27/08/2025: We made reservations a couple of nights in advance. We were celebrating my daughter's birthday and asked them to reserve a nice table. And they did! We ate well: fried cheese and Ascoli olives as an appetizer, then I opted for mixed fried fish, while my daughter and husband chose octopus with creamed potatoes and cherry tomatoes. The portion wasn't huge, but the quality was very good. We washed it all down with a delicious Abruzzo rosé. To finish, homemade cheesecake in three versions: pistachio, berry, and chocolate. To finish, a strong but delicious Abruzzo licorice liqueur. The service was efficient and courteous.

02/09/2025: A very nice and spacious place, worth considering if you want to eat arrosticini without having to move too far. The cured meats and cheeses are also very good.

30/08/2025: My pizza arrived and it looked like focaccia after telling them, not even 1 minute later one arrived worse than the first, reheated and raw, I will never go back there again, absolutely to forget not to mention the service!

16/08/2025: My family and I went to La Capannina restaurant for Ferragosto. It's a typical mountain restaurant with a garden, lush greenery just how I like it. The staff, what can I say? They made us feel very welcome and went out of their way to provide excellent service. The appetizer menu was extensive, with fried pizza, meatballs, cheese and eggs, cured meats, and more... generous and beautifully prepared first courses, compliments to the chef. The grilled meat was high-quality and perfectly cooked. Kudos to all the staff, we'll definitely be back.

10/09/2025: I haven't been back to Tameos in years, too many years, and I have to say nothing has changed: excellent quality and excellent service. Among the best arrosticini in the area, handmade. Even the chicken ones, with their breading, are special. Delicious sandwiches, with quality burgers. Tameos is always a guarantee.

10/08/2025: A self-service pub where you can savor Abruzzo. The place is well-maintained, and the staff is friendly and helpful. Order at the register, kiosk, or mobile phone, then pick up your order and enjoy Abruzzo specialties at your table; from appetizers of cheeses, cured meats, and everything in between, to arrosticini (skewers) and burgers with a selection of meats. Everything was so good, I returned two nights in a row for dinner with my significant other, and it's excellent value for money. Reservations are not required.

27/08/2025: It's a fantastic dive—I say dive, but not in a derogatory way. It's a super simple place, with two beers, both lager, and an appetizer: cured meats and cheeses, both very good. A main course: handmade arrosticini, meat, and liver. If you ask, they can have other meats to roast. Forget the desserts, they're not worth it; otherwise, everything else is superb. It has the air of an authentic, rural "Ritrovo." The owner and staff are very kind.

14/08/2025: Nothing to say, I was impressed by the quality of the meat here. I'll be back, although this time I'd skip the appetizer and focus exclusively on the meat selection. Truly excellent.

08/08/2025: Family dinner, informal setting with outdoor seating in the summer. Orders are taken by the owner, who recommends the type of meat based on the table's preferences. The carpaccio is phenomenal, and the taglierini with cheese and salami is also excellent. Perhaps the quantity of meat was too much, but the owner gave us good advice: the Uruguayan beef was amazing, with a rich texture and melt-in-the-mouth texture. The meat is brought to the table, and guests can finish cooking it to their liking using the stove and griddle. The only thing I would change is the way they serve their sauces, the chimichurri, and the BBQ: I'd opt for a jar instead. A fair price for what we ate. We'll definitely be back.
