10/07/2026: Stunning views of Lake Campotosto and the Gran Sasso mountain range, excellent food, and a lovely atmosphere, almost like a mountain refuge! Highly recommended!
08/07/2026: I stayed alone for one night in a tent. The place is very pretty, with a beautiful view and cool, given the altitude. I had dinner at the restaurant, and the manager, Mauro, sat me down with some locals, with whom I had a lovely conversation.
A very pleasant experience and a delicious dinner
(you eat what you get 😉)
I'll definitely be back, as it's an excellent starting point for my bike tours.

Talking to Vinicio is an experience worth having.
You risk making friends with people you've never met before sitting at the next table.
18/07/2025: €3 cover charge for a dive bar that serves your food on recycled paper, if you're lucky, and otherwise with cutlery directly on the table. I think you can go bankrupt, shame on you!

11/06/2026: It's been years since I've been to this restaurant and I was pleasantly surprised. The atmosphere is warm, the service is good, and the staff is friendly. I recommend the grilled meats, and the pizza isn't bad either.

11/10/2025: Everything was very good, the atmosphere was pleasant and the staff were very kind.
But the house Cerasuolo was amazing and made us forget all our worries. The arrosticini were delicious and the Pizzo was excellent.
What can I say? We'll be back soon!!
09/10/2025: Disappointing evening. Terrible arrosticini. Disappointing hamburgers. Expensive bill (at least there was one tasty thing). When we got home, everyone went to the bathroom. Not to be repeated.

A welcoming place, the traditional menu offers many interesting options.
We chose the arrosticini, delicious and perfectly cooked...
We'll return later to try the other dishes on the menu...
The staff were friendly and professional...

07/07/2026: Excellent meat, top-notch service, the owner is a wonderful person, it's a shame about the price, I found it a little high, even the service, unfortunately, had some flaws, the waitress spilled a bitter on the back of a diner... all in all we had a good time.

02/06/2026: Beautiful location, recently renovated. It's unfortunate that the noise level between rooms was high. Abundant breakfast and outdoor parking in a fenced area with an automatic gate. Good level of cleanliness.
20/05/2026: Large, comfortable, and clean rooms. Bathroom with a decent double shower. Balcony with a panoramic view. Good and plentiful breakfast.
On a business trip, it's in an excellent location for reaching Celano.

05/06/2026: A truly excellent experience! Overall, the meat was excellent, cooked to perfection, and there was a wide selection of cuts and options. A special mention goes to the mutton and liver arrosticini: flavorful, well-cooked, and truly exceptional. The dishes were carefully prepared, with generous portions and authentic flavors. My only complaint was the veal steak, which we requested medium-rare and probably would have benefited from a few more minutes of rest before being served. Fast service, friendly staff, and a welcoming atmosphere. Excellent value for money. Overall, an ideal place for meat lovers, definitely recommended and worth returning to.
04/06/2026: I appreciated the simplicity of the service and the owner's recommendations. He understood that even though we were tourists, we wanted to experience the authenticity of the place, and he recommended dishes and quantities.
The mutton, both in the form of arrosticini, the mutton, and a stew were truly delicious.

02/05/2026: The place is quite large, the service is a bit slow but overall the food is very good.
22/04/2026: Overall, a disappointing experience. There were two of us and we'd ordered appetizers and arrosticini, but after about 50 minutes of waiting, everything was brought to us at once, forcing us to choose whether to eat the appetizers first and let the arrosticini cool, or vice versa: organization could definitely be improved.
Furthermore, when the food arrived, we weren't provided with plates or cutlery: I had to ask for them after I'd already received the entrees. I understand that the restaurant doesn't offer table service, but at least asking if I needed it seemed like the bare minimum.
Twice, bread wasn't even brought with the arrosticini, while we saw other customers being served it when they picked up their arrosticini at the counter. After pointing this out, I was told it would come for me, too, but it never happened.
As for the food: arrosticini were average, the liver arrosticini rather forgettable, as was the bruschetta.
