21/02/2026: It's difficult to express an opinion on a restaurant that's part of a chain, but this place is well-run, and all the young staff are friendly, courteous, and helpful. I think that's the real strength of this Old Wild West.

12/03/2026: I've eaten here several times. Today, after a three-hour business trip, I decided to stop for a quick sandwich, but the cashier wouldn't accept a €200 bill. I don't know what's so strange about it. So, I was left without lunch. Company policies definitely need to be reconsidered. This is the first time I've been unable to pay with cash.

11/03/2026: Bad experience at the Burger King in Silea. I ordered a Double Chicken Crazy Cheese BBQ with grilled fries. The fries arrived freezing cold, so I thought it best to return them and wait for the hot ones. However, I waited almost half an hour for them to be returned, and despite everything, they were cold and five hot fries, probably from the lucky previous order that got them hot... the clerk's response: "We forgot!" -------- The Happy Meal surprise doesn't match the one advertised on TV... my daughter received a little pony from previous promotions. ------- The premises are not very clean, and I would suggest using steps/stools in the bathrooms for the little ones who can't reach the designated detergent dispensers, sinks, and hair dryers. ------ In the children's area, fix the projector lighting for the hard-to-see games... -------- Personal organization needs to be reevaluated.

10/03/2026: "A true gem in Vicenza for those who also love the '80s! I love the atmosphere of this place: unique, welcoming, and, for me, relaxing. The food (after trying a bit of everything) is excellent, especially the burger buns. The staff is friendly and constantly comes by to make sure you have everything you need. Be patient on live music nights because of the crowds (another strong point of the place). Highly recommended!"
