05/01/2026: The food arrived after 20 minutes, no receipts were printed, and I requested a cheeseburger with EXTRA pickles, per a previous reviewer's recommendation, but the outcome was disappointing as the order was rejected. The bathroom doors don't open properly. At least the outside scenery is pleasant.

09/01/2026: Good receipts, but the place is terrible. They deliver food without napkins. Only two people at the counter, one of whom also had to do the drive-thru. It's a disgrace. Burger King is terrible. The bathroom is dirty, very dirty. It's a disgrace.
The place is very cold, with a January day when it's 0°C outside and about 10°C inside. They're also using savings measures, due to overheating. It's a disgrace.
07/01/2026: I don't know what happened, but it seems to have gotten worse. Very slow service, cold atmosphere (in the sense that it was cold), and the same goes for the sandwiches. All the triangles with numbers on the same totem near the register. Coke was so lazy that I still wonder how that's possible. I'm hoping for a bad night.

30/07/2025: A good place, with a quiet, quiet atmosphere, where you can enjoy meat-based dishes: from the classics (ribs, steaks, ribs, etc.) to the most delicious sandwiches. Quality beers and, for those who appreciate them, soft drinks and water 😉
Friendly and helpful staff.

19/12/2025: Well, the food is fine, it's what it is, but damn the service, 40 minutes of waiting for nuggets and it wasn't even full of people, plus they even replied to me pissed off just because I asked them how long it would take approximately.
19/12/2025: What can I say? A great evening with the family. The staff was helpful, friendly, and smiling.
The children were delighted with the Happy Meal gift and the coloring sheets given to them by a girl.
I highly recommend it.

08/01/2026: Bad experience: 2 terrible hot chocolates with cream, runny chocolate, no consistency, with supermarket-quality spray cream on top, almost undrinkable, and 4 mini/mignon pastries of poor quality. Paid €14.80.
€10 for 2 hot chocolates and €1.20 each for the mignons, I'd say way too much considering the quality.
The staff were not at all friendly, with long faces and no greetings, not even a good morning or good evening when entering or leaving.
Small place, limited seating, narrow and uncomfortable bathroom.
Paid without arguing, but lost 2 customers.
I definitely won't be returning.
22/12/2025: I liked the espresso a lot. I would recommend to coffee geeks that looking for different flavors in espresso with the cream.

18/01/2026: Never, never again! Passing by at lunchtime, we stopped after noticing the truly unique location. The owner, sitting outside, watched us as I entered to ask if there were three seats available for us. I asked the waiter what dishes were available that Saturday and the answer was, "We do appetizers, first courses, and second courses." No prices displayed, no menu. After leaving the restaurant, I went into the pizzeria next door to check out their menu. While I was talking to the family, the owner urged us to go into her restaurant, saying that the pizzeria next door had just opened, while hers is a historic restaurant. Long story short: dirty glasses, starred prices, POS not working, €5.50 for four leaves of green salad on the side. We left the desserts to melt in the display case; they were pathetic even to look at!

Just look at all the reviews, copy/paste response
No customer service
Totems that don't work, no one to monitor them
Personally, I chose takeout, and for once I decided to stop and, to avoid losing my table, I ordered from the table
Terrible choice, food still not collected
And probably thrown away, €10 won't change my life, anyway, it doesn't offer the service it should
There's no point in replying to the review with the customer service email; just read the customer complaints, which are public, without washing your hands, and send a copy/paste response

20/09/2025: We stopped for a quick snack the other afternoon.
The manager, I think, was very kind, even though we were a little hesitant.
She recommended the king menu, which was perfect! Delicious sandwiches and piping hot fries (other places often have them frozen). Top location! I highly recommend it! We'll be back soon. Excellent snack and very kind people!

01/04/2025: Cibo nella media e locale ben tenuto ma molto rumoroso e con tempi d’attesa a dir poco biblici. Ordinato 3 galletti, 2 tagliate ed un panino abbiamo aspettato 1:45. Nemmeno uno “scusate per l’attesa” da parte della direzione o un cenno di comprensione avendo 2 bambini piccoli non è stata una cena così rilassante, bastava almeno portare ai piccoli qualche cosa da mangiare prima, e dare presenza, ma tolti i ragazzi della sala che non sapevano più cosa dirci non c’è stato interesse per il cliente. Tralasciamo poi il club sandwich messo in conto e mai ordinato… peccato averlo solo averlo scoperto una volta a casa.

30/01/2025: 3 volte al mc drive e ogni volta tornata a casa manca qualcosa!!!!! La prima volta l’acqua è la frutta di due happy meal, la seconda le patatine, la terza i nuggets!!!! Anche dentro spesso portano e mancano cose ma almeno te ne accorgi subito…

10/03/2025: Con amici, abbiamo deciso di fare la camminata in Val Visdende, fino alla Malga Dignas, che ci aveva incuriosito per l'ubicazione e anche per i prodotti di Malga descritti nel loro sito internet oltre ai piatti descritti nel menu' dell'Agriturismo.
L'esperienza è stata davvero deludente, sia per il servizio, sia per la qualità del cibo.
In 7 persone ,abbiamo dovuto attendere quasi tre quarti d'ora ( a locale praticamente vuoto) per avere un antipasto composto da un unico tagliere misto di salumi e formaggi per 4 e un cestino di pane risicato. Abbiamo poi atteso piu' di un' ora, dopo l'antipasto, per avere 4 porzioni di gnocchi e 6 secondi piatti , 2 dei quali sono stati cambiati dopo mezz'ora dall'ordine, perchè...... la materia prima non era arrivata dal fornitore ( per la precisione si trattava del formaggio alla piastra, che ....in una malga con tanto di casaro, mi sarei aspettata fosse di loro produzione e quindi disponibile) e tra l'altro portati in tavola in diverse riprese, cosicchè alcuni commensali mangiavano e altri....guardavano!
Nota curiosa: tutte le persone che sono arrivate dopo di noi, sono state servite per prime...non si è capito il perchè.
Aggiungo che, la prenotazione per il pranzo alla Malga per 7 persone, era stata fatta con anticipo di diversi giorni, quindi non si è trattato di un "imprevisto" difficile da gestire.
Esperienza da non ripetere.
