In addition to the quality of the food, which is really top notch.
This place is paradise for meat lovers, but it will also amaze you for pizza lovers, eaten either take-away or sitting down.
I recommend booking given the turnout of people. Compliments
06/04/2025: Dearest...2 fried gnocchi, 5 and I mean 5 ravioli with butter, a microscopic jelly placed on a giant plate...almost 30 euros..

07/04/2025: Stayed with my husband for a motorbike weekend. We ate and slept very well. Very good food, I ate sliced pork and borage ravioli with butter. Sweet legendary eggnog. Clean rooms. The owner is very kind and helpful. Breakfast with yogurt, croissants, juice, jams, toast.
Super recommended.

23/05/2025: We had a really good time, the food was excellent, the staff very kind and competent.
18/05/2025: Even though the staff was reduced to a minimum - only three guys to manage the dining room, cash register and orders - they welcomed us with great kindness and availability. There was some difficulty in managing our orders, but given the situation they are easily forgiven: they really did what they could, and even more. Applause goes to them.
Some reflection (even if I don't know the reasons 😁), on the other hand, should be given to the management: ensuring an adequate number of staff is not only a question of efficiency, but also of respect for those who work and for those who choose to sit at the table.

10/05/2025: There were 24 of us, Easter day (pre-established menu with fixed price), it was raining, water was coming in from the tarpaulins with water between our feet, drafts and cold. Poorly refined and refined dishes, insufficient service. At the time of the bill we were asked for €3.5 more for the extra bottles of water taken: after the inconvenience of the lunch I consider this unacceptable.

25/04/2025: We had an amazing stay in Hotel Delle Rose!
We were 3 and got one of the biggest room: one king sized bed and a single bed in the main room and a single bed in the other room.
Everything was perfectly clean.
If you’re looking for a restaurant, the Hotel is partnering with one (spécial menu for guest) and you can directly book through the reception.
Our host was really nice and recommended us a route to the city to enjoy the sea view/city.
Breakfast is good, lots of choices (especially cakes which we really liked).
We only stayed for one night but it was perfect!

27/04/2025: Ottima pizzeria sull’Aurelia a Bordighera…. Il locale molto carino, curato, dispone anche di tavoli all’aperto…. Pizza molto buone e buona varietà di scelta, ottime proposte anche di carne, ma non avendola presa non mi permetto di giudicarla….. Molto belli e soprattutto buoni i dolci, molto ben curati, invitanti…. Sicuramente ci torneremo

20/02/2025: The place for quality beef. They may call it a steakhouse, but it is more of a bar with rustic tables, a limited menu and fairly simple dishes. But they know what they are doing with meat. Plenty of beer, some wine and an informal atmosphere and fair prices.
19/02/2025: Algunos llaman a esto un asador, pero es más o menos un bar rústico que pasa a tomar en serio la carne de res. Las ensaladas y postres son bastante básicos. Los clientes son más propensos a beber cerveza que buen vino. El servicio es informal pero amigable y los precios son justos por la calidad del producto.
Por lo tanto, si usted tiene un antojo de corte generoso de carne de res, una respetable vitello milanesa o incluso una hamburguesa premium, esta es una parada digna.

25/04/2025: Every now and then I stop before going on the motorway, usually cappuccino and croissants and it's passable. This morning I dared focaccia with ham costing 2.50 but where was the ham a third of a slice to put it bluntly??? But please!
19/04/2025: Seeing it always overcrowded, I try a breakfast. Cappuccino and croissants a little below the norm, the cappuccino has a really small cup. What dampens is the enthusiasm of the service, almost indicating a nuisance in serving the customer. Brioches even so-so... Then I recommend putting it in the saucer while waiting for the coffee or something else otherwise you'll be like an idiot for half an hour with the brioches in your hand. Furthermore DEAR!
I DO NOT recommend the place.

, when ordering they asked us if we wanted to have an aperitif, we confirmed but the dish never arrived. Once I received the bill with the supplement, I pointed out the lack, and the manager rightly wrote off the amount of the aperitif "dish". Since the place wasn't full yet, I would have expected a little more care and attention to the customer.
18/12/2024: Great little pub had a wine €5 and a craft beer €8 found that expensive. Friendly service crisps & nuts with drink. Cosy bar.

23/05/2025: No es la primera vez que vamos y siempre es un placer. Cena para dos personas a base de ñoco frito simplemente divino. Excelentes carnes curadas, el ñoco era sabroso y al mismo tiempo ligero y crujiente, lamiendo bien los dedos. Una verdadera delicia. Generosas porciones y precios justos. En el menú no faltan ravioles, mariscos fritos mixtos y otros platos de la cocina italiana. El personal es amable y servicial. Absolutamente recomendable si buscas un restaurante en La Spezia.
05/05/2025: Serene environment, excellent quality food, the friendly and brilliant owner, very knowledgeable, recommended an excellent Livio felluga Sauvignon white wine, truly excellent, accompanied by mouth-watering local muscles with excellent fish first courses
We also tasted the panigacci that we have never eaten so good
