14/03/2025: The food was very good but the plates were not clean like there was dirt on the plates and knives and I saw the waitress holding the plates with her fingers inside. Very disgusting.

11/03/2025: Always a guarantee of quality Roadhouse, unfortunately this is a very large place and it's distracting, when it's full the waiting times, rightly, get longer and the turnover of staff certainly doesn't help the service. Overall, however, still valid

05/03/2025: I go there very few times because the quality of the food is really poor. When I stop to eat I find the place nice but dirty. Most of the staff are friendly. Today I got food from McDrive and a sandwich was missing from the bag, I only noticed it at home. I didn't check immediately because I was driving and because the delivery person had asked me for the receipt so as not to make a mistake!

09/02/2025: Cena con 7 amici il sabato sera. Premetto che la qualità del cibo è sempre ottima (galletto piatto forte del locale) club sandwich molto buono e anche gli hamburger, tutti contenti del cibo in generale. L’unica vera pecca è il servizio. Camerieri sempre molto gentili ed educati. Se il bere ti arriva praticamente subito, per i panini e piatti vari abbiamo aspettato 45 minuti. E credetemi, nonostante fosse sabato sera, il locale non era strapieno. Sono sempre andato al Galloway (e continuerò ad andarci) ma questo problema si riscontra ogni volta. Attesa un po’ esagerata per dei panini, non stiamo parlando di piatti di pesce o risotti con tempi di cottura lunghi. Come risolvere? Purtroppo in cucina secondo me c’è più di qualche intoppo. Anche perché è successa la stessa cosa per i dolci e infine per i caffè…. Cercare di migliorare velocità e poi sarà davvero un locale da 5 stelle. Per il resto rapporto qualità/prezzo ottima. 19/03/2025: The lady who serves customers is rude number 1... I have never been treated like this in my life... I advise her to change jobs since she should have a lot of education towards the customer and it is not part of her... You know many people I know had told me that she was rude but I did not think so...

09/03/2025: The poor service is to say little welcome we don't talk about it sometimes you arrive there and the chef isn't there and so you are told that he doesn't open that day but we're joking

25/02/2025: Hamburger as thick as a wafer (ugly only to look at). Terrible service (5 employees behind the counter, only me as a customer waiting for my order to be processed... no one to pay attention to me). Empathy with the customer: ZERO. (Not even a good morning or a smile).
