23/12/2024: 5 of us had lunch, empty sandwiches and what's more very poorly composed and with thrown away ingredients!!! Furthermore, there were 5 of us, all 5 of us felt bad!!
01/11/2024: THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE!!!
1. the fries were greasy unseasoned and tasted a week old
2. Lines are horrible if your looking for quick grab and bite not here
3. We ordered a "ghost bun burger" which is supposed to have black buns now it's fair to assume they just didn't have any left but they didn't tell us this
4. Tables are hard to find
5. Pictures were so far off from the product it could be classified as false advertisment
6. The price for value ratio is horrid
7. Experienced food poisoning the second i got to my hotel
8. kind of like num. 5 ... there was no ketchup,and cheese

13/12/2024: We went for lunch a few days ago, I have to say from the reviews that I was afraid of eating badly, but I have to say that it went well, I had the cockerel which arrived hot, not hot but just right, a good hot focaccia, the service was quite fast given the amount of people there, the girl who served us was very polite and competent in giving advice. The price was adequate for what we ate. Out of 5 stars for the food, the right one would be 3.5 but I give 4 for the service which was really good.
08/12/2024: Nice restaurant in the setting, decent food, service to be improved as it is too unprofessional and normal prices.

08/12/2024: Non è la prima volta che vengo in questo oww e ho sempre mangiato discretamente. questa volta purtroppo non è andata benissimo. i fritti, l'hamburger e le ribs sono arrivate tra il tiepido e il freddo. All'hamburger mancavano le salse e le ribs erano secche. il servizio un po' lento e alcune volte distratto. forse solo una giornata storta.

23/05/2024: Ci rechiamo spesso presso questo ristorante, (il nuovo in zona Carrefour di Vercelli) la maggior parte delle volte per asporto; capita che, ormai avvezzi agli errori, controlliamo il contenuto di ciò che ci viene consegnato prima di uscire e manca inevitabilmente qualcosa, che sia panino, bibita, patatine o altro….ma il meglio è stato qualche giorno fa, prendendo 4 menù large ci siamo trovati le patatine quasi a metà….non si pretende che sia un ristorante gourmet, ma ciò che si paga è giusto averlo….c’è sempre qualcosa che non va!!!!!!!!

🥰 I like going here, I feel good about the welcome, the food, the cleanliness and the environment.
The place is easy to reach, large and has ample parking and the prices are balanced.
The place is famous for the rooster 😋
You are free to have a side of vegetables or potatoes (both delicious) with the chicken.
Have a chicken too😊
