06/05/2025: Tuve una experiencia extremadamente angustiante en el Bar Ai Nomboli que me siento obligado a compartir para advertir a otros. Al pedir lasaña, me sirvieron un plato que no se parecía a la lasaña tradicional. Cuando expresé cortésmente que esto no era lo que esperaba y me negué a aceptarlo, el servidor se puso agresivo, gritándome y acusándome de no saber qué es la lasaña. A pesar de estar con mis hijos, el funcionario continuó burlándose de mí e insultándome en voz alta. Mantuve la calma y pregunté por qué me trataban tan groseramente. Ella respondió diciendo que necesitaba “enseñarle a la gente” cómo es la lasaña y cuestionó cómo podría saber cómo debería ser la lasaña. Cuando me negué a pagar por una comida que no comí y mencioné reportar el incidente a la policía, ella se intensificó aún más, amenazando con tirarme de los pelos y diciéndome que regresara a las 2 p.m. para que pudiera hacerlo cuando no hubiera clientes alrededor. Su comportamiento estaba lleno de racismo, odio y hostilidad. Hizo suposiciones falsas sobre mi nacionalidad, me insultó aún más y me trató de manera degradante basándose en esa suposición. Esto fue algo más que un servicio deficiente: fue abuso verbal, discriminación e intento de asalto. Espero que la dirección se tome este asunto en serio. Ningún cliente debe ser sometido a tal tratamiento. Evita este lugar a toda costa.

17/05/2025: Posso accettare di pagare il prezzo esorbitante richiesto per un pasticcino "Monoporzione" ma in cambio pretendo una qualità massima e soprattutto la freschezza del prodotto. In questa pasticceria non credo sia presente il laboratorio per cui già dal pomeriggio si sente che il dolce non ha più la fragranza che dovrebbe avere. Sono andata in pasticcerie in cui per ogni pasta è esposto un cartellino con l'ora di produzione a prezzi addirittura più accessibili. Inoltre si deve fare la coda per entrare, come alla mensa aziendale, ed il personale è scortese. I bagni non sono puliti. Non ci ritornerò.

15/05/2025: Visitata la pasticceria mercoledì 14 maggio alle ore 15. Locale in buona posizione, nei pressi di piazza delle Erbe, non particolarmente elegante, nella media. Servizio gentile, provabilmente perchè c'erano pochi clienti, quindi con poca pressione sugli addetti. Ordinate 4 monoporzioni e due cappuccini. Prezzo 8 euro a monoporzione e 4 euro a cappuccino. I tiramisù erano due blocchetti compatti, sinceramente non all'altezza delle aspettative. Gli altri dolci buoni nel contenuto ma con una glassa collosa. A richiesta un cameriere ha spiegato che le monoporzione non vengono cucinate a Verona ma a Brescia e solo rifinite sul posto. Niente di più di tante altre pasticcerie in zona. I prezzi non sono motivati se non dal nome. Non tornerò e le tre stelle sono state date solo per rispetto nei confronti di Iginio Massari, ma se fa pagare quelle cifre dovrebbe controllare meglio la qualità dei prodotti sui quali inserisce il minicioccolatino con la sua firma.

20/05/2025: Terribile, sono venuta qui alle 9 di mattina, avevano finito le brioches, i toast non li facevano e neanche le pizzette, costi troppo alti, servio pessimo.

06/06/2025: Locale storico di padova. Ma: qualità penosa e prezzi troppo alti. Verdure cotte e insalata di pesce imbarazzanti. Mollicci e insapori. Pane bianco sordido. Cambiate.

13/05/2025: Ci siamo fermati a cena in questa osteria una domenica sera di fine aprile senza grandi aspettative e l’esperienza in effetti è stata piuttosto modesta. Il locale è molto grande e arredato in stile tipico, il menù è ampio (forse troppo) con possibilità di scegliere tra cucina e pizza. I piatti assaggiati si sono rivelati assolutamente basici nella presentazione e non certo indimenticabili nella sostanza e nei sapori. Servizio sufficiente anche se un po' svogliato. Conto nella media ma in rapporto alla qualità del cibo potrebbe quasi essere ritenuto un po' alto. Locale basico senza pretese che può andar bene al limite per un pasto in pausa pranzo.

They set the other tables with a placemat and cutlery, but nothing for me and my partner. The wait for food was very long and in steps. We took a portion of chips for €5 and it must have been about 15. We asked for 2 sachets of sauces for €0.40 each. Very high prices: a small focaccia cooked with mozzarella, a piadina cooked with mozzarella, chips €30 for two. I don't recommend it to anyone.

18/06/2025: JUIN 2025 Je demande de l'eau plate et la serveuse m'apporte une bouteille d'eau. Je l'ouvre pour me servir un verre : l'eau est imbuvable. Il est noté sur la bouteille "frizzante " mais l'eau est plate dans la bouteille. Le goût est par contre celui d'une eau pétillante passée, qui ne pétille plus. Je fais remarquer à la serveuse que j'ai commandé de l'eau plate et elle me répond qu'elle ne reprend pas les bouteilles ouvertes ! ARNAQUE A TOURISTES - À FUIR ABSOLUMENT !!!

Not even a shadow and hence this terrible review among other things I see that I was not the only one impressed by the rudeness of this person. P.S. Closely related to the review is to say: terrible experience, dirty and smelly bathroom, but above all without toilet paper and towels. If I had only wanted to go to the bathroom I would have definitely gone 2 meters further on the public ones.
