18/05/2026: We had a great time, the food was good, especially the tagliata cooked the way we wanted it, and the classic spicy chicken was excellent.
The cashier was really good and patient, we were a group of about 40 people, and the prices were moderate.
Everything went smoothly!

26/11/2025: I was there on my lunch break; the atmosphere was quiet and peaceful. I would have preferred the artisanal burger meat, as it was very firm and tough when cooled. My advice is to choose artisanal meat to maintain a high standard. Overall, good.

08/03/2026: Some ordering kiosks closed due to electronic payment malfunction, the rest are ok.
06/03/2026: There were four of us, and they refused to give us more than one tray, saying they could only give us placemats at best. We were forced to eat at the bare table like animals. 😂
Not to mention the thirty-minute wait because they forgot our order.

13/05/2026: Everything was delicious as always... it's a shame that the prices are a bit high (on average you spend around €20/25 per person) if you choose the burger menu... but the food is truly excellent.
12/05/2026: Very nice place for a family with children. I think they could have given the freebies to all the kids, either with or without the menu.

02/03/2026: The food arrived cold, likely because it was being moved around on the plate for too long before being served. Overall, the staff seemed poorly trained. The only person who appeared competent and knew what she was doing was the lady in white at the front desk.

06/05/2026: NEGATIVE experience! I ordered an €11 sandwich and the waiter realized it was another one for €16. I only noticed the mistake after I started eating and pointed it out to the waiter. He offered to exchange it, but so as not to make him reorder and throw away the sandwich, I refused the exchange.
At the checkout, I mentioned the mistake again, expecting at least a discount. The cashier rudely told me, "Here, you pay for what you eat..." even though it was their mistake.
In the end, I spent €23 for a Coke and a sandwich I didn't want.
So, my advice: return your orders if THEY make a mistake, even if they'll be thrown away!
03/05/2026: We were in the area for a course...we had lunch and dinner at this place...we ate very well...very friendly and attentive staff...very pleasant atmosphere...very good food...we recommend it.

07/05/2026: Reading the reviews, I went with pretty high expectations, but I have to say they surprisingly weren't met... we ordered the Buns sandwich, and it was incredibly salty; my partner couldn't finish her half. Then we ordered the Totoro with fried chicken. It was pretty bland; there were 1,000 ingredients, but I barely managed to hear any of them. The fries were okay, and the staff were very friendly, but unfortunately, we were very disappointed. Prices were average.
04/05/2026: A great place to share a simple but tasty lunch or dinner. I really like that the menu is quite short and, above all, that they continue to offer new sandwich ideas and new desserts.
