06/03/2025: A very top place, on top of that it is very well located, there were not many people, which surprises me, since it is a very good place, I have tried the really good lasagna, potatoes and meat, all homemade products and they heat it up for you there, fast, friendly service and the fact that there are people who know Spanish makes it much better, I have no complaints. I would return.

04/03/2025: What a surprise to discover the flavors of this restaurant! Roman traditions are respected, and each dish is a true delight, to the point where words fail me. Special mention for the tiramisu, served in a moka coffee maker: an original presentation, and a cream as light as a cloud. What a joy to end with such an exquisite sweet touch! I highly recommend this superb restaurant

14/03/2025: It makes me cry that I don’t have this restaurant in England!!! I absolutely loved the hot stone dry aged steak. The homemade tiramisu was chef’s kiss. We went there twice even though we were in Rome for a couple of days🥰

Overall, I highly recommend Caffè Antica Roma to anyone looking for a cozy café with delightful offerings. 23/03/2025: We went to this place for a Sunday lunch with the family, it was the first time and we were immediately struck by the uniqueness and beauty of the location where you can breathe a vintage atmosphere but everything is taken care of in the best possible way down to the smallest details, fast and welcoming service ready to satisfy even the needs of the little ones, and finally the dishes, in addition to being beautiful to look at, were above all good, good, good, so the place is highly recommended!!!!!!!

The eccentric and refined environment makes the experience even more pleasant, while the quality of the raw materials is simply excellent. 31/03/2025: Lunch to celebrate my daughter's graduation. Very nice and original place. Friendly and helpful staff. The owner recommended a sea and mountain menu, which turned out to be varied, good and abundant. Excellent value for money. Reserved parking. My guests and I were very satisfied.

31/03/2025: I returned to this restaurant after some time with my family... I found the food average, the service courteous as always but the surprise was the bill... we paid without checking the receipt... total bill for 5 people 266.00 euros but paying with the card we only noticed later that they had charged us 7.50 more (POS commission?)... also in the bill they had put an extra plate of pasta so another 18 euros... clearly it's our fault because we didn't check but a few too many oversights
