12/03/2026: A café/pastry shop in the center of Mestre. The place features very cute vintage furnishings. Friendly staff. A wide selection of croissants with various fillings. They also have mini-sized ones so you can try different flavors. The cappuccino is very good, with excellent foam. I would return.

27/12/2025: Terrible organization! People exhausted by queues, unclear information, double lines, and unclear payment terms. As a true Cadore native, I bring tourist friends to our valleys and I make such a fool of myself. They're right that Trentino is better. Think again, guys, and change jobs.

13/06/2025: This is the kind of restaurant where the locals eat. It appeared the staff knew their diners and treated all guests respectfully. It was recommended to us by numerous locals for its truly great Italian food. We walked in when it opened and it was full within a half of an hour. It's off the beaten path in an alley but well worth it. The food was fantastic and the service was great.

30/03/2026: I returned after years, and unfortunately, my memory hasn't improved. The staff seemed rather apathetic and uninvolved. The atmosphere also seems dated and uninviting, almost as if the place were closed.
Breakfast is average: cappuccino and croissant for €5, a price that would be justified if there were something extra to make the difference, but that's not the case. Everything is fine, but nothing memorable.
Considering that the Gambero Rosso restaurant has two out of three cakes, I definitely expected more. In my humble opinion, it's rather overrated.

08/11/2025: Terrible experience: despite the reservation, the tables weren't set on time, but this problem was resolved anyway. The problem was the Aperol Spritz carafes with no Spritz and only ice! It's a shame because I had brought guests and it was a terrible experience. They have a strategic location, but they take advantage of it too much. Never again. Not recommended!

Properly made cocktails, excellent food. It's the perfect place to unwind after class or chat with friends. The staff is always smiling and treats you like family, even when the place is packed.
In short, great drinks, nice people, and positive vibes—what more could you ask for? ✨

I doubt €3 for a simple cappuccino is a justifiable price given what you're saying. Not even in the center of Rome with a view of the Colosseum costs that much. As for the lake, you can't see it from the square. Should we charge separately? The truth is, you're taking advantage of the tourism boom, but you won't be able to see us residents even with binoculars. And it would be better to leave a price list on the tables, if we'd had one, because there's no way we'd have ordered.

08/11/2025: I've been going to this pastry shop for decades. Excellent breakfasts. Coffee, ginseng coffee, cappuccino, latte, pastries, pancakes, freshly squeezed orange juice. Friendly staff. Clean atmosphere. Clean bathroom. It's a pleasure to sit, enjoy the specialties, watch the customers, and chat. I RECOMMEND.

09/04/2026: I'm giving one star because zero is impossible. The only credit goes to the pastry chef's croissant.
Pure rudeness, the waiters are annoyed at their job, they don't even respond to a "thank you" or a "good morning." It feels like you're walking in and doing everything yourself, but the most absurd thing is paying €1 for a glass of water.
I strongly advise against it.
09/04/2026: Embarrassing is the right adjective. Not 1 but 2 stars exclusively for the berry leavened cake, which deserved it, like the rest of the pastry shop, but beyond that, everything else is a big NO. Terrible service with rude, annoyed waiters (especially one young man), who take orders as if you'd invited yourself into their home and were doing you a favor; the bathroom at 10:00 in the morning was already in terrible conditions; SKY-HIGH prices, I still have before my eyes almost €7 for a mini 4cm slice of cake and €1 for a glass of water. Furthermore, they don't even bother to say hello when you enter or when you leave. Truly a shame and a disappointment!
