, the side dishes were fine... the dessert passed as if homemade was not to our liking and the prices were decidedly expensive... unfortunately never again

22/07/2025: Una location che nelle mani giuste avrebbe un buon potenziale ma con questa gestione e questa cucina si avvicina all'incubo. Tutto nei locali interni ha idea di vecchio stantio e non troppo pulito ma il peggio è proprio la cucina. Non abbiamo trovato nemmeno una portata mangiabile mentre i prezzi sono totalmente fuori mercato. Zanzare puzza di fumo e tutto gestito a caso

06/11/2025: We read outside: 50% off on the classics. At 8:15 pm, the classic burgers are sold out; only the jumbo ones are available. We ask if those are also included in the 50% off offer, and the waitress says yes. At the cashier, we pay the 💯 and ask for an explanation, which is because we haven't downloaded the app (she tells us they should have told us at the table, but they didn't). We ask to download it at that moment, but no longer... mental flexibility and kindness ZERO, we won't set foot in there again, as a matter of principle.
06/11/2025: Boasting that the meat is better than the best, I'd say, is tantamount to making a false statement in a public document.
Chicken breast, 14.90, pre-cooked, reheated, and served cold.
I ask for another dish and they say, "If you want, I'll reheat it for you, otherwise, nothing."
I add that the service is NON-EXISTENT: the customer waits, isn't even acknowledged, and has to wait 20 minutes to eat (with 9 customers in total in the dining room).
Bottom line... I'd say it's always the people who make the difference (and not the product in this case).
