23/11/2024: We ate at this place for the first time after hearing so much about it. The sandwiches are really excellent, I took an "Oklahoma traditional burger" which is a special sandwich and has smashed meat inside, onions fried in the meat juices, mustard, gherkins and BBQ sauce; the bread was a potato bun and was really soft without ever being chewy. I would have avoided the gherkins because they were a little out of keeping with the flavor of the sandwich but apart from this little thing it was worth a lot. All the flavors were well balanced. The only flaw were the chips which, which are paid for separately, were really full of pepper/spicy in fact they can cause a bit of discomfort. There is no coca cola but they have a "mole cola" which would be their similar coca cola zero. The staff is also quite slow in coming to take your reservations but certainly friendly. The environment is cold, we had to have dinner with a jacket and we were inside. For the rest I would say it deserves to be tried!

11/12/2024: The food is very tasty, and in quite sufficient quantities, friendly staff, fast service, and a pleasant atmosphere😊 We managed to take pictures of only one part of the food, the rest looked so good, that we forgot to take pictures, and started eating right away😅

20/08/2024: Not gonna lie, this one is good. The food is always amazing. Cooked perfectly, seasoned and fresh, the food never disappointed. The only complaint is it's sometimes busy and sometimes seats and tables are not the cleanest. But overall it's great.

14/08/2024: Good food, good atmosphere too, we appreciated the waiter who served us: Sebastian. Despite the large number of customers, the boy was very kind, helpful and attentive. Finally, much respect for the staff and their patience.

23/08/2024: Un bel locale, con ampio parcheggio. Vasta scelta di panini, ben presentati e veramente buoni. Buono anche lo spritz aperol, qualcosa da ridire sulla birra. Un pó sgasata...ma ci torneremo!

24/07/2024: Dated place, with furnishings that are now old and sparse, without furnishings that recall the food you are going to consume. No air conditioning (as I noticed some fans working) and in fact it was quite hot inside the room and finally I noticed that the large windows (especially those in the entrance were very dirty). Even the beer that is served at the table and at the counter did not seem like the SPATEN at all as I had ordered. And lastly, the toilet is located on a lower floor and therefore there are stairs to access the bathroom, therefore not easy for elderly people and families with children and babies.

11/12/2024: Characteristic place, always full, divided into various rooms. Excellent tasty and varied menu, takeaway is possible. Friendly and helpful staff. Ample parking, places reserved for disabled people. I recommend booking in advance.

01/07/2024: Don't be fooled!! Order the sandwich first and then the drink and specify the menu. I had gotten a smash burger with a drink for two euros but having asked for the drink first they didn't want to make me pay for the reduced price drink. We also took away a menu and they put the frozen glass drink in a paper bag which obviously broke within seconds. And they didn't even want to give us our drinks back. Terrible service. And you don't even make any money from it, so I don't understand why information can't be shared at the table.

24/08/2024: I had the pleasure of dining at Louis Burger with a friend, and I must say that the experience was truly exceptional. Since our arrival we were welcomed with great courtesy by Mattia and Gaia, who immediately made us feel at ease with their kindness and helpfulness. The service was impeccable: quick, attentive and always with a smile. The place is clean and welcoming, with noteworthy attention to detail, from the menu to the design, a real breath of fresh air for the city! The menu offers a wide selection of burgers, all prepared with high quality ingredients. The portions are generous, but not exaggerated, perfect even for those who are a little wary or have particular tastes. I always look for particular dishes or dishes with a strong flavour, so on Mattia's advice I chose the Louis burger with Angus tartare and melted provola cheese, which was truly delicious. My friend stayed classic with an Americaro. We both agreed that Louis burger is the best burger joint in town 😍Highly recommended!
