Greeted by Nicolò's infectious laughter, immersed in his bottles, glasses, and various accessories... he seems like an alchemist, creating his cocktails with care and passion, while also building a bond with his interlocutors... and with the varied curiosities of the most demanding customers, always on the ball! Fantastic! For me, it's 10/10. But behind a great man... There's always a great woman: Sarah! A hurricane straight from New Jersey. Pure energy! She's also smiling... With eyes that say more than words... She creates her magic in the kitchen, each dish is designed to satisfy all the senses, with surprising, unique flavors and aromas! Despite her very demanding work, she manages to be present even in the dining room and enchant with her clean face and free spirit, also for her, a 10/10! A place where you leave satisfied and with a smile! I would like a place like this close to my home 💜

25/02/2026: I was in Florence for four days and found Djària by chance while looking for burger places in Florence, and I decided to try it because it inspired me. Needless to say, I've been back twice. The burgers were amazing: the meat was incredibly tender, juicy, and delicious. The fries were delicious and fresh. The fried chicken sandwich was very good, but not as good as the meat. I suggest testing it to make sure the breading adheres better to the meat, which tends to fall apart when bitten into. I'm a teetotaler, so I can't comment on alcohol.

16/01/2026: A super interesting place in Florence: it feels more like a place somewhere between the UK and the US than Italy, and the atmosphere is definitely an added bonus. The brunch is truly delicious and very popular, so it's best to arrive early because the wait can be long. The quality of the ingredients is excellent and the dishes are well-crafted, with brunch classics prepared to perfection. A wide selection of juices, waffles, pancakes, and other delicious options are available. The wait is well worth it. I really enjoyed it; it's hard to find anything to criticize. Highly recommended.

10/01/2026: If you’re craving an american-style breakfast, this is the place for you. The food was amazing! We got the Grandma’s Style pancakes (highly recommended) and the Florentine Benedict. For drinks, we got the Iced Toffee Coffee and the orange juice (both were really good). Also loved that the water was free. The girls who served us were very nice and attentive. Would definitely come back!

09/02/2026: We had dinner at Lungarno 23 with my mother and it was a truly wonderful experience. The dishes were incredible, everything was simply perfect. A special thanks goes to Viola: her kindness, attention, and professionalism made the evening even more enjoyable. We left the restaurant very happy. We will definitely be back 💜

15/11/2025: Cutest cafe, bakery and coffee shop in Florence. We tried the chocolate chip cookies, the babka, cinnamon bun and hash brown - highly recommend them all! Will be back tomorrow! The coffee is also the best we have had in Florence

15/11/2025: Probably one of the best chocolate chip cookies I’ve ever had. I don’t feel the need pile on the many positive reviews of the cinnamon bun - it’s amazing, but those cookies are something else.

25/01/2026: For me, it's absolutely the best fried chicken I've had in Florence! Because it's in a fairly hidden location, it's usually not crowded, so that's a plus for me. Plus, every time I've been, they've always offered me a little treat while I wait for my order. The staff is helpful and friendly! I highly recommend it.

25/01/2026: Do not miss Star Chicken!!! My husband and I stumbled upon Star Chicken in 2015 shortly after it opened, and he mentioned it at least twice a month for the next ten years... We finally returned today and it was as incredible as ever. Juicy, crispy, and fresh with generous portions, it did not disappoint. There is something about the breading that exceeds any other fried chicken we've had, plus the homemade sauces are all amazing. Grazie Star Chicken, a fried chicken institution.

20/01/2026: Before eating. The server was really friendly. The coffee was amazing. The food was clean. The stress from yesterday at Alberto's Pasta Restaurant went away.

15/01/2026: Amazing food. We had a wrap and the french toast. The staff are really friendly, the manager is lovely. The coffee is insanely good. Recommend.

04/03/2026: We went for dinner over the weekend. The food is good, but you have to be a fan of the genre to know what to expect. The staff has been underestimated for a long time; we even went for a lunch break and ended up way over the hour. On the other hand, the staff is incredible; they work incredibly hard, you never see them standing still; amidst the chaos, there was a smile and a joke with our daughter. The atmosphere is much more chaotic than other places in the chain, but the high ceiling and the tables outside the room facing the gym don't help. We'll definitely be back; we almost always know what to expect by now.

17/12/2025: It all started with me wanting to charge my phone at the bar which was very nice of the worker called Gloria who let me to, I sat down for a beer. I rarely leaves 5 stars but as an autistic retarded introvert I was well taken care of by the waiter because she was always speaking to me because she noticed I was lonely and sad because my Roblox girlfriend of 2 weeks broke up with me. Now I feel loved and safe thank you Gloria!!!!!!!🥰🥰🥰🥰

17/02/2026: There's no better burger. The toppings are always different, with new additions. For those who want or need to forgo bread, I recommend the burger patty or the sliced ​​steak. The fries, called "briciole" here, are real potatoes and not pre-cooked/frozen as they usually are. I recommend the baba tiramisu for dessert. It's our go-to place, and I highly recommend it. Well done!!!!

08/02/2026: My takeout order arrived earlier than expected. The food quality was impeccable, everything was made with care, dedication, and passion. I had exceptional pulled pork, a mix of flavors and fresh, high-quality ingredients, along with very balanced nuggets and unique artisanal chips. This finished off with a delicious cake. To accompany it all, I highly recommend a Riegele, with its aromatic flavor and just the right amount of alcohol. If you can, dine in; otherwise, the products are just as fabulous at home.

15/02/2026: Gave me raw burger, twice. Fought me when I asked them to remake it. Then they tried to over charge me, and the staff was rude. Very expensive for what you get. Much better places near by.

11/02/2026: Terrible. Every time they tell you you can pay with meal vouchers, they always make up excuses to avoid letting you pay with them, even though they confirm you can over the phone. I won't be going back. Plus, I even found two hard pieces of cartilage in my sandwich.
