07/05/2026: Super welcoming and informal place, perfect for an evening with friends! We had a wonderful evening, the staff were very friendly, the atmosphere relaxed, and the food truly delicious! The meat is exceptional!!! Tender, tasty, and excellent quality, with an excellent value! And the desserts are irresistible! We'll definitely be back, highly recommended!

06/05/2026: I've been frequenting this restaurant for several years, especially on Wednesdays and Thursdays, when it offers a special offer on rib-eye steak and fillet steak. For this very reason, I recently decided to return with friends, confident I'd rediscover the quality and integrity I'd appreciated in the past. Unfortunately, the recent experience was deeply disappointing. Four of us returned and ordered rib-eye steak and fillet steak, expecting everyone to get similar cuts, as would be expected for such a specialty. Instead, completely different cuts arrived at the table: on one side, a thick, well-presented rib-eye steak; on the other, much smaller cuts, decidedly inferior in thickness and appearance. Such a striking difference, especially at the same price, is simply unacceptable. The problem wasn't just the meat, but also the way it was handled. When we pointed out the difference, we received an unprofessional and superficial response that left us truly perplexed. Instead of receiving a serious explanation or even a modicum of attention to customers who have been frequenting the restaurant for years, we almost felt reprimanded for simply noticing a glaring disparity. I find it disappointing that, when paying for a special offer, at least some consistency in service and product isn't guaranteed. If some cuts are smaller or less generous, it would be fair to communicate this clearly, especially since the customer has the right to know what they're ordering and what they're paying for. The way things were done, however, almost feels like a mockery. The evening was ruined not only by the subpar quality, but also by the atmosphere at the table: between embarrassment, arguments, and a lack of professionalism, the overall experience was anything but positive. I'm sorry to say, but after years of frequenting, this time we left feeling deeply disappointed. I advise against going to this restaurant on special offer days, at least without paying close attention to the cuts served. Personally, before returning, I will ensure that a more serious standard is maintained, both in the product and in customer relations.

14/05/2026: A wonderful discovery. We went for dinner yesterday, Wednesday, May 13th, and there were 11 of us. The staff was courteous, attentive, and knowledgeable. They welcomed us and even explained the off-menu dishes with the recommended dish of the day. The food was truly exceptional. I personally ordered their "spaghetti grossi ai frutti di mare" (thick spaghetti with seafood). And I must say, I was expecting one of those simple, small restaurant dishes. Instead, I was surprised to see a huge plate delivered with so much seafood, so much so that it could easily have fed two people 🤣 My partner ordered pizza, and I must say it was excellent, too; it barely fit on the plate because of its size. The customer service is something you can tell they really care about. Beautiful location, I'll definitely be back because I had such a great time. 🥰

23/04/2026: A farewell lunch with friends before leaving for America. The owner was super kind and helpful. For our menu choices, we opted for a Pepper platter for two (we ate for four), tagliolini with sausage and mushrooms, and to finish, a delicious Black Angus entrecote. Of course, we didn't miss out on the desserts: tiramisu, berry cheesecake, and chocolate cake were truly excellent. Well, what can I say? I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants good meat and more.

26/04/2026: 2 croquettes €8!!!! Very hard Picana (and nothing of the Picana) €23 Stewed lamb (which wasn't lamb, but it tasted good) €28! Small plate of white rice €6 (which was supposed to accompany the lamb) Asparagus baked in foil €7 Glass of wine €6 €2.50 cover charge per person Becks €4 Water €2.50 The worst €89 I've ever spent!!! The dining room is nice, but the grill/kitchen area is dirty and poorly maintained. I wouldn't recommend it.

21/04/2026: Very nice pub, delicious food, and the waiter was very friendly but serious and extremely knowledgeable! I asked for a beer of my choice, and he was spot on! The pulled pork sandwich was amazing, with crispy, soft fries!

29/03/2026: Our first time here, we booked through The Fork, and what can I say? It was a lovely surprise! The food was excellent, the service was equally professional, and the welcome was equally as welcoming. We'll be back as soon as we have the chance.

01/06/2026: We booked through Fork. We ordered a meat empanada that came with chicken, without being notified that the product was sold out. We also ordered a grilled meat, which never arrived for two hours, and the grill was turned off. The air conditioning was off, the place was hot and full of insects. We left without eating anything. The staff was extremely angry, irritable, and rude. You could hear the meat pounding as if it were frozen. I'm very sad because it's a wonderful place that is losing Imagine.

31/05/2026: I had a very positive experience at El Primero in Origgio. The atmosphere was pleasant and refined, the service attentive, and the food truly delicious. The meat was well-cooked, flavorful, and plentiful, accompanied by well-prepared side dishes and appetizers. Excellent quality and a convivial atmosphere. I would gladly return.
