25/01/2026: I visited McDonald's in Belluno and had a rather mixed experience. On the one hand, there are positive aspects that confirm the brand's standards; on the other, unfortunately, there are some obvious issues that prevent me from giving it a higher rating. Let's start with the food: the quality is nothing compared to what one expects from McDonald's. The sandwiches are classic, good, well-prepared, and with familiar flavors. The fries were also hot and crispy, and the order arrived fairly quickly. On this front, the restaurant fully meets the chain's standards and does not disappoint. The main issue concerns cleanliness and the attention paid to the dining room. The restaurant was very dirty, with tables left full of trays, paper towels, and food scraps, sometimes for several minutes. Despite the crowds, there was little attention paid to cleaning the tables and keeping the place tidy, which significantly impacted the overall experience. Having to search for a clean, free table isn't pleasant, especially in a fast food restaurant where customer turnover is high and cleanliness should be a priority. Even the staff, despite being busy, seemed less present in the dining room and more focused on the counter and taking orders, letting too much time pass before taking action to tidy up the space. This gives an overall sense of neglect, which is out of place for such a well-known brand. In conclusion, McDonald's Belluno offers classic, good food, in line with expectations, but it seriously lacks cleanliness and attention to detail. With better dining room management and greater attention to hygiene, the experience could be significantly improved. For now, 3 stars: sufficient, but with considerable room for improvement.

24/01/2026: Disaster, they failed all in compqre with order.. never again.. teach workers italian language.. we re in Italy

08/01/2026: Bad experience: 2 terrible hot chocolates with cream, runny chocolate, no consistency, with supermarket-quality spray cream on top, almost undrinkable, and 4 mini/mignon pastries of poor quality. Paid €14.80. €10 for 2 hot chocolates and €1.20 each for the mignons, I'd say way too much considering the quality. The staff were not at all friendly, with long faces and no greetings, not even a good morning or good evening when entering or leaving. Small place, limited seating, narrow and uncomfortable bathroom. Paid without arguing, but lost 2 customers. I definitely won't be returning.

22/12/2025: I liked the espresso a lot. I would recommend to coffee geeks that looking for different flavors in espresso with the cream.

30/07/2025: A good place, with a quiet, quiet atmosphere, where you can enjoy meat-based dishes: from the classics (ribs, steaks, ribs, etc.) to the most delicious sandwiches. Quality beers and, for those who appreciate them, soft drinks and water 😉 Friendly and helpful staff. Must try 👍

15/09/2025: Spacious and relaxing spaces, large parking lot and service to the sports facilities. Excellent sandwiches, crispy fries, top-notch beer! A must-try evening with the kids!

15/09/2025: Super Angelo, always available!!! Highly recommended... excellent burgers and excellent beer in a casual atmosphere nestled in a sports complex (arena and soccer/rugby fields).
