13/05/2024: Positive notes: excellent products. The meat was delicious and well cooked and the prices were good. Negative notes: the service. Long wait to order and lack of many options on the menu. The waitress (maybe the owner?) was really unpleasant. I'm very sorry because the menu and the quality of the products deserve it, but I won't return because I can't go and ruin my evening because of the service. Another negative note is the lack of a paper menu. I don't like the fact of having to read the menu via mobile phone also because I don't think it's mandatory to have it with you.

01/05/2024: One of the best grills I've ever tried. I have been their customer for more than 10 years, I have brought friends, relatives, all the girls I have been with over time. Huge choice of meat and each different type with its own characteristic flavour. Also tried the homemade first courses, appetizers, desserts, à la carte wines and even the house wine; believe me ALL is good. Medium-good prices for the quality of the food. Why only 2 stars then? I'm really sorry to report this, I waited many years before doing it, but the same problem has never been resolved; It is inconceivable that in 2024 there are still commercial activities of this kind that NEVER allow (and believe me never, I have been there dozens and dozens of times) to pay with POS, debit credit card or debit card. I really understand the problems that an entrepreneur has to deal with, taxation for those who have a business in Italy is something shocking, I understand very well that every now and then you have to do a minimum of "bold" otherwise you won't make a living, but my guys, believe me , you are the only one left in all of Italy, from north to south, who does not have a POS for electronic payments. Solve this problem, maybe the margin will be a little lower for goodness sake, but you can't do otherwise now. I can't wait to give 5 stars as soon as the "problem" is solved once and for all.

03/04/2024: A good option to eat some burgers in the area near Plaza de España. Due to the distribution of the tables in the place, it is difficult to go in large groups.

03/04/2024: I can elegant and very large, lots of rooms, for the food all delicious and huge courses, there were 12 of us and we didn't finish everything but at least they make bags to take home in case of leftovers so the food isn't wasted. While due to the somewhat poor service I also had the karaoke room where the house dates back to 1990 where the audio was scratching and the microphone wasn't working we had kindly asked if they could fix it and a waiter simply replied to us to sing without a microphone which I hope was a joke that wasn't even funny. And they also came upon me by moving a friend of mine, so a service worth looking at While for the cuisine, compliments, everything is very good and some things are special.
