A truly delightful surprise! At Ritrovo Arrosticini Da Mario, we enjoyed an authentic Abruzzo gastronomic experience with a fantastic menu entirely dedicated to sheep. We started with an excellent appetizer of sheep's meat cured meats and a delicious sheep's milk gorgonzola, followed by a truly flavorful grilled sheep's sausage, traditional pecora alla callara, and, of course, exceptional arrosticini, cooked to perfection. To conclude, a truly exquisite homemade tiramisu and a glass of gentian—the perfect ending to a traditional dinner. Kudos to Aldo for the quality of the ingredients, the preparation, and his hospitality. I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to experience the authentic Abruzzo.

A rustic restaurant with a traditional, limited menu: a pecorino and prosciutto appetizer, followed by excellent arrosticini (liver skewers included). Wine by the carafe and a modest bill.

Old-fashioned place, it felt like we were back when we were kids and we used to go to places where you could eat appetizers and skewers accompanied by red wine... everything was very good, and I, who usually don't like large skewers, have to say I liked them! Congratulations!
