13/05/2025: Nice quiet place and I found it with few people at the time I went (around 11). I asked for a table and after more than 15 minutes no one came to ask for the order. I went to the counter to order since I just wanted a juice. I was asked to sit at the table and someone would come. More minutes pass and no one has ever arrived. I left because it's okay to wait but not 30 minutes to ask for a juice. Terrible service and terrible customer care.

10/05/2025: Really good vibes from this restaurant. Customer service is good. All the food was so delicious, all cooked fresh and not a long wait time either. Their pancakes are a must have! We had both of the smoothie options they offer, they are really lovely but €6 each smoothie which is a little more on the expensive side but they are really good. Overall price is not bad at all. Would come again if we visit Italy another time.

01/06/2025: I don't understand why do you have to dub all the movies in italian! Nothing beats the original sound, just go watch italian movies where you don't have to dub them and don't ruin the other movies for us! No options whats so ever to watch Lilo & Stitch in it's original version... you have to watch by hearing the non original voice of the actors, so i wouldn't rather go. It's 2025 everybody understands english, the old guys can just watch the movies dubbed in italian from home!

26/05/2025: Unfortunately we won't be back. We ate meat, the portion was small and unfortunately we left hungry. When we finished, no one checked in to see if we wanted dessert. €83 was a rip-off. Never again.

25/09/2024: The main reason why you have to visit Casa Venezia is of course the homemade ice cream. You can occasionally find unusual varieties here. My favorite, which I unfortunately only found once, was Menta Naturale. White ice cream with peppermint. There were even real little peppermint leaves in there. Not this typical turquoise after eight ice cream. Of course, this is also available for people who want their usual food. 😁 Andrea please do Menta Naturale again 😉. The new lemonades are also very good and unique. As an oregano lover, I personally recommend the Foccacia Crocante for food. A sandwich with cheese, ham and lots of oregano. Super tasty. Unfortunately this year there was a little less oregano on it but I'm sure that was an exception.

08/09/2024: Here I'm just reviewing the ice cream. We have been coming to Union Lido for 30 years and since then we have always enjoyed Andrea's ice cream. It was always the best ice on the course. Last year it was great, this year we were super disappointed. It was so watery and went quickly. You could also tell by the consistency and that it was very cold. Water crystals are colder than cream or milk crystals. Unfortunately, you can no longer rely on lasting quality. Water ice cream is cheaper than cream ice cream. And the ball now costs €2. We will happily be able to do without that.

16/05/2025: The food is very good, the search for increasingly tasty and genuine dishes is the key to understanding a chef who loves his job and who likes to try his hand at new stimuli, a compliment from those who love pizza as few places can do it. Well done guys

06/04/2025: la pizza piu schifosa che abbia mai mangiato, pizze senza sale,senza gusto,poco cotte, sembravano surgelate. la pizza rebecca’s sapeva solo di cipolla (tralasciando che nella pizza non ce neanche la cipolla ma bacon,patatine fritte,salamino)

08/05/2025: We are quite regular customers as we often go to the cinema. When we arrived we asked if we could eat in time, the waitress who served us said maximum 15 minutes and we would have our food, as happened other times. Unfortunately, even though the place was half empty, we couldn't eat because at the end the film was about to start and nothing arrived, so we had to leave. The waitress at the cash desk was also kind, she apologized and didn't make us pay for the drinks but what was truly indefensible and what I found highly irritating was the careless behavior of the waitress with glasses who had served us and given us false expectations about the cooking times, especially since she didn't even apologise, and in the past on other occasions she had served us in a very unprofessional way. It was enough to tell us that the kitchen was proceeding slowly and we would have gone to eat elsewhere without problems, it was better to give up our consumption that time rather than forever give up on customers who come to the restaurant every 2 weeks, because now we certainly won't go back, not as long as that waitress is there, at least.

21/05/2025: posto terribile sconsiglio vivamente, disorganizzazione totale, ho aspettato 47 minuti in cassa e nessuno è venuto a farci pagare, grazie a dio un signore dietro di noi ha deciso di chiedere e il dipendente ha risposto “non facciamo più ordini in cassa perché ci sono troppi ordini” dopo averci guardato per 40 minuti senza dire nulla.

09/05/2025: It should be appreciated for what it is. A fast food chain. In relation to this it is a very good OWW restaurant, very good child service. Quick. Always crowded place but that's okay. Parking always found in the area. Always book.

12/05/2025: I went to eat last night and it was all really good. There is a wide choice of sandwiches for all tastes and also vegetable variations. The restaurant also has a play area where children can play. Bathrooms and living room are clean. I will definitely be back!

10/05/2025: rude staff, ordered from the app, in addition to having made a mistake in giving us the change (€40 less) they made a mistake in giving us the order 3 times in a row, saying untrue things to defend themselves from the mistakes they had made, taking away things ordered and sending us away without things paid for, going so far as to close the drive-thru door in our faces, asking for the receipt to pocket and hide it, a place where they make fun of people!
