17/01/2025: Good American breakfast, if you want something more than the typical Italian breakfast. We had to wait outside for a while but it was worth it. The service was friendly and quick.

15/01/2025: I visited during my trip to Europe in December :) There were many delicious restaurants during my two week trip, but if I had to choose one restaurant that was the most memorable, I think it would be this one! I visited for brunch and ordered a quick meal, but the owner said he really likes Korea and gave great service. I was full, but the food was all so delicious that I ate it all!! If I go to Florence in the future, I definitely want to go again!! I finally get to write a review. Thank you so much, Rooster owner, for leaving me with good memories♡

20/12/2024: This bar is truly American suggestive. Small and within reach of the bar counter and kitchen. Family management very present in the room. Concentrated but well-made food choice. Wide choice of drinks

14/12/2024: Here you can eat the best pulled pork sandwich in the world. All the other sandwiches are great too. Furthermore you can taste excellent cocktails and an interesting quantity of gin.

05/01/2025: Very positive experience with two little girls. We went for lunch yesterday with two two-year-old girls and we will definitely be back: very friendly welcome, impeccable service and very tasty burgers. We left the table very satisfied. Well done 👏

05/01/2025: The location is very suggestive...the outside directly overlooks the Arno...the inside however is very elegant and welcoming...the cuisine is excellent...the cuts of meat are well cooked and very good quality...the burgers are excellent...also very good the desserts especially the millefeuille Buontalenti...the staff is very kind and helpful

A special highlight of our visits was our waitress, Eva, who was clever, beautiful, funny, knowledgeable, friendly, and attentive, enhancing our overall experience. 30/12/2024: The perfect place to enjoy gourmet burgers at honest prices. The owner is very friendly, nice and passionately explains the various sandwiches. It's all homemade with quality ingredients. Excellent meat, including the fantastic pulled pork. I would say absolutely worth trying!

08/01/2025: Yes, we really did eat fried chicken in Italy. Great customer service and surprisingly good chicken. This place kind of reminded us of a good hometown Waffle House in America. Highly recommend when you need something a little different.

The waiters are perhaps running around too much and it is almost difficult to call one of them but we were satisfied with everything and we thank the manager for the coffee offered after dinner
