You charge 5 euros for a frozen, fried chip.
A bitter 5 euros.
An estathé 3.5 euros.
But are you staying out???
The Pizzeria used to be a popular place and pizza is the popular food par excellence..
And so a margherita with buffalo milk costs 10 euros?
Well, I understand the increases but I think every limit has been exceeded.

07/04/2024: Tables all stuck together, to get to the table you have to disturb the others.
I understand that there can be a lot of people on Saturday evenings but at least water and other drinks should be brought immediately.
I can also understand the increase in prices but 2 bitters for 10 euros seems excessive to me.
Summer 3.50.
Even the pizza prices

25/02/2024: Before a judo competition we wanted some good meat and we tried the place trusting the reviews. I can easily confirm what most say. The place is not very big, but it is very welcoming. All the staff strive with extreme naturalness to make you feel at home but above all "one of home" and the meat.. The meat is absolutely one of the best I have ever eaten. A delicious cold cuts and cheese platter with generous portions and an extraordinary cut of beef. I regret not taking photos, but it was all so inviting that it didn't even cross my mind until now, so I'll just say congratulations, compliments, compliments.

12/03/2024: Posto molto rustico e carino, in una grotta. Lo chef è sicuramene al di sopra della media. Tradizione mantenuta, ma il tutto con dei tocchi di classe inaspettati.
04/02/2024: Ristorante collocato in una bellissima grotta nei sassi di Matera, piuttosto rustico ma accogliente, il personale di servizio è stato molto cortese e sollecito. Le pietanze sono quelle della tradizione, buoni il vino della casa e il tris di primi, ottima la tagliata. Prezzo giusto.

Inaccuracy of reservations, untrained staff and a venue inadequate to receive an overcrowded number of people on a Saturday evening. Furthermore, take-away pizzas are prepared at peak times. we had a reservation at 8.30pm which we postponed until 9pm, we arrived on time and waited until 9.43pm in the entrance of the restaurant saying that they were preparing a table for us which was positioned in an external dehors close to a glass window because there was no room. absolutely unspeakable behavior.
24/02/2024: The excellent quality of the raw materials more than justifies the above-average prices. Care and attention in the preparation of the finished product.
