03/04/2024: Cozy and warm restaurant in Stimigliano. Typical and homemade dishes, very tasty and well cooked. Excellent pizzerelli and grilled meat which is cooked in the huge fireplace in the room. Nice and friendly service although a little slow.

02/04/2024: No surprises... arrived under the recommendation of trusted friends, the restaurant met every rosy expectation, excellence of taste, cuts of meat, cooking, quality of service. From today it becomes an obligatory stop for future stays in the splendid setting of Fiuggi. Great chef Alessandro and super Eddy!!!

31/03/2024: All perfect! Excellent Easter lunch. The specialty of this restaurant is barbecue but it doesn't joke about the rest either. Rich and good starter, very soft and tasty pork cheek. Friendly and precise service, very nice and well-kept place. I would say the price is right.

31/03/2024: I've come several times and for the food... always great! Nothing to say other than positive things about the kitchen! Their meat selections are excellent and I highly recommend trying it without sauces... plain! This time, however, we had a surprise for dinner compared to other lunches made with my children... the welcome and professionalism managed by Simone with the smile and experience of two girls (Cristina and Giorgia) who I had never seen before . Maybe new.. but anyway... Excellent in their sales skills and cheerful customer handling. They conquered my palate and the joy of the children with their smile and availability. We will certainly be back more often!! P.s. To the Owners, a piece of advice among entrepreneurs: enhance the staff with concrete recognition! From experience it always comes back double! 😉

04/04/2024: It is located in a street between Via Candia and Via Andrea Doria I was invited to dinner on a Monday evening and I found a pleasant place (obviously Monday evening is a day with little turnout in restaurants) and attentive service The quality of the food seems excellent and the recommended wine excellent. On the other hand, it is located a stone's throw from the market! I was inside in front of a shop window but I didn't notice a large passage The restaurant also has an outdoor area to enjoy pleasant Roman evenings Really recommended even if I don't know the amount paid

Delicious potatoes with gorgonzola and walnuts, speck and provola, yum 😋 The very courteous and attentive owners, although not in their twenties, as we say in Rome, give a clue to these young waiters of today; arrogant most of the time, which we find today in every place with done nails and lips.
