02/07/2025: Amazing spot! The owners are wonderful. This is the best spot to come for delicious food and great cocktails. And it hits the spot if you are craving an American burger and the BEST chicken wings. The restaurant is small and I recommend reservations.

From the moment I arrived, the service was warm, attentive, and professional — the staff clearly take pride in creating a relaxed yet refined atmosphere. I ordered the Florentine steak, and it was perfection — beautifully grilled, tender inside with that incredible flavor that Tuscany is known for. The waiter recommended a local red wine to pair with it, and it complemented the meal flawlessly. Every bite felt like a true taste of Florence. Whether you’re a foodie or just looking for a memorable dinner with a view, Lungarno 23 is the place to go. I’ll definitely be back next time I’m in the city!

13/09/2025: 100% tourist trap. Neither the pancakes, the avocado toast, nor the matcha were good. The avocado toast didn't have a good flavor, nor did the matcha. The pancakes were very average, almost tasteless. I admit the coffee was good, but nothing more. I don't recommend it at all.

12/10/2025: I cannot recommend this place enough. My fiancé and I were in Florence for a short weekend trip and we came here everyday for breakfast. The food is amazing, lots of choice and possibly the best cappuccino iv ever had. And the staff are super friendly and ran the cafe really well. There was a small wait one of the days but they had everything well organised and had us seated in no time. We will definitely come back on our next trip to Florence.

05/10/2025: A pleasant surprise! We found this place by chance today for lunch. For two, we spent €19 for a mixed bucket for two, a portion of coccoli, a portion of fried vegetables, two drinks, and sauces. I'd say the price was more than reasonable considering we ate so much! The chicken was amazing, crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside, piping hot even in the middle, cooked to perfection. The coccoli were delicious, the vegetables were not too salty. I really appreciated that they even provided gloves so you don't get your hands dirty. I'll definitely be back!

14/10/2025: While visiting Florence, we really wanted to see the Steeler game. We had heard they show the NFL, so we stopped in and asked the manager. When we returned the next day, he had saved us a table and we got to watch our game! Fun atmosphere, with different games going on in different parts of the restaurant. Great hamburgers! The staff couldn't have been nicer. It was a fun experience while traveling! Thank you!

12/10/2025: A nightmare experience: ideal only if you hate common sense. If you're looking for a place where you can spend a fortune on undrinkable cocktails, breathe in borderline toxic air, and risk a fight every 10 minutes, then the Red Garter is the place for you. The place looks like it came out of a failed social experiment: sticky floors, bathrooms unworthy even for an Eastern European service station, and an atmosphere worthy of a horror film set in Ibiza in 2003. The bartenders? As friendly as a traffic ticket at 8:00 AM. They look at you as if you're disturbing anyone just for ordering a drink—which, for the record, tastes like something randomly mixed. Prices are completely absurd: 10 euros for a drink that seems to be made with cough syrup and leaves collected from the parking lot. And what about the manager and bouncers? They look like they stepped out of a casting call for a series about people with severe anger management issues. Not only rude, but clearly annoyed by the presence of customers. Perhaps a good series of sessions with a psychiatrist wouldn't hurt, along with a good basic economics course: because here, it's not just the place that stinks... but also the management. I strongly advise against it. In fact, I recommend walking past only if you're wearing a mask and want to reflect on how NOT to run a business.

27/05/2025: Good food! the pulled pork was great with a nice included glas of wine! the service is 4 stars because of the waiting time, but it was worth it !

25/05/2025: At first I thought... A burger joint? Well... But I was totally surprised! They also serve Tuscan specialties. Homemade pasta, and much more. It's a family business – the son serves, and the mother and father are in the kitchen. Everything there is homemade! I had the Peposo Dell'impruneta with mashed potatoes... It tasted absolutely fantastic! The best Peposo I've ever eaten! The young man who serves is incredibly friendly and accommodating. The place is absolutely worth a visit! Plus, the prices are unbeatable!

19/10/2025: I highly recommend making a reservation, at least on Saturday evening, because it was really crowded, and without a reservation, we were left waiting for a good twenty minutes. (My bad, I didn't know it was so popular!) Honestly, I hadn't been to OWW in years, and I found the portions smaller than last time, but they were good and delivered promptly. For drinks, however, we had to remind ourselves twice, and they arrived halfway through the sandwich. Honorable mention goes to the extremely kind and competent waiter, who calmly managed the line and resolved a cash register issue that backed up payments for a good fifteen minutes. Hats off!

05/10/2025: We received 8 hamburger sandwiches + 1 salmon (wrong, I never ordered a fish sandwich) ALL COMPLETELY RAW, NOT rare! Since we all eat meat, even tartare or rare. It was absolutely raw. After calling the restaurant to inform them of what happened, Ms. Jessica took the liberty of completely contradicting the 8 customers, without even raising the slightest doubt about the possibility of incorrect cooking. Moreover, these were customers who had already been to the restaurant and found it good. But, after the employee's unprofessional and unsympathetic behavior, I think there is a risk of losing customers, and it's truly a shame. You should reprimand the lady because you don't react to the public by responding rudely, raising your voice on the phone, questioning the customer without proof and with arrogance. Especially after an order of over €90. I feel very sorry for the restaurant.
