02/01/2025: During a dinner with friends I had the opportunity to dine at I Panigacci. We started off super with an appetizer of cured meats and panigacci, a pleasant discovery, all very good. Next up triple T-Bone for our table, Wagyu, Black Angus and Chianina: a delight, super tender meat that melted in your mouth. If you get the chance you have to eat there, you won't regret it!

27/12/2024: Unfortunately for the Christmas lunch there was a misunderstanding about the number of people. Even though they had misunderstood, they still made me pay for the extra person, which I found to be quite unfair. It is advisable to book in writing to avoid misunderstandings.

29/12/2024: Good quality of meat, but portions/presentation a little sad and poor, leaving you with something unsolved.
The vegetable side dish is just barely acceptable only because it is included in the dish.
Then: if you leave the dessert menu on the table, creating an expectation, you cannot, when ordering, deny us two out of four desserts... remove the menu from the table and present the possibilities yourself, you will make a better impression.
The kindness of the staff is not in question, we thank the chef for the welcome gift (we were still hungry).
In conclusion, for sweet and bitter we went elsewhere.
A piece of advice, have an aperitif before going.

26/12/2024: In recent years, El Primero di Origio had made a name for itself for its excellence, especially the quality of its meats and impeccable service. Unfortunately, after my last visit, I have to note that the situation has changed and no longer for the better.
Meat, once the undisputed protagonist of the menu, now no longer meets expectations. What was once tender, tasty and perfectly cooked, today seems to have lost its luster. Cooking is often imprecise, and the quality of the raw materials does not reflect the prestige that El Primero boasted in the past. A great shame, considering that the restaurant had built its reputation on meat.
Even the service, once attentive and professional, seems to have slipped towards a certain inattention. Waiting times have increased and, despite the kindness of the staff, the attention to detail that previously made every guest feel special is missing.
El Primero was a point of reference for many, but today the quality no longer lives up to the name it bore. I hope that this is just a transition phase and that the restaurant will soon return to the standards we were accustomed to.
18/12/2024: since it changed management it has become a real disaster, it's a shame I went there often and found it truly exceptional.

06/09/2024: Siamo andati appositamente per gustare il fritto misto. Purtroppo l'esperienza è stata molto negativa. Fritto (si fa per dire...) fatto solo da mega/anelli e 3 gamberetti. Pesce ancora crudo con effetto chewingom e pastella molliccia e per nulla croccante. Al limite della commestibilita'.

22/12/2024: Siamo stati in diverse occasioni (pranzo con molti parenti ma anche in famiglia) e ci siamo trovati sempre bene. Pietanze davvero cucinate bene e quindi buone. Il personale è molto gentile e questo fa la differenza perché il locale non spicca per bellezza. Comunque ci ritorniamo spesso e se posso lo consiglio perché si mangia bene e si viene trattati bene e questa è la cosa importante.

It is very hot and loud in the restaurant.
The fries were good.
The decoration was beautiful
My family and I would never visit Roadhouse again, at least not this location again.

Io avevo mangiato qui anni fa e devo rimasta piacevolmente colpita.
Questa volta no, non ho trovato un buon rapporto qualità/prezzo e il servizio un po' da rivedere. Ci hanno proposto delle pietanze da menù per poi tornare e dire che erano terminate..Se vogliono mantenere questo livello, dovrebbero rivedere i prezzi.
28/08/2024: Atmosfera molto piacevole nella corte esterna. Pasta all’ortolana e bastone di manzo grigliata davvero ottimi. Vino della casa buono.
