06/08/2025: I stumbled upon this place by chance on my way back from the beach. I found it to be an extremely welcoming place, elegant yet rustic at the same time. The customer service was exceptional. I generally prefer more basic and less sophisticated settings, but Debora and the rest of the staff's hospitality made me feel right at home. I didn't have a full meal; I shared an appetizer and a first course, but the quality of the food was excellent. If I have the opportunity again, I'll gladly return! Sole da Salò

16/07/2025: Family lunch, top-quality service and food, friendly and helpful staff. The kids had a great time, and the visit to the animals was also lovely.

12/07/2025: This is a very popular pastry shop; the pastries are very good, but the coffee, on the other hand, is nothing special. The staff serving tables is very friendly, but the staff at the pastry counter and at the cash register are rather rude and agitated. You enter and exit from the main arcaded street in the historic center, and you can also enter and exit from the other side, which overlooks the parallel street and a beautiful tree-lined and flower-filled municipal garden where the pastry shop's outdoor tables are located.

20/06/2025: Beautiful and ancient meeting point in the historic center of Conegliano. A refined pastry shop with pastries, cakes and biscuits of all kinds, always fresh and made by the owner. The dehors has an entrance in via XX settembre and crossing the interior, you find yourself on the terrace in corso Vittorio Emanuele… On reservation and ready, delicious cakes for every occasion… enjoy tasting 😉

29/08/2025: Excellent food, delicious and generous portions. The prices are amazing considering the quality of the food, the staff is friendly, and locals come here, so it’s definitely not a tourist trap. The setting is nice, I definitely recommend it.

04/09/2025: The restaurant is beautifully situated overlooking Lake Garda. Unfortunately, it was very busy, and we were seated in the last corner. Many tables became available in no time. Only after we intervened were we reluctantly moved, and then we were ignored for almost 20 minutes by the two arrogant gentlemen. The food was okay, but nothing more; it was somewhat lackluster. We don't know where all the positive reviews come from. Is everyone blinded by the sunset on Lake Garda?

19/07/2025: Pleasant lunch break. We were on the road...we stopped and ate at a lovely restaurant run by young, welcoming staff who offered both the daily menu and alternative dishes. Really satisfied. I recommend it.

11/06/2025: 06/11/2025 - Lunch Break We arrived at 12:50, we ordered at 1:20, the salads arrived at the table at 1:40: in this time frame, almost an hour, 2 tables of 6 people arrived (served first, because they had probably booked...), not 2 buses of tourists... Maybe a couple of smiles would have "mitigated" my impression (which is clearly annoyed), but apparently it wasn't my day: never mind, I'll try not to overdo it in my evaluation. Place: nice. Food: improvable. Bill: 2 "Super" Caesar Salads + 2 half waters + 1 Campari spritz + 2 coffees = €32, I'd say average. Overall, worth trying again: a bad day can happen to anyone.

13/07/2025: Central place, well priced with a wide range of dishes and at an affordable and competitive price for the area. The place is very curious though, decorated in a typical Venetian style but with Spanish music. The pasta dishes are recommended, especially the spaghetti alla busera (a bit spicy), the duck and truffle ravioli are very good. We didn't like the scallops very much... I think they would have been better simply grilled and without tomato or breadcrumbs, even so the scallop seemed fresh. The tiramisu was good. Value for money it is a very good place to go and recommended.

09/07/2025: When you see the locals get in there to eat, you know it was the right choice even before start eating. The food was very very good, the best restaurant we ate on our roadtrip through italy. Even the simplest dishes were very delicious! BEST SPOT TO EAT IN VENEZIA AND WHO KNOWS IN ITALY.

02/05/2025: Hungrig nahmen wir zum Mittagessen im schönen Innenhof Platz. Durch unsere Anwesenheit war jetzt jeder Stuhl besetzt. Der Service war trotz vieler Leute schnell und freundlich. Frische, feine Salate und grossartige Pasta wurden uns serviert. Absolut empfehlenswert!

27/07/2025: Extremely Disappointing Experience – Disrespectful Treatment Toward Our Vietnamese Tour Group We were a group of 17 Vietnamese tourists (plus our tour guide, totaling 18 people) who dined at Ristorante Isola di Caprera at Via Marsilio da Padova, 11, 35139 Padova PD, Italy on July 26th, 2025. Unfortunately, our experience was unpleasant, uncomfortable, and borderline discriminatory. Despite having a reservation through our tour, we were seated at the far end of the restaurant, away from other customers. While that might seem normal to some, it was clear that our group was being segregated, while smaller groups of local guests were seated in more central and visible spots. What made things worse: • Plates were not cleared between courses. Dishes started stacking up, leaving us with no space for new plates, and no server came to help. In the end, our group had to clear the plates ourselves during entree to make space for dessert, which is absolutely unacceptable in a restaurant setting. • The service was inattentive and indifferent. It felt like we were a burden to the staff rather than valued guests. • For dessert, tiramisu portions were given unevenly. Some of us received full servings, while others got noticeably smaller or messier portions, with no explanation or care from the staff. • Most of the group does not speak English, and only I and the tour guide could communicate. Instead of showing patience or kindness, the staff behaved coldly and dismissively, which made the group feel extremely unwelcome. It was heartbreaking to see my group treated this way in a country they dreamed of visiting. Many of them were excited for their first time in Italy, but after this dinner, they felt hurt and humiliated. This experience left a lasting negative impression and we do not recommend this restaurant to non-local or Asian guests, especially those traveling in tour groups. No one deserves to be made to feel lesser in a public place, especially not while traveling.
