14/06/2026: Rooster Cafe offers a great American-style breakfast in Florence. We visited last year and made sure to come back again this year. I ordered the bacon, egg, and cheese bagel, which was excellent, and my wife had the chicken and waffles, which were cooked perfectly. The food, service, and consistency were just as good as we remembered. If you’re looking for a break from traditional Italian breakfast options, this is a great spot. We’ll definitely be back on our next trip to Florence.

The chicken was perfectly cooked and juicy. I also want to mention the owner. He seems like a really, really good person with a big heart. Highly recommended.

04/07/2026: The atmosphere is fantastic and incredibly immersive, it truly feels like a journey back in time. The food is excellent: the burgers are huge, juicy, and cooked to perfection, and the fries and sauces are a guarantee. The staff are also worthy of mention: they're incredibly kind, fast, and welcoming. The young man who served us was immediately available, always smiling and attentive to detail, even though the place was packed. Excellent value. We'll definitely be back!

04/07/2026: I went alone and watched the World Cup Round of 16 match - Canada vs. Morocco ⭐️⭐️⭐️The commentary is booming⭐️⭐️⭐️ Even though I couldn't understand Italian, compared to places without commentary, it was much more exciting. Also, the Peroni and Guinness were both delicious. Thanks to the owner who treated me kindly and without formality even though I was a woman traveling alone, I had a great time. I recommend it!!!

I’m not exaggerating when I say it slapped harder than homesickness at 2 a.m. Juicy, bold, perfectly stacked — the kind of burger that makes you close your eyes for a second like you’re having a spiritual experience. If America had a culinary ambassador, this burger would run for office. The spicy fries? Straight fire — literally and emotionally. Crispy, seasoned like someone actually cared, heat that kisses you instead of punishing you. And the regular fries? Golden perfection. Simple done right. The service? Wonderful. 16/05/2026: Terrible experience, first time I went there, they put us at the table after a while even though there were no people when we arrived, put us at the table and for a good 30 minutes they forgot to take the order (1 adult, 2 children), then to bring the water another 15 minutes, and for the order reached the threshold of 45 minutes to arrive (maybe all ox more), the girls rude and with a tired and energyless look, only 2 girls waitresses, a waiter assistant and a lady who was standing at the door to get staff... lots of people it's true but not enough staff, tired, nervous and unwilling. First of all I conclude that I absolutely do not recommend ESPECIALLY IF WITH CHILDREN. Unless you have no time to waste, the food nothing wow, you eat in the corner better... terrible experience!!

16/05/2026: Takeout. Terrible experience. The food arrived frozen, and the sandwiches were completely destroyed, as if they'd been thrown into the bag carelessly. It's impossible to eat anything presentable. For your prices, this kind of service is simply unacceptable.
