Great spritz, excellent service

I visited this shop and first asked if they had Wi-Fi. The employee said there was no Wi-Fi and that it was free and that I could have access. Then I asked what the network was called, and she looked briefly but said she didn’t find it. I then paid for what I had bought on the assumption that the shop would have Wi-Fi and left. Before leaving, I asked if there was another café nearby with Wi-Fi, and she said she didn’t know. However, there was another employee — a very polite young man — who helped me with a smile. I really can’t understand why answering such a simple question was so difficult.
