27/04/2024: Si vous en avez assez des pizzas, ce petit restaurant est fait pour vous. Cuisine locale avec beaucoup de poissons, mais aussi de la viande et un plat végétarien (raviolis maison aux épinards). C’est bon. Petit bémol sur le pain qui était de qualité moyenne. Service sympathique.

23/08/2024: The food was good, but it didn't come at the same time, so some were almost finished and others had just gotten theirs.
The service is nice, only the ambience is detracted because we were in a room without any flair.
The nachos didn't quite fit the Italian vibe either. Otherwise everything was fine.
21/08/2024: I don't recommend the place, disappointing food (I ordered the paccheri with cherry tomatoes, tuna and olives with the latter not pitted, consequently at the first bite, unaware of this I risked breaking my tooth) and decidedly high price for the quality of the products

Good quality/price ratio.
The only big flaw that in my opinion should be corrected: the rudeness of most of the ladies behind the counter.
The only boy present calms the tense spirit that you feel when you enter in there: especially at peak times and about to close "the air is cut into slices".
Compliments to chef Alex: professional, kind and polite.
23/07/2024: Prodotti di qualità e bel locale. Nel parcheggio ci sarebbe anche la possibilità di ricaricare le auto elettriche con 2 colonnine, peccato che siano sempre occupate da auto termiche. Mi chiedo che senso abbia aver sostenuto tale spesa se non si riescono ad utilizzare

07/08/2024: We (young couple) stayed there for 6 nights and dined there twice.
To the hotel:
- the location is unbeatable, right on the lake, although the "lake view" from the terrace/balcony can be described as more of a euphemism
- Overall, the hotel is in need of minimal renovation, the style is a bit more old-fashioned, beds are OK
- but the service is excellent, the cleaner cleans extremely well every day and all towels are changed etc.
- Breakfast and other things were also good for the price
To the restaurant:
- a little more decadent, as the view from the outside might suggest - for example, we were always served excellently, but were also there in appropriately chic evening wear. So I can imagine that not everyone will be treated there at all times (as already mentioned in other reviews) as we were on our two evenings
- Food is tasty and sometimes very tasty, but prices are also a bit more expensive. Coperto moderately high
In conclusion:
A nice, quiet and relaxed hotel in a top location with idyllic scenery right on the doorstep, very good connections to infrastructure and the like and many options in the immediate vicinity and a hotel restaurant that is quite impressive in the mid-range area, although it is in the town should give some hotter insider tips.

04/07/2024: Small but very welcoming environment, excellent service. If I'm in the area in the future I will gladly stop by for an aperitif.
16/06/2024: The lady at the counter was really kind and helpful. I took a brioche with hazelnut cream and almond pastry. The fresh and delicious brioche. The almond paste perhaps needs improvement because I didn't notice much of the almond flavor.
Quiet environment, there is a large variety of pastry products. 5 stars 🤩

21/05/2024: I went to SE.FA.MO. this morning at 8:00 to take a blood sample. On the way home, I stopped at a pastry shop to get a ginseng coffee and a croissant. The waiter served me kindly as I sat down to enjoy my breakfast.
Before paying, I decided to get some more pastries to take home for my family. I chose 10 different pastries with various fillings such as chocolate and creams. They placed them in a tray covered with pastry paper.
When I went to pay, I realized I needed a paper bag to carry everything, as I already had a bag and papers from the clinic. I asked the woman who had served me if she could give me a paper bag. He said it cost 50 cents, which I paid with Apple Pay, like before.
I asked her when they started charging for paper bags and she said they always do. I told her I often buy pastries here and have never been charged for a paper bag before. He insisted that they always charge for the bags. Then, with an annoyed tone, he said: "UNDER ITALIAN LAW, WE HAVE TO ASK HOW YOU PAY AT THE SUPERMARKET."
The problem wasn't the 50 cents, it was how he treated me. From the moment I ordered the coffee, the woman behind the register seemed angry with me for no reason. I know many people have pleasant experiences at this place, but mine was not.
Why is there so much anger at a place that sells sweet pastries? When did all this start?
29/03/2024: This morning I came to have breakfast at 10 with my sister, the food was good but not excellent, the table they sat us at was still dirty, the waitress who took the order got it wrong and all in all the attitude general was not the best on the part of the staff, they were all very serious not to mention grumpy and at times rude.
