25/06/2025: I only recommend this hotel if you'd like to lose a few pounds or get rid of money and get no service!!! Lose weight because the breakfast "buffet" is incredibly awful! It's not coffee, more like water! The peeled, boiled eggs soaked in vinegar!!! require a referral from the Food and Drug Administration - because I vomited countless times after eating them! Scrambled eggs? Inedible and cold. Only the packaged fruit yogurt and pastries are edible; flies are on the cucumbers and dried tomatoes! Lose money because, for example, you pay for a parking space but don't get it - it's your own fault if you can't find one! All in all, it's your own fault, of course, if you book via booking.com, where you're already failing the absolutely disinterested and unfriendly staff! You have to check out by 10:00 a.m., and at 9:15 a.m. the receptionist opens the door without knocking! "She just wanted to check if we hadn't run away!" I've NEVER felt more uncomfortable than here! Finally, they wanted to call the police because we wanted a refund for the parking space, which we didn't get, but it would have taken a long time for them to arrive... We asked for an invoice, only to receive a different price after 30 minutes of loud discussion at the reception desk with the receptionist and her boss, Sofia Romagna! The room furnishings are truly terrible and don't even deserve half a star! If I were a piece of furniture, I'd be one in this hotel – for example, a lamp from the 70s :-) The only point goes to the housekeeping staff; at least they had a smile on their faces and greeted us warmly! CONCLUSION: SIMPLY INDESCRIBLY BAD AND A HUGE RIP-OFF - NEVER AGAIN!!! And this was also the opinion of many other Austrian guests last weekend...

22/06/2025: Extremely small rooms, apathetic staff, even a bit overwhelmed. Certainly not professionals. They're trying to generate maximum profit with minimal effort. While this is a legitimate approach, please don't go to this extent. Inquiries to the hotel via Booking.com are ignored anyway. The bottom line: not three stars and not recommended.
