04/02/2026: I always like to come back and get comfortable on the reclining chairs and enjoy a good film, but having added the games room and with some tastings at the bar if you have to wait for the film to start, here the time passes quickly and it's nice.

03/02/2026: Recently renovated (it's about time!). There are many rooms with sound systems finally fixed, and the choice to open on Sunday mornings at reasonable prices is also excellent.

09/04/2026: Service one, because the brunette waitress hit on my boyfriend this evening. Unprofessional.

04/05/2026: I strongly advise against it! I ordered a sandwich, but the photo looked inviting, but in reality it was completely out of place. It was missing everything, even the sauces and salad. It was a small sandwich. 😳 15.50 per person.

08/04/2026: We booked for Wednesday evening, and the food was really good. In addition to the two Lava Burgers, we had the fried Mac & Cheese as an appetizer, and as expected, they were excellent. The burgers were delicious and plump, and the sweet potato fries were delicious and crispy. Of course, to top it all off, I also ordered dessert: a brownie with ice cream, which I have to say was delicious too. Fast service and friendly staff. Definitely a must for truly good burgers. The only downside is that the music was a tad too loud for my taste; you could hear each other easily, but a little less would have been nice.

10/04/2026: The food is in line with other Burger Kings. They offer a children's birthday party service. Don't go there on those nights: screaming children running all over the place, zero supervision from the managers who really allow everything. I understand that much of the blame lies with the children's parents who leave them out in the wild, but since it's a public establishment, the environment must be healthy for ALL customers (and also for the poor employees who won't be able to take it anymore at the end of the night). August 14, I paid for the king menu and received a regular menu. Hot drinks and no ice despite the ice machine having been broken for weeks. Staff who don't even know the size of the menus. April 10, I order the mini burgers and ask at the cashier, as I always have, to remove the onion. A young man is serving me, but meanwhile his colleague who is taking other orders turns to me and tells me that the burgers are standard. I've never seen service like this, with so much rancor.

21/12/2025: Evening with friends, we saw the free "dessert" promo and decided to check it out. The sandwiches were good, but the sides were a bit small considering the price... "dessert/cake" in quotation marks because it's not a dessert. Okay, it's free... but aside from the 1.5cm slice, the taste was awful, as they were as dry as stale bread... dry cream... and I'll stop there. If you're "giving" something away, make sure it's not something like that. The wait staff was cold, as was the rest of the place. 4 stars for giving them room for improvement... let's hope! PS: Change those sauce holders!! They're rusty!!!!

09/12/2025: Almost an American dream — but with Italian subtitles I walked in just before closing time, hoping for a small nightcap of experience to end a beautiful day. The place looks like an American diner — Elvis on the wall, US license plates, neon light… the whole cultural export package. I asked for a burger. Silence. I repeated burger. More silence. Then the waiter lit up: “Ah, BURGER!” Breakthrough. I was asked to move 20 meters to a more appropriate table (apparently the first one offended someone’s geometry). I ordered a Blue Cheese Burger + Corona. The Corona arrived quickly. The No-Cheese burger a bit later. Close enough, I suppose — dairy intolerance by divine intervention. I asked for salt. Non comprendere. I wrote NaCl on paper. Still non comprendere. Chemistry fails again. To their credit, they listened politely when I explained the situation, and apologized kindly. Staff is friendly — once communication leaves Earth orbit and returns. Food: fine. Service: unforgettable. Experience: pricelessly chaotic.

12/06/2026: It's comfortable, spacious, with some touch-screen games for kids and a few tables with wireless charging. The staff is friendly and helpful. The wait times are reasonable.

10/06/2026: The staff is incredibly friendly and the food is always perfect. Hot sandwiches and iced drinks. I much prefer it to the one in Affi and always try this one! Excellent.

09/07/2025: Everything, except the modern chairs, is reminiscent of a trattoria from the 60s and 70s. The mess at the entrance is just decorative, but not annoying. 🤷🏻 Walls with really dated paint, with cobwebs everywhere.... This also serves as decor and makes the place look antique. 🤔 Sturdy tables of unique beauty. 👍 If they served water in ceramic jugs instead of plastic bottles, it would be wonderful. Only thing: at 1:00 PM, a filthy bathroom with an unpleasant smell, and that's not antiquity... 😔 Price: for 1 liter of water, tagliatelle with meat sauce, cotoletta alla petroniana with side dish, a coffee and bread/cover charge €25.00, a bit pricey for lunch 💸

13/06/2026: I'm giving it one star because it won't even allow zero. Incompetent! The fries were all scattered all over the tray, and not to mention they even put a sandwich instead of nuggets! Oh, what else can I say... I've never seen such rude staff! The one in Marghera is better.

10/06/2026: These mornings I went for breakfast, and the two guys (Manuela and Ciro) were very nice and helpful. The price for breakfast was very reasonable (€1.90 for a coffee and croissant).

16/06/2026: I'm writing this review to summarize our experiences ONLY after the renovation a few months ago: Besides the fact that the portion of the large fries is smaller than the portion of the medium fries (we eat McDonald's at least twice a month, and it's always the same). Today we got takeout, and a portion of fries was missing—okay, it can happen, other than that—the bread for the sandwiches was as hard as bread you leave on the dining table for two days uncovered. The sandwich was hard, old, and dry, anything but classic soft bread, so I'm starting to think the employees are using old ingredients. I hope our future visits are more enjoyable. P.S. (Today there was also a large Moroccan guy who was screaming and complaining because there were flies in his sandwich 😂)

07/06/2026: I went there Thursday afternoon because I hadn't had lunch yet, and the disgusting atmosphere I found is beyond words. I was there, along with two other tables occupied. All the other tables, chairs, armchairs, sofas, and the floor had pieces of food everywhere. There were two guys working, but it was as if they weren't there. The girl, when she came to bring me the tray with my drink, sandwich, and fries, didn't say anything... so much for politeness 🤦🤦🤦... I thought she was mute, but then I heard her joking with her colleague, so she did speak... I think she's in the wrong job... since we're not exactly open to public contact. Badly made sandwich... Young people, and that's all I'll say... I definitely won't go back to Thiene, I hope the other fast food restaurants do well...

05/06/2026: Even on the last day of school, the staff was super helpful, and they even gave us free ice cream at the end. Everyone, come to Burger King 👑 Go burgers!!!!! Rating: 100000000/10

06/05/2026: The ice cream machine breaks down every other month, and they go without ice cream for months, which is understandable in the winter, but in the summer I find it completely absurd for a restaurant chain like this. After 2 years, things have even gotten worse: 6 euros worth of ice cream, and I get this picture below 👇 PS: To compensate for the unprofessional staff, perhaps due to their very young age, at least the shift manager/restaurant/staff/whatever, should be a little more mature and authoritative, not 10 months older than the counterman/waiter... PS: As of today, June 2023, the machine has still been broken since then.
