26/03/2024: The Roadhouse was one of the worst restaurants I have ever eaten at. There are so many problems that it's hard to know where to start. First, the service was terrible. We had to wait forever for someone to come take our orders and when we finally received the food, it was cold and poor. The staff seemed completely uninterested in making us feel welcome and seemed to be doing nothing to improve our experience. The food was simply disgusting. The chips were impossible to eat because they were so greasy and cheap that it felt like you were biting into a ball of grease. The burger I ordered was burnt and tasteless, while my friend's was cold. We complained to the staff but they seemed totally indifferent to our concerns. Furthermore, the price was excessive considering the poor quality of the food and service. We paid a fortune for a meal we wished we hadn't eaten, and found ourselves having to look for somewhere else to dine that evening. Bottom line, the Roadhouse is a place to avoid at all costs. The food is disgusting, the service is terrible and the price is too high for what they offer you. We will never return and strongly advise against anyone doing the same. Avoid this restaurant if you want to enjoy a good dining experience.

25/03/2024: Quick service with friendly staff at the reception and at the table. Quick service, food (meat) well prepared and hot (not obvious). I would improve the offer for desserts. Overall, positive.

07/04/2024: I went to this Old Wild West for lunch during my last visit to the Le Befane shopping centre. I got some onion rings and a hamburger to eat. The fried onion rings were delicious. They almost tasted like they were freshly made with a fresh onion straight out of the fridge. The sandwich, specifically the "20 year Smash Burger", is a little more normal. It was certainly good, and we can't argue with that, but I've tasted even better ones. Let's say that, in terms of quality, it was halfway between a sandwich from a fast food restaurant and one from a real sandwich shop. However, it was appreciable that the fries were included with the burger. Wild West style atmosphere, very rustic, with soft lighting and wood everywhere. Service normal. Prices not too exaggerated. If you get a burger (with fries included) and something to drink, you can get away with less than €20. It's worth trying.
